Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Shenzhen|0.78km from city center
This hotel is incredibly convenient. The staff in the restaurant and at the front desk are not only lovely but also incredibly sweet and friendly. The gym facilities are excellent, and the breakfast area is clean with plenty of tables. The Crown noodles and fresh-made eggs were fantastic. For dinner, the all-you-can-eat fresh river prawns were a highlight. The hostess was attentive and thoughtful, and they even deliver meals to your room. What truly surprised me was how well-ventilated the room was. Opening the window brought in a fresh breeze, completely eliminating any stuffiness. It was an exceptionally comfortable stay!

Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Shenzhen|0.94km from city center
To be honest, the service was truly excellent and felt genuine. From helping with luggage at the entrance to checking in on our experience after settling in, everything was spot on. We were staying for three nights, and the first room we got had two single beds pushed together. Even though the mattress was one piece, it sagged in the middle. So, they quickly prepared a panoramic suite for us. They didn't even discuss whether we'd switch out of the suite the next day, which I found really refreshing and not at all stingy on the hotel's part. However, the East Building gets incredibly crowded, and the elevators feel like they're in a residential building, constantly stopping and packed with people. I understand, but it wasn't my favorite. Another point is that the pool is outsourced, which I don't think a major hotel should do. In Shanghai, I haven't seen any hotel costing 1000/night that outsources its pool. I believe they should control the number of people allowed in. Overall, the service is truly impeccable. Oh, and the breakfast is great value for money; the omelette is fantastic, and the soft egg pancakes are also really good.

The room had a strange odor. I tried to open the window for ventilation, but there was no proper screen. The hotel used a stick-on screen that was already torn and bulging, so it couldn't be properly sealed. The bathroom facilities were also outdated. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and the food was just average with limited options. It's hard to believe this hotel is so expensive given these issues.

The service was great; someone helped with our luggage right from check-in. The room facilities were excellent overall, with an old-money aesthetic. I particularly loved the scent of the full set of Diptyque toiletries in the bathroom. The Executive Lounge is definitely worth it, offering fantastic city views perfect for relaxing and gazing out. Drinks are available from noon, which is a great perk for those who enjoy a tipple, and the desserts were delicious. I especially want to commend Mandy's service—she was incredibly warm and friendly, really adding to the experience. I'd love to come back and try a new room next time.

I chose the Shenzhen Four Seasons Hotel primarily for its incredibly convenient location, close to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants, which made exploring the city very easy. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who recognized me as a repeat guest and kindly upgraded me to a spacious corner room—such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even better. While the hotel isn’t brand new and some facilities show signs of age, everything was impeccably maintained and fully functional, which really speaks to their commitment to quality. I also had the chance to enjoy the hotel’s lunch buffet, which offered a wide selection of delicious dishes—definitely a highlight of my visit. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive. For these reasons, the Four Seasons remains my first choice whenever I visit Shenzhen.

Lo Wu Control Point, Lo Wu Railway Station Shenzhen|6.46km from city center
Let's start with some general comments before getting to the strong complaints. The room decor felt quite dated, probably because it's been nearly twenty years since the last renovation. The vanity chair was tilted to a point where I didn't dare sit on it, and the carpet, though fixed, felt lumpy and uneven even with shoes on. However, the hygiene was good, mineral water refills were generous, and it was generally quiet. On the other hand, the Executive Lounge was very disappointing. I went at 2 PM for snacks, and while I can't say there were *no* snacks, there were indeed only two broken prawn crackers. Both breakfast and dinner had limited variety and were quite bland. The funniest part was that I purchased a pre-sale package on Trip.com that included afternoon tea at Prego. According to the instructions, I called a day in advance to book and was told no reservation was needed, just provide the room number. I suspected the person on the phone might have confused my afternoon tea with the Executive Lounge's自带 snacks, so I specifically re-confirmed with the hotel's online customer service on Trip.com. The next day, upon arrival, I was initially directed to the Beer Bar. After I showed my booking information to the restaurant staff, they then took me to Prego. However, no one at the restaurant had been informed about my afternoon tea. They repeatedly confirmed my situation, contacted the front desk internally, and even asked me to call the reservation line right there to confirm. The confirmation came back that only the Executive Lounge was available. I almost laughed out of frustration. To their credit, the restaurant staff were very polite and promptly went to the kitchen to prepare some new tea items, but the internal organization, checking, and handover processes were clearly unprofessional. But it didn't end there. After sorting out the first day's afternoon tea, I specifically emphasized that they should remember to prepare the second day's afternoon tea and deliver it directly to my room. The next day, I returned to find nothing in my room. I went to the third floor to inquire, only to find out that a male staff member had, in his wisdom, tried to substitute it with Executive Lounge access for more guests or red wine. I was utterly baffled. Of course, I had booked the Executive Lounge for the correct number of people when I made the reservation. I stressed it repeatedly the day before, and *this* is how you flexibly adapted, right? He even tried to explain that the reason it wasn't prepared the day before was because Trip.com had listed the wrong product, and it wasn't their fault. Haha, your internal mistakes are irrelevant to me, and even if that were true for the first day, why were you still messing around on the second day? Hungry, I returned to the hotel with no snacks to eat and had to forage in the Executive Lounge. Halfway through my meal, this guy came back and offered us drinks as compensation. We asked for two hot chocolates. A little while later, the same guy brought over the honest-looking restaurant staff member and asked if chocolate syrup mixed with milk would be acceptable. I looked at it and realized it was the same bottle they put out for spreading on bread during breakfast. Seriously...

The service was incredibly attentive and thorough, especially the front desk staff. It's super convenient to get around, as you can take the direct elevator from Metro Exit A2 straight to the lobby or your floor. The room was huge, and it's right by Dongmen Pedestrian Street, which is great for shopping. The room was extra spacious, with a living area, bedroom, and a sofa. The front desk service was excellent; they even gave a little gift to my child, which was a very thoughtful touch. I'll definitely be back next time!

Just opposite the Shenzhen railway station. Convenient and Walkable distance but got to walk a round and cross the street to the hotel. Probably around 8 mins walk with luggage. Cant go via the underpass as there is no escalators. Abit dated, pillow is too soft for comfy. Hence didn't really sleep well as it's too soft for me. Bed is also not that firm. Will opt for this hotel mainly for the reason that it's just nearby the train station.. Had my lunch at the hotel. Pasta cost roughly around $20 sgd and is not bad too.

This resort offers incredible value for money. Compared to Sanya, it cuts out all the unnecessary extras like small gifts and butler services, and I actually found the simpler service much more comfortable. The breakfast was good, with my favorite cheese and whole grain bread, and a wide selection of fresh fruits. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. You need to take a shuttle to the beach, but the private beach shared with the InterContinental is less crowded, and the sand is incredibly fine and soft! It's a huge improvement compared to the packed public beach next door. I'd definitely come back, but next time I plan to try the InterContinental, mainly for the convenience of swimming.

Our stay was memorable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities and room are very clean and far beyond my expectations. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Layla, Service Stylist and Candy, front desk receptionist. Layla was providing helpful information via email, friendly, good English and prepared all the room decorations. Breakfast was also very nice and yummy with various selections. Beef noodles and wontons are the best out of all the choices. The hotel provides Happy Birthday decorations and small cake for my husband' birthday which are very nice and warm gesture. Had a lovely trip to the cabins! The newly renovated rooms were clean and tidy, with lush greenery right outside – it felt like being embraced by nature. Waking up early, breathing in the mountain air, and feeling recharged by nature was wonderful. The cabins are right next to the scenic area, which is definitely a paradise for kids. My recent stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen Luohu completely changed my perception of business hotels. It's not just a luxurious hotel; it's more like a tranquil oasis nestled in the bustling heart of Luohu. From the moment I stepped into the high-ceilinged, grand lobby, the outside noise faded away, replaced by an elegant artistic atmosphere and a relaxing aroma. But what surprised me most this time was their in-room dining service! This was definitely the 'pinnacle' of hotel room service I've ever experienced. * **Extensive Menu:** From authentic Cantonese dim sum and Chinese noodles/rice dishes to Western options, the choices were so abundant it was hard to decide. * **Exceptional Quality:** The Stir-fried Beef Hor Fun tasted freshly made to order, and the temperature was perfectly controlled. My photography skills don't do the deliciousness justice, but the 'wok hei' (breath of the wok) in the Hor Fun and the juiciness of the burger were truly outstanding! * **Attentive Service:** Delivery was prompt, and the staff were professional and courteous. After finishing my meal, one phone call was all it took for them to quickly and quietly clear everything away, offering truly seamless and thoughtful service.

Booked the executive package, which was great. Even the standard room was 70 square meters, which was more than enough. Had lunch at the East Bay restaurant, and the dishes were excellent, though the char siu puffs were a bit too hot. The executive lounge had a good selection of drinks, and the corn chowder at dinner was delicious. Breakfast was buffet-style with no à la carte options, and the variety wasn't extensive. Had a spa treatment, which was decent. Didn't receive a welcome fan, so I bought one myself from the 2nd floor before leaving. Overall, it was a good experience and worth trying.

I rarely stay in guesthouses, but this experience truly exceeded my expectations. First off, it's much more stylish and cleaner than the places nearby, which I really appreciated. The room type I stayed in was a bit small, but acceptable; I'll try a different room next time. The staff, especially one young lady, was excellent and very polite. When checking out, she even offered to help me, a man, with my luggage! Of course, I couldn't let her, but I really appreciated the gesture. We had two breakfasts, and my family was quite happy with them. The best part is that they even proactively made a separate portion for my child. What more can I say? I felt a genuine respect for children. Dongshan Village is also nice, close to Jiao Diaosha and Yangmei Keng. For two days, there were few people and no traffic jams. Shenzhen is never short of top-tier hotels, providing excellent options for celebrating special occasions. As a local living in Futian District, I've experienced several notable hotels, including the Raffles in Nanshan, InterContinental in Dameisha, and Hilton, Sheraton, and Shangri-La in Futian. This time, for my husband's 70th birthday, we chose to stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen in Luohu for two nights. The hotel is located within the KK100 building, offering seamless access to Metro Lines 1 and 2 and KK MALL, making transportation incredibly convenient. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations. The hotel's environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all impeccable. The room was excellent value, spacious, bright, exquisitely clean, and equipped with high-end amenities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The walk-in closet was a great feature. The bathroom was very large with a separate wet and dry area, and the double vanity is a true hallmark of a high-end five-star hotel. Housekeeping and turn-down service were meticulous and thoughtful. We also received welcome fruit. The hotel's service sets a benchmark; it's attentive to detail, comprehensive, and very personable. The staff at the concierge desk on the first floor and those at check-in on the 96th floor were all proactively polite, warm, and welcoming, leaving an excellent first impression. Both the male and female staff were attractive, highly professional, and spoke fluent English. A special shout-out to our room butler, JAY CHEN. He was handsome, polite, and incredibly nice. He proactively brought our luggage to the room, thoroughly explained the room facilities, and described the view from the window. He immediately brought the coffee and welcome fruit we requested. Upon learning it was my husband's birthday the next day, he promptly arranged and personally delivered a beautiful birthday cake on the actual day – a truly surprising, stunning, and touching gesture! Many thanks again to Butler JAY CHEN! The buffet breakfast and lunch on the 95th floor were both superb. For lunch, we were served hairy crab and typhoon shelter prawns at our table, which was absolutely amazing! Excellent value for money! The chefs in the restaurant were skilled and very polite, offering proactive service. The dishes were unique and tasted delicious. All the servers were courteous, swiftly clearing plates and tidying tables with keen eyes and quick hands. They were responsive to all requests and provided timely service. Whenever we encountered staff or management near or inside the elevators, they would proactively hold the door and assist with scanning cards and pressing floor numbers, which was a very heartwarming touch. We also received a small gift upon check-out. These small details show genuine warmth and make all the difference. Because we were so satisfied, we loved it. We will definitely be frequenting the buffet here and will choose this hotel first for future special occasions. I wholeheartedly recommend The St. Regis Shenzhen!

Lo Wu Control Point, Lo Wu Railway Station Shenzhen|6.65km from city center
The location is incredibly convenient! It's just a few minutes' walk to Guomao subway station, and right next to Kingglory Plaza, making shopping and dining super easy. No need to worry about getting a taxi when heading out, which is a dream come true for a lazy girl like me! The front desk lady had such a sweet smile and checked me in super fast. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfy – I just didn't want to get up! The view of the Shenzhen city from the window was absolutely beautiful, and watching the night view in the evening created such a wonderful atmosphere. The toiletries were from well-known brands, which made me feel really at ease using them. The hotel's service was also incredibly thoughtful; they even provided fresh welcome fruits. The guest relations team was online to assist throughout my stay, making for a fantastic experience. I really want to recommend this to all my girlfriends! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen – it's truly a hidden gem of a hotel.

Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport Shenzhen|26.69km from city center
Here's a review of the hotel: * **Convenient Location**: The hotel is situated west of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, seamlessly connected to gates 16/18. It's just a 5-minute walk to and from the terminal, making it incredibly convenient for travelers catching flights. It's often called ”the best choice for early boarding.” * **Attentive Service**: One guest, staying for the first time, mentioned being pleasantly surprised with a complimentary astronaut doll from the staff. Another guest, using a wheelchair, praised the staff for their helpfulness with luggage, highlighting their thoughtfulness. * **Comfortable Rooms**: A guest in an Airport View King Room described the decor as a relaxing, natural wood style. The 40-square-meter room included a large bathtub and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of planes taking off and landing. The double-glazed windows provided excellent sound insulation, ensuring a completely quiet experience inside the room. * **Diverse Dining**: The hotel's café blends Shenzhen's diverse local elements, featuring an Italian steak section, a BBQ area, a seafood section, and offers an extensive buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The Xiangyue Chinese Restaurant serves authentic Cantonese and Sichuan-Hunan cuisines. Guests have raved about the ”excellent” breakfast, and one was particularly impressed by the Thai food buffet, noting the wonderfully spicy Tom Yum soup and delicious freshly grilled oysters. * **Excellent Facilities**: The hotel boasts a three-story heated swimming pool, a gym, a saltwater spa, and a flight experience center with extensive family-friendly amenities, as well as a kids' club. These facilities cater to the needs of various guests.

Everything about my stay was wonderful! A special thank you to Levi, the lobby manager, whose elegant, warm, and meticulous service truly left a lasting impression and added a beautiful touch to my holiday. The scenery around here is absolutely stunning, I really love it. I was here for tourism this time. There are so many restaurants nearby at Sea World, and K11 is also very close. The hotel service was excellent all around. I'd also like to commend Molly and Ken. The room facilities were also complete. Very good, indeed!

Overseas Chinese Town Shenzhen|7.6km from city center
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Shenzhen. It is family focused, very clean, rooms are spacious, food is good (especially the breakfast) & there is PLENTY to keep young people occupied. The man-made beach is a HIT for kids and adults alike (complete with pirate ship and swim up bar). We didn’t know that the Chinese Cultural Village is next door & you can access it from this hotel if you have tickets. We will be doing that next time & we will be back! The best hotel we have stayed in since arriving in Shenzhen!

Our family had a wonderful Christmas weekend at the Kaisa Gold Bay Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen. Both the elderly and the children had a fantastic time! The front desk staff upgraded us to a sea-view room, which was spacious and bright with very comfortable beds – perfect for two adults and one child. The service staff were also very enthusiastic and responsive to guests' needs. As a family-friendly hotel, it offers a great variety of entertainment and recreational facilities, including movies to watch. The beach is also just a short walk from the hotel. Since it was the Christmas holiday, many Hong Kong tourists were also here for vacation and weddings. This place isn't as crowded as Dameisha, which I personally really appreciate. It's a quiet and relaxing beach hotel. We look forward to staying again!

Guanlan Shenzhen|21.7km from city center
The hotel room was more comfortable than I expected; they even upgraded my room at check-in. As soon as I walked in, I saw an adorable giant mushroom. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with an unobstructed view of the golf course, so you could watch people playing during the day. The room was well-maintained, and the bathroom was huge, with a bathtub for soaking. The housekeeping department even provides bath salts. In the evening, I tried the Chinese restaurant, and the food was delicious! It was so comfortable staying here that I didn't want to go out at all.

Nan'ao Shenzhen|43.28km from city center
Facilities: Great. The disposable toiletries are complete, and there's even a disposable toilet seat cover (though it wasn't very good). They provide conditioner, plastic slippers, and earplugs for soundproofing. The room has a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. The projector is excellent and very clear. Hygiene: Very clean. Even though it's on the first floor, perhaps because it's winter, I didn't see any insects. Environment: Right by Nan'ao's No. 1 beach. You can literally see the ocean as soon as you step out, and enjoy breathtaking sunset views. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but you can order takeout, and taxis are convenient. In the evenings, there are open-air movies and other small activities on the beach. Service: Thanks to Steven, the butler, for his service. Breakfast: They offer both Western and Chinese options. It's not a buffet, and the portion might not be enough for an adult male.

Huaqiangbei Area Shenzhen|3.08km from city center
I had a wonderful stay at this Maker Hotel. The service and cleanliness were both outstanding. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, making it a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The front desk staff were always friendly and professional. They helped me collect parcels, provided clear directions to nearby places, and were always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Ms. Kuan from the reception team. On our last day, she went above and beyond to help us to ensure we all get in the car or to our location. When our premium XL car couldn’t accommodate everyone, she immediately recommended an alternative way to get to the high-speed rail station, which turned out to be very efficient. Her thoughtful assistance left a lasting impression and made our travel so much smoother. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and service-oriented place to stay.

Huanggang Port and Futian Port Shenzhen|3.51km from city center
The hotel has a great location, very close to Futian Port, making customs clearance super convenient. Futian Mangrove Ecological Park is also nearby, which is perfect for a post-breakfast stroll. The front desk staff, especially one young lady, was incredibly helpful and patient; she gave very detailed directions to the ecological park. The breakfast in the restaurant was also excellent. The room itself was spacious with a good view, offering a distant glimpse of Hong Kong and Shenzhen Bay's inner sea. The bedding was clean and tidy, and all toiletries were provided. Plus, having a washer-dryer combo in the room made it excellent value for money, especially when traveling with elderly family members and children.
