However hotel’s breakfast is so so only, but the coffee is good. Highly recommended if you want to to explore Taichung city you may opt for this hotel

The breakfast in the hotel is very rich. The fly in the ointment is that the Internet is not stable, and there are many things that need to be paid to play. It is not a free facility in the hotel, but the swimming pool is not bad. After checking out, you can continue to play until three in the afternoon point, this is pretty good, you can spend a three-day vacation leisurely

We are visiting Alishan, Sun-moon lake so make a stop at Taichung and we find this is a nice hotel and nice room and facilities are well equipt , we like hotel breadfast at the cafe which supply a bit variety of Asian food + American food too. It's a pity we only for a night , next trip I will plan to come back here for few days stay to explore Taitung.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, but I forgot to provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and other daily necessities. Fortunately, they were replenished in time after the response. In addition, the placement of things is a bit difficult to find (such as hair dryers). The arrangement of items and personnel training may need to be strengthened. But overall, it was a very comfortable experience, thank you.

Hotel opened ~12mo ago, entire building is new. Whatever growing pains it had, the Le Meridien Taichung has figured most of them out. This brand can be hit/miss depending on city, but the Le Meridien Taichung is a great property. Well-appointed rooms are huge (60 sq m+), even the walk-in shower is huge. Lots of electrical outlets/USB for charging devices. Wi-Fi access points work everywhere in the building. Great views of the Central/East Districts and Main Station, especially at night. Amazing price point for this level of hotel quality. Service is where Le Meridien Taichung shines. Exec Lounge team so helpful, special thanks to Angel, Lisa, Irin, Yang. Concierge helped us with check-in and restaurants (Billy, Wilber, Debbie). And Marriott app chat with Front Desk works great, responded within minutes. Parking in the underground garage (elevators run directly to room floors with your key) with in/out privileges is free for guests. Front Desk will add your license plate number, cameras at gates will read it. Oddly, the Marriott app shows daily fee TWD 2400 which is almost half the daily rate. (Obviously still ironing out some stuff.)

Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

This is my fourth time to stay at Qingxin Hot Spring Hotel. It is a hotel that can make me picky and stay four times. It is basically of a certain standard. In terms of price, I think it is a hot spring hotel with a good CP value. Plus the hotel itself There are three different restaurants attached, which can meet everyone's preferences. Of course, I have eaten in all three restaurants. Currently, I give Tiandi a Chinese restaurant the highest rating, although the other two are also pretty good. But I still like Tiandi Family the most. The rooms are also very clean, and the view of the hot spring bath in the room is also very good, so I will bring friends to enjoy the fun of hot spring bath in the future. . 👍👍👍👍👍

The location is convenient, the hotel is clean, ok, the bed and other equipment are general, the back is sore, the service is also general, no one has cleaned up at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and it is very small. I found that I live alone, and only gave a bottle of water, a tea bag, and a sugar on the next day. Praise a snoring doorman; very polite.
