The location is good, service is ok. But the food is just so so compared with other onsen ryokan hotel. The hot spring is too crowded. Maybe good for skiing.

We had booked total 7 rooms. Beginning from check in we had impressed how nice and friendly the counter lady, full of smile and patience. We come here by driving so not very sure about surroundings and public transportation. The hotel very clean and nice, so suddenly we all dun want go out, we just stay hotel, and feel 1 night not enough, Thank you.

A good modern ski hotel visited during summer time. The facilities were quality, room was good too, albeit bit small. Parking is scarce so that is a potential issue. Its nice that there is a artificial spa.

This is the best stay for my trip to Hokkaido! The hotel is elegantly decorated and brand new, and the rooms have invincible garden views. The terrace is super suitable for watching the stars. At night, I accidentally saw cute deer infested, romantic full marks; there is a snow scene outside the window, like a fairy tale world.
The hot springs are clear and beautiful, and there are few people. The breakfast environment is beautiful and the food is fresh and delicious. The waiter is enthusiastic and active to chat and is efficient.
Absolutely Furano No.1 Hotel, I will visit again next time! Strongly push to tourists who love nature and relaxation~

The price differs a lot when i chose different dates, just 1 day earlier made a lot of difference (S$200+ to S$80+). So plan ahead to get best price for this hotel. The room is good enough, with private bath at another level but we didn’t get to go cus we were too tired. Free parking is a bonus! The restaurant (福寿司) nearby serves good sushi!

Absolutely stunning view on 9th floor. Value is so good for this hotel - location , service, free ramen/ice cream/yakult, free private Onsen. Everything you could’ve hoped for. I’ll definitely visit again.

Quaint hotel, self check-in and out, gave us complimentary 2 cups of red wine. Room was big in Japan standard, with an excellent window view. Bathroom amenities provided at the lobby area, pick what you need.

The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.FromVND 4,395,091

It's such a beautiful property in the middle of Bengaluru. And it's so pretty coz it's royal in look and based on the theme of Royal palace of windsor.
If i talk about service, it was top notch, checkin and checkout was super smooth and easy. Room service was quick and really helpful!
Food was amazing with so ***y great restaurants within the property. I loved food at Dakshin. And ofcourse there was big breakfast buffet with lots of variety and taste.

I have stayed at a lot of five stars around the world but Ritz Carlton in Bangalore exceeded my expectations all the way up! The service is so so good, they really take care of their guests. I travelled solo and their staff like Aishwarya, the young guy downstairs at the concierge, all the staff and chef at the breakfast restaurant were so nice and accommodating.
