The room was spacious and the hotel was super clean and extremely comfortable. Everything felt brand new and the service was really 5 star. We were happily surprised to learn that the indoor swimming pool is actually just a giant jacuzzi. We spent an hour there on our last night which was super nice. The bed is really comfortable and the place is quiet. There is a valet service for parking your car and we got welcome drinks and snacks on arrival. Thanks again for the free bottle of wine and fruit bowl as a VIP welcome gift. We really enjoyed and will come back to this hotel if we ever visit Chania again one day.

The first thing we did during our stay was a little unpleasant, but our Ctrip butler Jin Lei followed up and solved the problem. Thank you very much! Georgia, the front desk clerk at the hotel, also gave us a lot of help and warm service. This vacation ended successfully. Hilton is a good choice.

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town. The atmosphere is great. A magnificent courtyard. Great breakfast. It is the right choice for people who want to have an exclusive accommodation with a small number of people in the heart of Hania. We stayed in an upper category room and the room we stayed in was great. The staff, especially Antonis, was a very positive and kind employee. Likewise, Mihailis is a very nice employee. We would like to thank the hotel manager, whose name I do not know, but who did his best to ensure our satisfaction.

The service is good. I asked if I would like to help us with our luggage or send me to the airport. A welcome drink is also provided. It does feel like a high-end hotel. In addition, they can do valet parking, just park the car next to the hotel and find their staff.

The location is very good, very close to the beach and convenient for eating. The hotel lobby is very new, the rooms are a bit old, but clean and the staff are nice. Maybe I booked late and the price is very expensive, so the price/performance ratio is a bit low.

Wonderful stay, sadly, they put us in the only room with a view! (Room V (5) Should have been advised of this, with a discount offered!) Nonetheless, the staff was wonderful as well as the location. Be advised....a taxi cannot drop/pick you up ... so be prepared to walk with luggage about 300 meters. Also, as this is a historic structure....there is no elevator. Exceptional breakfast is offered in a very scenic view of the old Harbour.

Absolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for free. The room was very spacious and clean. The terrace had a beautiful view, facing the sea, and you could see the lighthouse. The bedding was comfortable and I slept for more than eight hours. The breakfast was rich and delicious. It was very close to the old town and a ten-minute walk to the port. It was a very good hotel.

The hotel environment is really good, the breakfast is also very good, but it faces the street on both sides. Look carefully at the last picture. There is a main road on the left. Motorcycles and cars turn and accelerate here. I can't fall asleep until 12 o'clock in the evening. I can also be woken up at 5 o'clock in the morning. The noise of the accelerating car is too loud.

Very good locations. Right on the harbour. Not easy for people with disability due to narrow staircases. Room is clean and spacious. Good working air condition. Very important for the hot weather. If you book a room with a balcony facing the sea lighthouse, your trip to Chania will be halfway through. The experience is great. Breakfast is delivered to the room and can be enjoyed on the terrace. The room is very large, but it may not be an extra bed. I have not asked. Parking must stop at the parking lot outside the old city, it is a bit inconvenient, but there is no waySOLD OUT
