This Four Seasons is located in a newly built high-rise in the center of Philadelphia. It should be the most fashionable one in the area. The Four Seasons service is online, so there is no need to worry. The lobby is on the 60th floor, with a panoramic view of the city, and the rooms are below.

The breakfast room is beautiful. The front desk service is very good and very serious. I changed my change once, but I didn't expect to be so serious: there are banknotes of various denominations and they are neatly placed, which is not easy!

Facilities: The facilities are good, but some needs such as refrigerators and microwave ovens need to be called separately, but the hotel will respond in a timely manner. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, clean and tidy! Environment: The geographical location is extremely superior, and it is very convenient to do everything. Ordering Chinese food takeaway is very close to Chinatown, and the food is always hot when it is delivered.

The hotel was situated around the block from my daughter’s home which we were here to pack for a move, which made it perfect - however the mandatory two night minimum during April - not a holiday wknd- seemed crazy. The room was fine, the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool would have been fabulous in better weather - however the noise level was horrible. The bar, I assume, was very loud til quite late and the other guests could be heard early the next morning. All in all, it served a purpose and I paid for two nights when only able to stay for one because of the proximity to my daughter but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Philiadelpia.Very convenient to walk around the city. Room was with original design and the staff very helpful.

First class location, the facilities are a bit old

Sending my son to college in Philadelphia! I chose the Westin! Very good stay experience! Convenient transportation, very clean, the guy at the front desk is handsome and nice! There are so many delicious restaurants nearby! I will continue to choose it again!

The hotel is next to the City Hall! Opposite is the cinema ~ There seemed to be many celebrities coming and going in the evening bar activities haha ​​~ There was a handsome middle-aged man at the front desk who had lived in China for 6 years. He spoke great Chinese and checked in in Chinese 😎 The bed in the room was very comfortable!

The room is modern but a bit small. It is difficult to compare American hotels with Asian hotels where amenities like shaving and toothbrushing needs are also met. No re-usable paper slippers are available in the room as well, not to mention free bottled water. The price is not highly competitive though. One good thing is that extension of my checkout time to 4pm only required me to pay an extra small amount of money which I fully appreciated that.
