Resort is under rated. I felt they have taken care of hygiene and cleanliness. The only down side is food which is problem through out that area. All in all i enjoyed my stay and view. Pool was an added bonus and had lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this resort. This was my second stay in 2 year and going forward i'll look forward for more facilities and new changes. Owner is so chill and friendly.

I booked the JW hotel through a Prestige Golf reservation. I've been an expat in India for six years, and I've stayed at many 5-star hotels here, but the JW is truly top-tier. The staff's service, friendliness, and responsiveness were exceptional. The room cleanliness was also outstanding, and all the amenities like the bathroom, toilet, and toiletries were excellent. This is a cashless hotel, which unfortunately was not mentioned anywhere — neither at the time of booking nor during check-in. We only discovered this when we tried to settle our dinner bill in cash and were informed that the hotel does not accept it. While we understand that many hotels are moving towards digital transactions, clear communication of such policies is essential to avoid guest inconvenience. My husband, who has been in the hospitality industry for over 35 years, was quite surprised to see a guest being refused the option to pay in cash. A simple mention of this policy during booking or at check-in would have made a big difference….Thanks & best wishes!

In my opinion, the Oberoi Bangalore is a four-star hotel, no more than that. It is a very, very old hotel, and in my view the furniture in the rooms is also unpleasant and inefficient. It serves no real purpose and only takes up a lot of space, making the room so small that there is not even enough space to put the suitcases. In my opinion, an urgent renovation is needed

This stay was perfect :) It was a new hotel and everything was clean and well managed. Great staff and amenities. They have a great swimming pool with views. You will need taxi to come to her and go out as area around hotel is a bit remote but good if you want to stay near airport. They also have 24*7 room service and restaurant, bar etc. Only thing is quantity of the dishes could be more considering the prices on the menu. One dish (e.g. Khichdi or Kathi roll) should be good for one person but I didn’t feel so.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and new. It's a hotel surrounded by nature. The breakfast was okay. It's a breakfast suitable for local Indians. There aren't many menus for foreigners. It's not in the center, so it's a bit inconvenient. This hotel has a great resort feel. I recommend the dinner at the bar on the second floor. It's cheap and delicious.

the place is pretty, that is about it. we had two rooms, the kettle did not work in either room. the wifi did not work in either room. the fan in one room was dangerously wobbly. the water went out and was not available for hours in the morning. the food is good, albeit the service is very slow. I would not recommend staying here, if you are traveling with older folks. it is not very comfortable. the staff is polite though and they try to be helpful.
