Everything is good - place, amenities, buffet. Staff are also accommodating and friendly. However, I suggest that they should open the gym for guests at an earlier time because standard check out time is 12nn but they open the gym for non-members at 9am.

First of all , I requested for a quiet side and nice view  but we ended in a room that can often hear the people talking outside and a drainage or pipe view  , staff dragging the cart. Hotel facade or front side ís dark I am not sure if it has something to do with the ongoing construction. Room is outdated and needs more repairs and maintenance. Pillows are just oddly 3 pcs for a standard of 2 pax or guest in a room? Linens too old that needs replacement although it clean .The glass table was loose out how many times luckily never breaks . The toilet basin is clogging and water took time to drain. Shower glass door also loose out and a challenge to close as there’s a risk that it might fall and break if you are not careful in closing . Thêir all day dining restaurant has good food and taste only food was cold including the egg. It only improved after my husband fill up the survey the day before our departure.

The place is clean but already old. Need to replace some things already to compete with other hotels nearby. On our ladt night the shower didnt have anu hot water good thing they immediately send someone to repair it.

Conveniently located near Enchanted Kingdom and Nuvali attractions. The room rate came with buffet breakfast. There were 2 full double-sized beds, a lounge chair, a closet with small safe, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a hairdryer, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, personal ref and sink, a coffee table with 2 chairs, some drop zone cabinetry and I think a 55” TCL tv. Bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee sachets were provided. Toothbrush sets, thin slippers and other toiletries were complimentary. For some people who are used to memory foam and a medium firm mattress, the bed might not offer a restful sleep. The pillows are not the ones that give support to the contour of the neck. Lastly, the water was harsh on the skin and i doubt there is some water softening setup. Nevertheless, we had a nice time and the staff were very helpful and approachable.

I’m a repeat renter hereee tbh dito talaga ako nag stastay whenever I went to Laguna, it really feels like home❤️Highly recommended staycation❤️ A really perfect place to stay in Sta. Rosa.. easy accessible super dahil tabi lng ng mga SM sta. rosa and mga galaan❤️Very very aesthetic yung place and sobrang ganda talaga, may pool din. Lahat kumpleto na may lutuan, may washing, may blower and etc.. everything all u need.. damit mo nalang talaga dalahin and very mabait yung may ari and mga staff. Thank you so much ulit maam Bhabes!! A satisfied customer for the 2nd time!!

Very decent place to stay at if youre looking to visit enchanted kingdom. The place is only minutes away and is very manageable to book grab even during busy hours. The hotel was clean but there were things that looked old and unmaintained such as the ceiling, window etc. But sheets were clean and fresh and we had no problem with the overall stay.

The renovated hotel rooms are well maintained. Staff and Services are the courteous and helpful. Lobby is well maintained. Washroom flush need maintenance as this remains a pain area during my last two stays. Keep hosting guests.

Booked on Aug. 31, 2019 because it was raining hard and we can't drive home from Enchanted Kingdom to Antipolo, since we are also wet. I booked around 8:30 pm and luckily they still have a garage room which is perfect for us since we have to secure our car too. We arrive around 9:30pm, we are escorted by their accommodating staffs, I just said my name and that I booked at Trip.com and I do not to explain further. Awesome! The room and amenities: - clean - clean smell - clean sheets - queen bed - 2 disposable toothbrush - very small toothpaste - 2 small soaps - 1 shampoo with conditioner (winner! 5/5) - 1 tissue roll - 2 clean smelling bath towels - tv with cable - 2 chairs and table where you can have your meal - shower has warm water - shower needs to be improved - 2 pairs of slippers, which should need to be improved too The food: Clubhouse 3/5 - it was good but nothing special Chocolate Shake 3/5 - find it too sugary but its ok. The service was fast, everytime we call, it was entertained and quickly done. Except when we checked out and asked for the bill of our food. Thank you. Note: sorry we cannot upload pictures here because of system errors.

Really enjoyed our stay at Seda Nuvali. We got upgraded and stayed at two nice and spacious rooms. The facilities were excellent: the gym, pool, and game room. The large mall complex was also just across. Breakfast selection was also good and enjoyable. We hurriedly left our room in a mess to attend a wedding and came back to it clean and organized. Great job by the housekeeping staff. We felt so embarrassed leaving it that way. Only down side was that parking was open so the car was exposed to the sun and very hot. The nearer parking area was also full often so at times we had to use the farther parking lot.

There were 2 full double-sized beds, a lounge chair, a closet with small safe, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a hairdryer, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, personal ref and sink, a coffee table with 2 chairs, some drop zone cabinetry and I think a 55” TCL tv. Bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee sachets were provided. Toothbrush sets, thin slippers and other toiletries were complimentary. For some people who are used to memory foam and a medium firm mattress, the bed might not offer a restful sleep. The pillows are not the ones that give support to the contour of the neck. Lastly, the water was harsh on the skin and i doubt there is some water softening setup. Nevertheless, we had a nice time and the staff were very helpful and approachable.

First of all , I requested for a quiet side and nice view  but we ended in a room that can often hear the people talking outside and a drainage or pipe view  , staff dragging the cart. Hotel facade or front side ís dark I am not sure if it has something to do with the ongoing construction. Room is outdated and needs more repairs and maintenance. Pillows are just oddly 3 pcs for a standard of 2 pax or guest in a room? Linens too old that needs replacement although it clean .The glass table was loose out how many times luckily never breaks . The toilet basin is clogging and water took time to drain. Shower glass door also loose out and a challenge to close as there’s a risk that it might fall and break if you are not careful in closing . Thêir all day dining restaurant has good food and taste only food was cold including the egg. It only improved after my husband fill up the survey the day before our departure.

Everything is good - place, amenities, buffet. Staff are also accommodating and friendly. However, I suggest that they should open the gym for guests at an earlier time because standard check out time is 12nn but they open the gym for non-members at 9am.
