Though the hotel was old and with outdated furnishings, it still had a pleasant charm. Short walk to the main street and close to the cable car and bus station. The view from the room was very beautiful, though it lacked privacy as all the balconies were connected and no walls between. The sound proofing wasn't great as it was easy to hear people next to us. Also, the air conditioner felt like it could only go to 28° and was still very hot at night. Breakfast was nice and service was good, overall. We were sad to hear that the pool wasn't available, but they had arrangements for a beach and shuttle, that was appreciated. I don't think I would book here again though.

Location is great, you can walk from there to the city center, take the cable car to go to the beach. And the pool is fantastic. The view from the room is stunning. Parking is available but not really cheap (20€ a day). Breakfast is a ‘continental’ one. I wish they included more typical Sicilian products on top of the international eggs and bacon. Also the toilets are extremely noisy, you’ll hear your neighbour flushing the toilet. All in all a pleasant stay

The hotel is located centrally near everything. Cable cars to Taormina was about 100 steps away. The beaches are right in front and they have a relationship with another beach for 16Euros per person which includes chair and umbrella and round trip transport to and from hotel. The hotel is ran by a wonderful family. Claudia and Lauren are always there to help make plans for your day and the staff are all hardworking, wonderful, courteous, respectful and friendly. You feel like you are home away from home. Mario their father, also own a pizzeria directly across the street. I will definitely return again with my husband, friends, and my kids. The pool is absolutely breathtaking with the view and extremely clean. Thanks again, and hope to see tou all real soon.

The actual room is not good with photos, and it should not be counted as four stars at all. The advantage is that it has its own parking lot, the waiter is very enthusiastic, close to the cable car. Next time you should park your car in the parking lot on the mountainside, there is a free shuttle bus to the small town of Taormina on the top of the mountain, there are many good hotels there.

The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.  Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.  The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.  This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

The location and the view of the hotel are impeccable and the rooms have unrivaled sea and mountain views. The facilities are actually very good, but the strange bathroom shower head design makes the bath extremely awkward. The hotel is the old grand theatre, and it is the town that continues to go down. The distances are just right. The beach is not good, but the beaches in southern Italy are the same. It is the kind of large-grained sandstone beach, which is very ground. The only thing that I feel dissatisfied is that the Italians are really too playable. The party is still playing music loudly at 12:30 in the evening. It is not a complaint that it is estimated that it will not be closed several times. Parking is also a bit difficult, we all parked in the parking lot lumbi garage about 2 km away, and then take the shuttle bus, convenient.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, with beautiful scenery along the way. Since it is off-season, you don't need to worry about ZTL if you drive there in February, but the hotel villas and pool restaurant areas will not be open until March or April. The hotel apartment area is a separate building not far from the villa. Although it is an apartment, it is the most beautiful room I have stayed in Sicily. Extra large space, a big bed facing the sea, a balcony with sea views and Mount Etna at the same time, waking up from the bed every day will have the best mood. The hotel staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, providing butler-style service, helping us move the car, check in, carry luggage, and take the initiative to introduce hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. The pink sunset in Taormina is the best welcome gift for this trip.

When you come to a new place without much research done in advance, you need someone to give you practical and useful information. This is the hotel where staff are so friendly and professional. They gave you the best and most practical advice to visit some of the tourist attractions and restaurants. Appreciate their excellent recommendations. Hotel itself is good with great attention in small details. Free minibar, small snacks, fine quality of toilet amenities. It isn’t a big name but a big surprise to us. Love their staff. All make you feel very welcoming and homey. Stunning sea view and very convenient location. I simply park the car outside the hotel and use their valet parking service at 25 Euro a day. What else can I ask for? Would recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a relaxing holiday in Taormina.
