The room is equipped with a skyline window and a kitchenette, with excellent lighting, soft and comfortable bedding, clean and tidy bathroom space, smart toilet and free toiletries. The most surprising thing is the free use of the swimming pool and parking lot, and the enthusiastic service of the 24-hour front desk when checking in late at night makes people feel at ease. Although breakfast is not reflected in the screenshot, it is speculated that it should include simple meal options based on brand conventions. The per capita price combined with point rewards and convenient reimbursement services is extremely cost-effective! It is especially suitable for business travelers or city explorers who are looking for a convenient location in the city center. I will recommend it to friends who travel frequently!

The location is excellent, just opposite the European Central Bank. The building is very old and the surrounding environment is very good. You can walk to the old town of Frankfurt, where there are many places to visit. During the business trip, it may not be the peak season, so there are fewer people. The room is large and the divisions are reasonable. Highly recommended.

It was my first time in Frankfurt, and I loved the location with good restaurants, pubs, and luxury shopping streets nearby. The bedding and towels were incredibly comfortable, just like a high-end hotel, and I slept like a baby. The sauna facilities are also excellent. I'm not sure if it's co-ed or men-only, but the relaxation beds and facilities were very satisfying.

I don’t think it’s appropriate to list you have Fitness facilities on site when it is actually a private gym that can be overwhelming busy with their own members, smells of sweat and have to hustle to find a machine to use ?! If that is the experience you offer for 5 stars standards the hotel claims and the price range, something is fundamentally wrong with hospitality concepts in Germany. And just on principle I would not recommend anyone to stay at a venue with misleading information

We stayed during the Easter Weekend at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special. They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️

The hotel is located in the business district, it was quiet and very comfortable bedding. The room has a different decoration and set up as opposed to other hotels’. There is no cleaning daily for two days stay, maybe it should be requested. Really enjoyed it.

Good location near Frankfurt Hbf. There was some renovation going on in the building, so it might be better to book if you plan to be out most of the day or for weekend stays, as it can get noisy. I stayed one night from Sunday to Monday, so it was not much of an issue. I loved the five complimentary drinks in the fridge, and the room was clean, though the blanket was arranged a bit oddly when I arrived. The shower curtain could be improved, as water splashes outside easily. The reception felt a bit cold at check-in, as the staff were chatting among themselves before processing my check-in.

My first stay here was okay, even with a few facility issues like the shower water splashing out easily, the glass partition in the bathroom letting light in from my friend's lamp in the morning, and the sink draining slowly. However, the overall service response was prompt. My second stay, though, was a complete disaster. On the first night, I noticed the glass cover of the bedside lamp was chipped, with sharp edges dangerously close to the bed, and the lamp wasn't even working. I reported it to the front desk when I left in the morning, but when I returned that night, nothing had changed. I complained again, and someone came, twisted the bulb a few times, and it lit up. They said the lamp cover would be replaced the next morning. We waited until noon the next day, but no one came. When I asked the front desk, they even said, 'Isn't the lamp fixed?' I replied, 'The casing is dangerous!' We waited until 5 PM, and still no one came. Plus, our room wasn't cleaned that day, even though we had mentioned it to the front desk three times. Finally, a more formally dressed person came to clean our room and took away the broken lamp cover. It was clear that the housekeeping staff for the day had already left. The hotel operations seem very chaotic. The person who came to clean and the front desk staff both seemed surprised, asking if no one had cleaned our room, as if we were just messing around after they had already cleaned it.

The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is in a great location if you are either arriving in late to Frankfurt or leaving early (we were both) because it is right next to central station but be warned, the area around the hotel is a bit edgy - lots of homeless people. It is lit well though and here is a solid police presence so we felt safe enough, but take care at night especially. The hotel inside is gorgeous - so new. Our room was very big and all felt very new. Bed was super comfortable. This was the best value hotel we stayed in Europe. Please note my photo taken when we were leaving - bed was nearly made on arrival!

We booked a north-facing penthouse room with stunning panoramic city views. The room features a king-size bed (1.8m), which is quite large for Germany, and a 1.5m queen-size sofa bed, offering ample space for a family of three. It also has two bathrooms, one of which is a spacious master bath with a bathtub and double vanity. The shower and toilet are separated for added hygiene. The air conditioning worked excellently during the German summer, providing a comfortable viewing experience. It was perfect for watching both sunsets and sunrises. The hotel's mini-bar was very well-stocked, including tea, instant coffee, two beers, a bottle of white wine, a bottle of red wine, juice drinks, and two bottles of water (sparkling and still). This offers exceptional value for money at this price point, and even comes with elegant wine glasses.

Unsafe neighborhood!!!!!!!! Someone was smoking ****!!!!!!!! Last night, before checking in, I was almost attacked by a group of black men!!!! The front desk staff was very nice and patient. The hotel bed was comfortable. Although it's close to Frankfurt Central Station, it's too unsafe!!!! If you're looking for excitement, you can stay here.
