Room 1011. This is a lovely suite, very clean, and with a lovely view. Breakfast is a joy, with so much variety. The staff and front desk couldn’t do enough for you.

I arrive around 1 pm but they insist to check in at 2pm so i have to go for lunch then come back to check in again, even they have rooms cleaned already, actually i am using the room which they had clean already. the swimmming pool is ok, but a bit old, the breakfast is not very good honestly, it can be better. The staff is very helpful, they provide a lot of information to us , the first time travellers in Iloilo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marco Polo Hotel in Hong Kong with my family, including our three kids, and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special shoutout to Mr. Hoin, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He provided fantastic recommendations and made sure our kids felt at home. The hotel offers stunning views, excellent amenities, and a fantastic location near major attractions, making it perfect for families. We look forward to returning to Marco Polo Hotel and highly recommend it to any families visiting Hong Kong!

My sisters enjoyed their stay and the attendants were accommodating and helpful. There were varieties of food to choose from in their buffet. My niece loved her staycation as it was close SM.

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.

I really enjoyed the great location of this hotel. The food quality was good, and our room, though on the smaller side, was perfectly comfortable. However, we found the receptionist's service to be noticeably slow during our interactions, which impacted the efficiency.

Thank you for providing such a fantastic unit! I genuinely love it..it's so clean, new, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a traveler could need (hygiene, cooking, dining supplies). The view and accessibility are also major pluses!
