After extremely liking the service and room upon first visit we decided to book a second time one week later on passing through for another nights rest.
Still the staff remained wonderful and the price, room , quallity and nIce amenities remained incredible for a last minute booking!
We had a lovely stay at the Stanley Guest house, the room was bright&l,clean&spacious, with a very comfy bed too.
The breakfast was very yummy 😋 and plentiful, the only negative was the serving time of 8 to 9, which when your on holiday is a little early, but it hasn't put us off staying there again in the future.
The hosts were very kind and friendly people.

The guesthouse was in a wonderful location with views of the harbour on one side and the beach on the other. It was clean, warm, comfortable and Karen made us feel welcome right from the start. No need to worry about parking, a parking permit is available for use in the parking zones surrounding the guesthouse. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality and the checkin/checkout flexible and hassle-free. On top of all of this, we accidentally left something in the room which they posted to us. It was a perfect little get away for the weekend, we would gladly return for another stay. 5 stars!
The sea front the hotel had one let down the bathroom was so small couldn’t get in the shower the toilet was cramped and the wash basin was so cramped in we stayed there before in a different room and the bathroom was fine
I recently stayed at this charming guest house and was thoroughly impressed. The Seaview room was cozy and conveniently located right across from the beach. Cleanliness was exemplary throughout the property. The owner, who manages the establishment, is exceptionally friendly and maintains the place impeccably. The decor is tasteful and thoughtfully chosen, reflecting the local character and creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, this guest house offers a delightful blend of comfort and location. Highly recommended.
The Fairhaven Hotel, perfectly situated next to Weymouth sandy beach with plenty of things on the door step.
It's an older building with a little tiredness showing through the building.
But the beds are very comfy and clean.
The breakfast on the other hand was disappointing ”continental ”... bread cereals juice fresh fruit tea or coffee with a few jams to choose from £4.95.
Staff are nice and helpful.
Hotel’s location great, close to seafront and town centre.
The room smelt a but funny as you walked in and I would not have been able to open the window without my boyfriends help.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it looked like someone tried to flush a teabag down the toilet and it was stuck on the bottom.
The water pressure on the 3rd floor was absolutely rubbish, it would’ve been easier to have a wash in the sink.
We did request a room with a bath tub, which we didn’t get, but on the other hand the hotel had a little outdoor garden with sauna and hot tub which we did use for additional £20/person and we did not regret it!
Also the young man on the reception was extremely helpful.
