The concept is great to have all wooden rooms however it was always going to be difficult to maintain them throughout the year. The wooden steps area to the first floor was very badly maintained with contact creaking sound. The garden area is well done however again badly maintained, hardly green, looked very dry and unkept. It could be a great property if maintained well.

Good location, near the beach. Overall service is good, only daily house keeping service not done. Since it's sea side it's mandatory to cross check floor cleaning is happening or not. Please do address the same.

The location of the hotel is very cool, colva beach is hardly on walking distance.
food of the hotel is amazing...I would say as compared to other the hotel food was mind-blowing.
I was having two rooms there one room was good but the other was little uncomfortable due to some kind of dizzy smell and light flickering.

There are no lying on the beach and towels on the beach are not allowed to take. There is a shake on the left.
There are no shops, no pharmacy, no exchange.
In the pool the tile needs to be repaired.
Very beautiful, green territory with livelyness.

The veg udupi restraunt sagar kinara is also at the walkable distance from hotel. It also has decent place for parking. Breakfast is unlimited with few selections available.
