Excellent location, many restaurants and shopping centers around. Underground connection to metro which is definitely an advantage. However, the amenities is disappointing. Wellness centre including gym, swimming pool, sauna cost additional fee ¥4400 per day per person. I overlooked this charge when I booked the hotel which I think is just normal for a 4/5 stars hotel to provide these facilities to hotel guest at no additional cost. End up quite disappointing. I searched other similar grade hotels in the area, none of them charge extra for fitness centre. I consider fitness centre is very basic amenities for a 4/5 star hotel, so if this cost extra, there isn’t any amenities at all. Given the room rates they charge, I would not recommend this hotel.

Early check in was not possible but the room is spacious. The amenities in the room are great with a tea set, ironing board, shoe shine and spray that’s great for business travellers. The breakfast was a decent spread with a few nice ones like the Tonkotsu, soba. The onsen was also a highlight, the facilities are great with sauna and multiple shower corners for many people. The location is excellent, just next to the Hakata train station and there are a few pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. The overall ambient of the hotel is nice, clean, and peaceful.

Everyone is so courteous and thoughtful, always making sure we know they are here to help anytime. Room was on the larger side. A very comfortable stay. It is right outside the subway station too. With plenty of convenience stalls, also a straight walk to the shopping district. Love everything about this hotel.

The subway entrance is super close and has an escalator, which makes it easy when you're dragging luggage. The hotel can receive packages for you (you pick them up at the front desk); I bought several Amazon Japan deliveries, including some large baby formula boxes, and they were all signed for successfully. The room size is decent; you can open two 24-inch suitcases, though the aisle will be a bit narrow, but still passable. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and you can get to Tenjin and Hakata by bus in addition to the subway, so transportation is very convenient. Plus, they give you two bottles of water every day, and there's a hot/cold water dispenser and a microwave, which is really nice. Oh, and Hakata Daruma Ramen is right next door, super close and delicious!

The hotel is conveniently located right beside the canal city mall, but it was actually quite a bit of outdoor walking distance from the subway station as the connecting bridge from the mall was closed for some reason. The hotel is very big and each floor has a very long corridor full of rooms. However, the facilities are quite old and the walls are paper thin, I can clearly hear people talking along the corridor. The room was also quite dated and small, and the toilet was really cramped even for 1 person. The bed was really comfortable though. I only stayed for 1 night which i think is more than enough to explore canal city and nearby areas.

Friendly staff. If you didn’t book breakfast with your room you can’t add it at the hotel. Open plan toilet into room was odd, especially as the hi-tech toilet seat opens every time you move. Also, the concrete walls in the toilet area had holes and obviously modified areas - it looked rather unfinished. The area near the hotel is quite noisy, but inside this was muted suitably.

However, there are 2 points of my comments and hopefully the hotel will improve them. 1) The bathroom at the hotel room is a bit stinky and spreading to the room. I guess the bathroom's ventilation is not running very well. 2) In the room, the air conditioner outlet is dusty. I kindly suggest the hotel clean and maintain it more regularly to improve the hygiene of the room.

I booked this hotel because I was drawn in by the breakfast. It's super convenient – just 4 subway stops from the airport, and you can walk directly into Don Quijote from exit 4, which even has an escalator. As the hotel name suggests, the breakfast truly aims to fill you up. You can customize your sashimi bowl to your liking, and there's a good variety of options. You can also order a raw egg over rice; it was a unique experience trying it with the egg white and yolk separated for the first time. The room is also quite spacious; I'd say you could easily open two large suitcases. On the first floor, you can pick different shampoos to try, which is perfect for indecisive people. The only thing I was unhappy with was that we put up the cleaning sign, but the room wasn't cleaned. Also, the shaved ice was unavailable for some reason.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's close to the subway, right in front of Canal City, and Hakata Station is just a 10-minute walk away. The large public bath on the top floor is open until 1 AM, and there's a sauna, which completely melts away the day's fatigue. But the best part, by far, is the breakfast. The sushi, ramen, Janchi-guksu (banquet noodles), and bread are incredibly delicious! The breakfast was better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! If I visit Fukuoka again, I will definitely come back to the Gion branch! I was infinitely impressed by the friendly service!

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Tenjin shopping area. The room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection of both Japanese and Western options. I personally thought the curry rice was the best, especially with the fukujinzuke (pickled daikon radish) – I couldn't stop eating it! It was also very close to the yellowtail hotpot restaurant we booked.
