This time, our family of three came up from Kenting, planning to go to Xiaoyuqiu to play, and then wanted to have a good meal in the overseas Chinese market, and finally booked this homestay closest to Donggang transfer station. The landlord received us very enthusiastically, helped us to make an appointment for a taxi, and helped us book a small croquet play activities. We arrived at the small croquet by boat and someone came to receive it immediately. There was no time wasted. The landlord was great! Let's talk about the room. We live in two big bed rooms on the second floor. The room is very spacious, very clean, very new. The bathroom also has a large bathtub and a smart toilet. It can be seen that the landlord pays great attention to the guest's feelings and the room is super well maintained. The only inconvenience I think is to eat, there is not much to eat nearby, so we are all full at Donggang Wharf and come back 😂 There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby, and you can also replenish supplies. Back to Kaohsiung, we walked from the B&B to Donggang transfer station in ten minutes, very convenient.

Back in Qiqihar for business, my first choice is still Hemei. The service is consistently excellent. The front desk upgraded my room, and check-in was super fast since I arrived in the afternoon. I went to the Chinese restaurant and had a bowl of 'dalu mian' and tomato and egg noodles – tasted just like home, and only about ten yuan! The next day, I was back at the Chinese restaurant for lunch. I needed to sort out some documents, and since I had already checked out, they found me a private room. The dishes were outstanding as always, and the value for money was unbeatable. After lunch, with my documents ready, I went to the hotel entrance and bought some of their homemade braised chicken, pig trotters, and other marinated goodies – absolutely delicious! This was my first time in Qiqihar, and I ended up staying at the Wanda Realm Hotel for a total of four days. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. They even assigned a personal butler for WeChat communication. For instance, whenever I encountered issues like a slow drain, a window that wouldn't close, or needing a toilet seat cover, they promptly arranged for staff to resolve them.
I booked the hotel through Ctrip, and there was a seasonal package deal that was very good value. The hotel butler also provided a complimentary upgrade and free breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the Chinese restaurant offered great value and exquisite dishes.
The hotel is right next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping very convenient. Taking a taxi is the easiest and quickest way to get to local attractions. Especially when I went to Zhalong Nature Reserve, I asked the butler if I could return to my original room, and my request was granted.

The Serta mattress is just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; I couldn't hear any corridor noise at all, leading to a truly high-quality rest. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the complimentary toiletries are moisturizing and effective. All amenities are well-stocked, and the cleaning is meticulous with no missed spots.
The breakfast is rich and authentic.
