10/10 Customer Service was truly amazing want to give a big shoutout to AMELIA for going above and beyond to make my experience a 10/10. I went for Sweetest Day Weekend and the room was amazing, clean , fresh, and also came with a on the house heart pizza. The pizza was very delicious got delivered to the room and also the staff decorated the room with rose pedals which came with the room the (Super Essence Suite). Thank you AMELIA so sweet and nice thank you again for helping me and making me experience amazing and stress free. Highly recommend will be returning call and ask for AMELIA

This place needs to be updated everything looks old. lights don’t work properly they don’t have Bluetooth for music I don’t recommend this place to no one…. And I had the best room as they say looked like a old 90s hotel ….

I highly recommend essence suites for a nice getaway. I had a great experience and really enjoyed my stay with them. Amelia who works the front desk was very amazing and helpful with everything. Thank you again Amelia you made our stay very warm and welcoming. We will be back

The hotel room was completely dirty. The tub, sink, counter top and everything were nasty. To top that off, there were bed bugs on the bed and pillows, really bad. And it stinks sooo bad. As of yet, no one has called to say a thing to me. I called the Hotel, and the representative, Joe, said that Melanda, the operations manager, had called me. But that's not true because why didn't she leave a message? an still haven't issued my money back on my card. an didnt have the pizza they claim to have . The worst experience ever. Can anyone help with me trying to speak with the supervisor or her boss at the hotel.
