2024 Reviews: Serenity Springs - Michigan City Reviews from Real Guests.

We were swindled! There is no water pressure and no hot water. When we told the front desk about the situation, they became combative, like it was our fault. They finally agreed to bring it to the owner’s attention and he would contact me. That was a week ago. It’s obvious the owners know about this issue, but clearly have no problem swindling happy couples looking forward to a romantic getaway. And how sanitary can a room be if it can’t be cleaned with hot water? Especially a hot tub. We wound up camping in a tired, tawdry, glorified outbuilding with no hot water, poor TV reception, and a giant, useless hole in the floor. Oh, and that romantic little surprise that comes to your room every evening? Four graham crackers, six marshmallows, and a Hershey bar, so you can make s’mores over the fire ring on your back porch…when it’s 40 degrees, windy and raining. Surprise!

Would recommend to anyone I know. Very welcoming. The place was clean, the staff was very friendly. And the company itself is generous. The lake is stocked with fish. And they provide poles and bait if needed. I can’t wait to book again.thanks again

We loved our vacation at Serenity Springs! It was so relaxing, romantic, and fun. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The service was fast and amazing! Loved walking on the trails and feeding the geese! Cooking on the grill and making smores on the firepit! The jacuzzi was relaxing! The clubhouse was fun as well, we played a few rounds of bumper pool and ping-pong! We had a good time and plan on returning

We’re back! Unplug and take the love of your life to Serenity Springs! Super clean and beautiful cabins with all types of surprises! Cook your steaks on the gas grill, s’mores on the gas fire pit, and enjoy all of the treats delivered to your room! Love feeding the geese and the ducks!

Second time at Serenity Springs and just as wonderful. The bed is amazing, the cabins are so cute, love the heated floors and the butler box? Well it's just fantastic. They are so attentive and friendly while still respecting your privacy. The whole no wifi thing is a blessing in disguise. My wife and I spent the days exploring the surrounding area and the nights reconnecting. It was wonderful.
