|6.5km from city centerStayed for two nights. The room, bathroom were clean. All upgraded, its a modern hotel. Bed was comfy. But it has only one pillow for each bed. Unfortunately they have parking lot but with payment while other hotel is providing car parking for free. Check-in took time it was one hour to wait, and that was such a wasting time. Reception was only one lady on duty.

Unfortunately the room is too small, it's hard to open 2 big suitcases. Perhaps, the management hotel should provide email & whatsapp just like other hotels do. So the guest can reach you by email / whatsapp.

|3.44km from city centerThe hotel is quite good, but it is far from mekkah.need to use shuttle bus service and it is so bad and crowded when peak season. If want to go by taxi is also hard because lot of road were block by police and the only way to mekkah is by using that crowded shuttle bas. Normally that bus also will drop u far from hotel and need to walk far from there. Not recommended if u bring your parents. For the room is fine and comfortable but the aircond not that cool and the drainage sometime is clog.

Also breakfast is served on 2 floors but its not easily determined which floor you have to go because if you end up in a wrong restaurant you'll find food variety differ and might have a lesser option made available to you., be mindful to ask which restaurant you have booked for breakfast and dinner

The only thing that is a painful shuttle drop-off location is that you have to walk about 1 km with inclined passage, and further when you complete Umerrah, then after all the tiredness, you have yo face about same walk that is about complete Saeee that makes you almost broken so last time i pointed out this.....
Actually, the location of the drop is ideal in case the construction of haram gets accomplished, and in the near future, there is no chance of this

There is mosque in front of hotel that was also awesome. The only problem that I had was to reach to hotel by phone before I arrive there. Lastly, the gym is out of service now. However, I faced sort of a slight issue during the check-in, and it was sorted out in 10-15 minutes. The issue was due to payment as I booked and paid in advance. However, they wanted me to pay them and contact Trip.com to get my money back. I refused and showed them the receipt. Seems they are not used to the reservations with payment in front. If you do that, keep the receipt with you.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated.
One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate.
Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions.
The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience.
Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

Location was not ideal, about 25 min walk, if you take shuttle, then it’s 15 mins to Harram. Road works still going but they tend to finish and underpass should be running in Ramadan which will then reduce travel time for sure.

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities you’d expect. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was always tidy and refreshed. The hotel’s facilities were good as had a gym and even a games room. I did not try their breakfast this time around but would do next time. Our flight was later on in the evening and after requesting, the hotel let us checkout late which was good of them. I definitely would come back here again to stay as it is also value for money for what you get.
Any negatives - none except the hotel is few miles away from the Haram but the hotel provides a shuttle bus to and from which the buses go on time so this made it easy.

They have 2 options to go to Haram which was buggy ride or shuttle bus. All is convenient and they have regular service. My only concern was thier clogged bathroom but still bearable. Just wondering if the 5 star hotel also faced this problem. Overall was good and we had a pleasant stay for our Umrah.
