Our lake view room was perfect, had everything one could want, and was kept immaculately by the the cleaning staff. Our stay was made especially wonderful by all the hardworking hotel staff, the bar staff and receptionists, including the lovely sisters Julia, Elena, and Cecilia, Raffela, Mauro, and Raoul, who seranaded us on the piano on our last evening after serving us Franciacorta, the delicious local wine. Comfortable bed and good shower ( over the bath) excellent self serve breakfast. Bus stop to /from airport across the street. Train station 20 /30 min walk away. Frequent trains to Milan and Lecco (on shore of Lake Como ) for day trips. Arrived on Bank holiday and very busy …huge queues for funicular but bus just as handy for Cite Alta ….can get a 72 hour bus ticket for €12. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop restaurant but unfortunately it is open only to diners( not for a drink) and is rather expensive ! and the hotel doesn’t offer any other dining option.

At the time of the booking we asked for a triple while being in 4, because the baby can sleep in the campsite bed and the lady at the reception had warned us that we might be tight, Instead, with all the open bed, we were very well moving. This guy is always smiling and is very open for nice talks. He gave me also very good advices for places to visit and where to go for shopping. If I had any question about the hotel or anything else he was totally open to help with 100%. I am very satisfied! Also the staff in the morning at the breakfast was very very kind and helpful. |0.13km from city centerI was absolutely thrilled with this hotel for my stay in San Pellegrino! Probably the best value out of any place I have ever stayed in my life (and I travel non stop). The check in process was seamless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Andrea was a stand out as he gave me great advice on hiking trails, where to get some essentials, and some recommendations for the spa and area. The room was wonderful, made even more exceptional by the complementary minibar full of local snacks and a range of San Pellegrino beverages to try. Not only this but the complementary toiletry kit was a super high standard and very luxurious. I loved using the Marshall amp speaker for my music and was pleased by the supersonic hairdryer. This was a 10/10 stay, I only wish I had longer here it was hard to leave. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to absolutely anybody, even the most discerning of guests. Thank you to the QC Room team for making my stay so perfect. I will be back!

Have in mind that we arrived at around 10 pm due to a delayed flight, and needed a place to rest before starting our road trip. Perfect location regarding airport and Bergamo city centre. A bit outside the city core to let the juice of Italian culture slowly get to us. We found ourselves at the reception after getting to park our rental inside the hotel premises. Met by a friendly staff with a smile on his face, as if knowing he was the chosen one to redeem northern Italy’s reputation regarding Europe’s Covid outbreak. Entering our room, a bucket of chilled Prosecco and strawberries awaited us. Pre-ordered, not included. At 11 pm we wanted pasta, as any international, normal person would when in Italy their first day. The chef obliged and gave us room service at that hour. Drunk with Prosecco, strawberries and pasta, we slept through the night dreaming of the journey ahead. The bed linen was clean and the bathroom upheld its hygienic standard as it should. Breakfast awaited, and was mostly packaged baked goods. We even saw a guy just shoving tons of this stuff into a paper bag. The staff said it was ok. Partially continental breakfast. Coffee was great. All in all, a good start of a week long road trip. Room was ok, but fully functional.

The double bed is comfortable and king size. The apartment also had two TVs, one per room. The common areas are clean and comfortable, there is a play area with a quiet reading and relaxing angle. Although it is along a trafficed road, the sound isolation is excellent. Bergamo reaches in 12-15 minutes very easily. Personal available. Working but also for leisure.

|1.45km from city centerThis hotel are thieves, after booking me and my girlfriend to stay for three days (she’s not from Italy). when we presented at the Hotel Città Dei Mille for the check-in they told us that we need a “super green pass” (we’re vaccinated 2 doses and we had a negative PCR covid test) . They told us to access the Hotel Città Dei Mille you need to have the third dose, but the Hotel Città Dei Mille didn’t tell us this before coming neither the booking website it wasn’t written anywhere we checked many times in front of them. so we looked for another place to stay, when we asked for a reimbursement the Hotel Città Dei Mille said they don’t reimburse FOR NON PRESENTATION. Shame on you Hotel Città Dei Mille Bergamo Lombardia Italia, this not a good customer service at all if you have economic problems don’t take it from your client’s pocket. The reimbursement amount we asked for was just 200€ Have a nice day

Personale gentile e disponibilissimo a qualsiasi problematica, basti pensare che avevo l aereo al ritorno alle 14 e la signora è stata così gentile da anticipare (ovviamente solo per me) il pranzo in modo da potermi organizzare con il viaggio, inoltre con la mia prenotazione non avevo la colazione inclusa, ma la signora anche in questa occasione si è resa disponibile chiudendo un occhio e dandomi la possibilità di usufruire della colazione. Struttura pulita, bella calda e letti comodi. La stanza si apre tramite una scheda elettronica che serve anche per aprire la porta di ingresso dell' albergo, rendendoci così completamente indipendenti. Se dovessi tornare a trovare i miei amici, sicuramente dopo questa esperienza tornerei in questo albergo.

Se l'avessimo fatto, avrebbero intascato il pagamento; fortunatamente Expedia ha trovato altra sistemazione. Abbiamo poi controllato, a quell'indirizzo c'è un portone non senza targa o citofono che faccia pensare che la struttura esista davvero. Il sito è in costruzione. Esistono altri Bergamo inn con ottime recensioni (e sito funzionante), probabilmente usano un nome simile per trarre in inganno. Booking was canceled 48h before arrival, without explanation. We were offered an unsuitable room elsewhere (2 beds instead of 3). We turned it down, and they instructed us to cancel the booking via Expedia. If we had done that, they would have kept the payment! Thankfully Expedia found us another accommodation. We then passed by the stated address, and there's nothing to indicate that there actually is a hotel/B&B. The website is under construction. Most likely they use the name ”Bergamo inn” to trick people into believing they are linked to other successful hotels by that name.

|1.37km from city centerThere are a huge number of positives for staying at the Hotel Piazza Vecchia. It is a charming, historic property in the heart of Bergamo’s Citta Alta (Bergamo’s old town), a short walk from all the main sights of this delightful city. The location is superb, close to lots of excellent restaurants and shops, the funicular stops and the main historic sights of the city. Most of the accommodation seems to be near the station which is 15-20 minute walk to the funicular that takes you up to the historic old town (or another 15-20 minute walk up the hill if you are athletic) so it makes a lot of sense to stay here if tourism is the reason why you come to town. The hotel is located off one of the main old town streets, up a short flight of stairs to the reception desk. It’s eighteen steps, and a stairlift is available if you need help. To the three floors where the rooms are located there is a small lift. The check in and out was efficient and friendly, the receptionists are always welcoming and speak English. They really want to boost tourism to the city and were very nice to speak to. The written communication isn’t quite as strong. Before we arrived we requested an airport pick up, which they provide through a local driver who is very nice and speaks good English. We got no confirmation to say this was arranged so emailed again to be told that it was arranged. The pick up was fine but when we went to confirm the return to the airport we found the time they had was wrong. It was soon sorted out, but I would recommend double checking the details. Parking is also available at a nearby site. Our room was on the third floor. It had a balcony with a view of rooftops and the hills behind the city, a large TV (but only with Italian channels), good WiFi, a wardrobe and a very small safe, which again showed for us that Reception is a little inconsistent. I went to use it, followed the instructions and then couldn’t open it. I informed Reception (luckily, I had nothing in the safe) and that it needed resetting, but it didn’t happen during our time at the hotel. There is also a coffee machine, fridge and a comfortable bed and an air conditioner/heater. They provide cups, glasses and a corkscrew. The most irritating thing about the room we stayed in was that there was no ceiling light, just a wall light and three lamps, making the room quite dark and impossible to find anything in the wardrobe or drawers after dark without a torch. The only other downside to the room was that there was only one bin, a small one in the bathroom so it filled up quickly. The room also had a desk, a table and seats, which weren’t that comfortable, they were like garden furniture, so I suspect that they go on the balcony when the weather improves. The bathroom had a good shower. The sink was nicely designed but a bit impractical, with a sloping bottom to it and an overhanging tap which made shaving or washing your face awkward. |1.5km from city centerStayed at the Winter garden on a resent business trip and I attended a conference at the hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and I was with 2 other colleagues. The welcome at the front desk when we arrived was very good and the staff were very polite and spoke very good English. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and we were all very impressed first by the friendliness of the staff, we asked about local wines and our waiter recommended a very nice red. Second was the quality of the food everything was by perfect. Breakfast was served on the top floor there was indoor seating and also a nice area outside. There was a very good selection for breakfast and everything was very fresh. The conference facilities were very good and the coffee and pastries served when we took a break were very good At lunchtime we were served a very good buffet. The hotel very very clean and the rooms were nice and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel if I’m ever in the area again.

This very comfortable and romantic place, our (deluxe) room was very spacious, with indoor courtyard and water-massing bath. The staff is very friendly and the place offers a lot of privacy. (Parking for the overseen indoor car) One negative consideration: Breakfast offered nothing salt and would serve a little more maintenance in the room (e.g. in the bathroom no LEDs and some bathroom mouths were fault)

The staff mostly was very helpful and service minded. In general the hotel is outdated and reception, hall and the one elevator are lacking the luster to be considered a 4-star hotel. Hotel bar and restaurant prompt going outdoors. Breakfast itself was good. The room was very small, far too warm and where lacking real air conditioning could not be made comfortable. The room we booked via Booking looks like being furnished in the late 60-ies and is lacking an espresso machine. The bathroom, with plastic cups to try to drink out of, was cramped and without space to place much more than a toothbrush. I hope the hotel will be reviewed by the brand soon to bring it up to the standard we experienced in e.g. the BW in Modena.

Good shower. Soundproof, although there's always someone who has to slam their door. Breakfast good. All the usual. Bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit eggs etc. Bit manic at times. Bad points. Bedroom wasn't cleaned and bed wasn't made one day. Another day we weren't left with a spare toilet roll. Our towels were never folded and just left in a heap on the rail. Never given any milk in room for coffee. We haf a shared balcony, but if we went on it, you could see staight into another bedroom, on the corner. Thick slimy brown muck at bottom of shower. It was never clear off in the 9 nights we were there. Without effort, I cleared a bit off with a tissue. It was disgusting. Area is good and not run down considering its by the station

Very good wifi. Eleonora, the owner, is always in touch and she was very helful - without her, I would have never figured out how to read bus schedule before our trip to lake Iseo😅 not to forget, that Eleonora and her son Lorenzo speak good English. We've been to different places in Italy - that's not always the case when owners speak English 🙂 So, highly recommended, very good stay in lovely Bergamo

|1.31km from city centerI arrived into Bergamo airport at just after 1am, the taxi drivers outside were like sharks in a feeding frenzy on the poor unsuspecting arrivals...I went to the front of the line of cars as is usual practice, the driver asked where I was going and then started shouting out to the other drivers, pointed out another car and told me to go there..as a woman travelling alone I am careful..I told the driver there was already someone in his car...turns out they pack you in ! Three of us, me the first drop, 2 minutes later and we arrive at my hotel, 20 euros ! Minimum charge apparently ! What a con ! Opened my curtains the following morning after no sleep due to air con set at a boiling 22 degrees! The airport is directly opposite the hotel across a major road ! The next day I walked to the airport up the road via an underpass (I wouldn't have done this at night on my own but a man checking in at reception had done) The room was basic and drab, decorated...I use the phrase lightly...bland and hostel like ! No pictures, old,tired and dull furniture...depressing...oh and NO TEA TRAY ! In the small fridge which I was amazed had been inserted into this awful room devoid of any personality or comfort, had one can of coke and two bottles of water...priced at 3.50 euro each ! I did mention on check out my displeasure of the missing tea tray and the lovely receptionist informed me the standard rooms don't have tea trays, I paid £142 for one person for one night without breakfast ! I honestly believe a tea tray is a basic requirement, also at least one bottle of complimentary water, I have self catering places and provide all of this ! I will not be staying in this awful place again.
