The staff was nice and the breakfast was very good for the two days we stayed here. There is a huge field, off the parking lot, where you can run your dogs. The Best Western we stayed at in June and this place are both older. The bathroom at this Quality Inn was tiny. The whole room was on the smaller side. The smallest toilet we had ever seen. Not counting the one at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls-Scenic Downtown where toilet was the size for a small child. So if you're worried about anything you may encounter in a room, remember that you can always ask to see one first.

I had an accessible room, I was disappointed there was no mirror in the room I could see myself in. I use a wheelchair and the only mirror was above the sink. I’m a diamond member and all other BW offer me a bottle of water at check in, they didn’t at this BW. Worst of all they put a $30.00 charge on my credit card. I know this is common, later it’s removed. But 22 days later it’s still on my card. I called them 4 times about it. The first 3 calls I was told the manager would return my call, they never did. Finally the 4th call, I was told the charge was dropped and I’d have to call my credit card. It’s now in dispute. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than most. But I will not be staying at this BW again.

It takes a lot to get Sandre fuming but beliebe me you you do NOT want to bring this one up or talk to her about this one that's for sure. The checkin boy was helpful in his own way but his dog was biting him... dogs will be dogs!! But that was the BEST OF IT. Our room was a jason to the front desk so loud door clunks and men voices could be heard brite as morning. NOY a good start. It wasn't too bad but that was before Sandre csuight sight of the ants. But it gets worse. The first thing you noticeis the cig smell... Sandres lungs can not handle second degree smoke and i don't know whos's can to be Frank. I'm STILL COUGHING. Who is smoking anyway. Then when we are eating we notice the long and short hairs everywhere and in the linens (which were stained with a blood color. Ants are one thing but SMOKE and BLOOD........ and HAIRS... Those things are not accepatble and we will not be staying here again unless we have no choices OR if there is a wedding in eugene we cant get out of

This was my sixth or seventh time staying at the Hampton Inn in Eugene and it continues to be one of my favorite places to stay in Oregon. The employees at the front desk are consistently helpful and easy too deal with. The breakfasts are great. I also love the heated swimming pool! The rooms are always comfortable, and I’m always amazed at how quiet the hotel is after 10:00 pm. Finally, the hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and most importantly, the University of Oregon. (I’m a big Ducks fan) I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone station in Eugene. It’s a great place,

The hotel is close to the high-speed, navigation is easy to find, as a way to take a break from Vancouver to San Francisco, the American breakfast is simple but the fruit is fresh, especially the strawberries are very good, the green leaves are hard. We stayed here to see a concert at the McDonald Theatre just down the street. We really liked the room and free breakfast. The separation between the bedroom area and bathroom area is one of the best ever. The front desk clerk was very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Eugene. We would give it 5 stars, but the bed was just a bit too firm.

My stay was pretty much perfect at the Candlewood. At check in the front desk agent Crystal was so delightful and very helpful, she made sure to exceed our expectations, right from the start we felt very welcomed! A big shout out to Crystal for doing such a great job and being extra helpful with all our questions!!Our room was very clean and tidy, spacious and a great view from the free upgrade we received at check in. We walked about 2 minutes to the student center for a tour of the University of Oregon. Then we also walked to the stadium, which is a beautiful walk over a bridge. Breakfast was ok, it’s food. Bedrooms are old, but clean. The accent chair had a stain, so we placed a towel over it and just didn’t sit there.

This is a clean, modern hotel with a helpful staff and excellent breakfast, BUT the hotel's designer (at least for the main building in the front) seemed to focus on form over function. In particular, it seems that little attention was paid to sound-proofing, either between floors or from outside. I was awakened in the middle of two nights out of four, once by a noisy room above and once by street noise. It even seemed like the guest room windows were single-pane, which is ridiculous both for energy and noise. Other minor issues: though guests are provided with multiple large towels, the bathroom had only one small towel rod. And my wife disliked the sliding bathroom door that didn't really close off that room. There are apparently other buildings in the rear, but we know nothing of them. In summary, this hotel is a mixed bag: nice in many ways but don't expect quiet, especially if you have a room near Franklin Blvd.

We were in Eugene for a Convention. I stayed in the motel room most of the time alone. Never was I scared or afraid. I felt very safe. The room was VERY CLEAN. The bathroom was great. We had enough room and never felt boxed in. I amazed how you never heard any of your neighbors flushing toilets or the shower running. Thank you for this great room. Prices were wonderful

I had the pleasure to spend thirteen nights here whilst working as a journalist covering the World Athletics Championship. The first thing that got me hooked, was the simply addictive lime & ginger drink, on of three flavors constantly available near the elevator. There os workout gear in every room, it's a pleasant walk to reach downtown. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, Reception staff is quick and available 24 hours, in the evening Brice knows how to run a good bar and the burger was the best one I had during my stay and I had four of them in thirteen days. Delicious breakfast Greek yoghurt and granola was my favorite, together with the burrito. . Allow me one small and slightly pedantic remark: thanks for purchasing one espresso/cappuccino machine. Thankfully there is a great local small coffee shop/bakery Palace a two minute walk away, try their home made cookies but do not go there too late as they are a local sensation.

A lone walker in a common homestay. The beds are comfortable, the boss is warm, and the guests who stay are mostly backpackers who like the quiet, elegant and fresh environment. One of the 3 worst motels I have ever booked in... So bad I did not stay the night. I booked a room through Expedia because I was working entertainment at an event that was going to run well past midnight and didn't want to drive 3 hours home after. I didn't need anything fancy, just clean, safe and reasonably comfortable. While checking in, the other guests that I saw looked way too much like characters on COPS, and I don't mean the ones with badges! Sadly, the motel staff was not much better. I didn't have time before my gig to start looking for something else, so I checked in at about 6PM. The place seems to be a regular problem spot with local police due to the clientele. I was required to sign a waiver notice for evictions due to drugs, fights, loud noise, intoxication, etc. Entering the room, the smell was distinctly like ”stripper's perfume”, if you know what I mean. The bedspread looked like someone had been walking on it with filthy bare feet. I had been driving for several hours, and still had to work most of the night, so I pulled back the dirty bedspread to take a nap. After about 20 minutes, I heard a loud argument between one of the managers and a guest about whatever they were doing in their room. Getting ready for my gig, I didn't feel safe leaving anything of value in the room, so I packed it all back into my car. At that point, I decided that I would rather drive through the night after working, than come back to Executive Motel. $93 for a 20 minute nap!

Before I do any review I believe it is necessary for people to realize what we are reviewing. This is a value-based motel, not a Hilton, or Hyatt. Based upon that I gave it four out of five stars. The room was clean, the front desk staff was helpful, and my son and I both slept well the three nights we were there. The price was dead on the money if you are looking to save some money, if not there are many other options that can blow your budget very quickly. before I do any review I believe it is necessary for people to realize what we are reviewing. The beds AR comfortable, they could use better Linens and toiletries, but it is not bad. If you were looking to stay someplace on a budget, look no further.

This Motel property is conveniently located right off of Interstate 5 at the south edge of Eugene where deer can sometimes be seen wandering about in the wooded hills that rise up above the back side of the motel. I’ve stayed here for quite a few nights over the past decade when visiting family members, and I’ve always been greeted with friendly staff at the front desk and given a clean, comfortable room at an affordable rate. This latest stay over Memorial Day weekend was no exception Rashad, the desk clerk who checked me in, was courteous and outgoing, gave me a choice of room location, and clearly described all the available amenities. I’ll definitely be considering another stay here when I come back down to Eugene again.
