Clean and really good value for money. Far from Cheongcho Lake in Sokcho overlooking the 10th floor It was better because it was a hotel with a view of Mt. Seorak. After going to Daecheongbong Peak in Seoraksan Mountain, I came and had a good rest. It is 5 minutes away from Sokcho Central Traditional Market, so the food is good. We went to eat Abaimulhoe noodles nearby where Mr. Baek Jong-won went, and it was good. There are things to see and eat around the hotel. Above all, the staff was friendly and nice

I think that day was the beginning of the vacation and the day when the most people move. On that day, I felt fortunate and grateful that I was able to find a hotel through the trip. After making a reservation at the Sunrise Hotel and going around downtown Sokcho, I went to the hotel to eat and check in. went in Since the hotel is a new building, it was clean, so I thought it was a waste to think what to do if the hotel is worse than expected. However, compared to the size of the hotel, the parking lot was narrow. I think it was about 3/1 of the water supply. I thought that the changed appearance of Sokcho might have made more people come. The hotel room seemed a bit small, but it was nice to have a window to the east so you could see the East Sea. In fact, it is not easy to see the sunrise of the power from the guest room. I didn't think it was a little narrow in anticipation that I would be able to see it floating. After taking a shower, I came down to see the night view of the surroundings, and I just walked as I walked, looking at the light on the bridge. In doing so, I had an unexpected benefit. This is the place where people in the west have to cross the river and the sea to go to work in the east. There was a place where a boat would go by tying a rope, jumping over the rope, and pulling the rope. It's a place where you can cross in one minute, but there was something different to see there. Sleeping by the window there, the cool sea I ate old-fashioned patbingsu with the wind blowing, and the heat seemed to go away. The sunrise of the East Sea seen from the Sun Rise Hotel is regrettable, and the sun rises properly due to the grumpiness of the clouds. Still, it was nice to see the setting sun. This summer trip is going around the East Sea without a plan. It was a trip to find a good place by eating and moving again. The trip and the Sunrise Hotel that I met on that trip were I think it was a trip that improved the quality of the trip and helped a lot economically.

I didn't expect much for old harbor town accommodation, but it was wrong, rather best choice. 오래된 항구도시 호텔이라서 별로 기대 안했는데, 너무 좋았어요 The facilities, building itself, room are sophisticated, simple but clean and tidy. Cool air condtioned every where, in the lobby the cafe was wide and comfy, convenience store is located. 건물이나 시설이 전반적으로 세련되고 심플하지만 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어 있었어요. I booked a half-ocean view, and a little bit worried about the view, 'cause it was 'half' view, but it was needless worry. The view on 19 floor was fantastic. You can overlook the beautiful twin bridge in red and blue, the ocean and the port nearby. And the location was the best, you can visit famous tour site just on foot, the Central market, fish market, Abai soondae town, famous Hamheung naengmyun restaurant, and so on. 특히 위치가 너무 좋아요 속초 중앙시장, 회센터, 아바이 순대타운, 함흥냉면집 등등 걸어서 다 돌아다닐 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. The only inconvenience was the elevators which need more capacity, they got only 3 lines. Parking lot was enough with 4stories underground. For general I strongly recommend, wanna visit again.

The location is the best. The view is very good. You can see the sunrise from the room. It is within 10 minutes walk to the central market and is convenient to use restaurants and convenience stores on the first floor of the building. There is no reception, but parking and check-in are easy. Microwave in the room. Hair dryer. TV. refrigerator. Kitchen (with cooking tower including tableware), coffee pot, shampoo are available. However!!! It was a lot of disappointment in cleanliness. There was hair and X hair on the floor and shelves on the bed. Dust management such as tables was not maintained. And above all, the bathroom is not clean. When the toilet was stinging and the lighting in the bathroom broke down, it was dark. * There are unnecessary props (frames and harmony, etc.), giving a bad impression. As a result of our trip to Snowy Mountain, we chose to stay in Shucao for one night. After reading the online evaluation, we chose this hotel which is also very good in transportation and surrounding environment and accommodation. First of all, the traffic from Jiangling Expressway Bus Station to Shucao is only a short bus ride. After crossing the road, it is very convenient to reach the hotel entrance. The hotel has a very stylish appearance, the black and white gray tone is very novel, straight into the customer service, Check-in is also very fast, the door is using electronic eaves, it feels safe. Although there is no elevator, the whole building has only 4 floors, and it is not hard to go up and down. The room is wider than the home, the only bad is the bathroom, the water is very poor after showering, the whole bathroom is wet and slippery, very bad. Great suite with generous kitchen and washer/dryer, high floor with view. The only problem was the hotel layout with I've learned is common in Korea. It's not a hotel, there is no sign, no front desk, no lobby, no key cards. The building is full of units constructed by another company that leases them out to individuals or any business calling itself a hotel. So identifying the building, figuring out my suite was there, figuring out which suite was mine, and how to access it was a long, frustrating process. Calling the listed number got an employee named Sara who ultimately came and found me to explain where my room was and how to access it with either a smartphone or a keypad code. Once all the confusion was finally worked out the stay was great.

Although it is an old resort, it is a good location for sightseeing at the entrance to Sokcho and Goseong. The bathroom has been remodeled, but other facilities seem to be in urgent need of remodeling. In particular, the bed where you can feel the spring is a bit harsh; Older resorts around it are remodeling little by little, but it's a pity that Seorak Pine is still the same. He gave spot on recommendations on where to eat & what to see & how to get to these. Juha speaks good English too. The lady who assisted him was also very helpful friendly and polite. The room we had was clean, spacious and very comfortable & has a small pantry with induction hob, electric kettle ,fridge & some cutlery and crockery. Bed linen is crisp and nicely ironed & towels were clean and fluffy. Location is nearer to the countryside so is more pleasant and peaceful but it’s convenient: bus stop is about 5mins walk away & it takes about 15 minutes by bus to the Mt Seorak National Park. An Italian Restaurant is less than 5 minutes walk away and there’s a Korean grill pork & beef restaurant about 10-12 minutes walk from Casa Seorak. There’s a small convenience store and a sashimi center ( with a few small local restaurants selling live seafood for selection & preparation sashimi style) about 15-20 minutes walk away. Breakfast is nicely done & includes juice, plain toast with jam and butter or French toast, fruits & salad & eggs. There’s on site roasted coffee beans, grinder & accessories for making hand-dripped coffee in the room. Stayed 4 nights and will be back if we visit Sokcho & Mt Seorak National Park again.

This small guest house is really nice, James is very welcome, always laughing and makes us feel comfortable. he has given us several advice on the different places to visit. his welcome is very warm, The rooms are quite clean, it's warm enough in winter, but as the heating is on the ground you can't adjust it by room. Even if it's a little hot, we were happy to get there after a long ice day! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Thank you, James ! Bruno and Sandrine

There are a lot of food around.. It's good to breathe in Cheongcho Lake.. It's a bit expensive compared to facilities and services.. If the price is a bit cheap, I am willing to visit again.. Breakfast is simply prepared. It's free.

The Padasori Pension was all that I hoped it would be - quiet, comfortable and with a great sea vibe. The room was spacious for two people and the kitchen facilities enabled us to prepared evening meals if we wished to. It was close to convenience stores and within walking distance to the express bus terminal and Emart. The host, while not speaking English, was obliging and provided for all our needs. A busy lady cleaning all those rooms! The only issue for some people would be the small bath towels (which are quite common in Korea).
