The hotel is small in size. There are very few choices in the restaurant bar. There is a coffee snack bar and there is no activity. Overall, it is acceptable for people who like to lie down and enjoy a quiet holiday. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The pool is divided into several infinity pools. The photo is beautiful. The room is very clean. The staff is very hot. Generally speaking, the price is average.

Hampton inn was advertising the hotel like it had a swimming pool but guess what the pool is under reinnovation so there was no pool for my Christmas holiday. Had I known this in advance I would have booked another hotel. The hotel was okay and a good value for the money with the pool but without a pool it's just a hotel in the middle of nowhere without any amenities. I couldn't even really tell I was by the beach because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view. There was no way to really look at the ocean because of course there was no pool and breakfast was monotonous the same thing every single day no variance no difference and basically know meat I would say it was a very substandard breakfast and unappetizing and not really hot. Only canned juices and no decaffeinated coffee. I would not stay here again without a pool. And be careful when you get a room because some of the rooms are moldy and the ice machine are broken on every floor except for in the main lobby. This hotel needs a little money pumped into it and the pool restored to working order. The two queen bedroom was roomy put with no pool I didn't really enjoy my experience. Staff was professional but I'm sure they're tired of hearing people complain about the fact that a hotel that advertises a pool doesn't actually have a pool that functions. The daily fruit options were not exactly what I would call fresh either a little rancid. The attached pictures are of the broken ice machine signs the less than fresh fruit, and the sealed off entrance to the pool.

We chose Medano Hotel for the location and good reviews. We were very pleased with the comfortable & clean room with a ceiling fan and remote to run the AC. The balcony overlooking the pool from our 4th floor was a nice place to sit in the evening and listen to the live music, playing from about 8-10 PM. There were many activities which we did not take advantage of, including pickleball, putting green, pool table, ping pong, foosball and air hockey. The gym that is available for free is amazingly nice. We were surprised there was even free laundry machines. The waiter, Alan, was a delight every breakfast. He kept the coffee coming. The free breakfast options were multiple. Eggs were a bit bland but the pancakes with fresh strawberries were quite flavorful. Salsa could have helped the eggs with the flavor. From our location, we were able to walk about .25 miles up a small hill and down again to the Medano beach. It was heavily populated on the weekend but less so during the week. The constant hounding to buy things by the locals along the beach got very old very quick. We found a beach on the west side of the marina (maybe Playa Coral Negro) that was a walk but quite nice with huts to provide cover and less selling being done. Food was an easy walk from the hotel, reasonable and delicious at Taco Gardenias (shrimp & fish tacos!) and El Pollo de Oro. Cash only for El Pollo de Oro and sit on the left side for the best service. Sweets at Docecuarenta casa de cafe were decadent.

Just don't bother. I booked 2 rooms back in February for our stay in August. I paid the balance a week before the trip. When I arrived I was told that they couldn't verify the deposit I made in February or that I had paid the remaining balance. I showed them proof of both because I printed and saved the documentation for all payments. I was told by the front desk staff (Abraham and Itzel) that they close payments take a day to show up. When I told them I paid a week ago then the story changed. After them rudely telling me multiple times I had to pay $529.47 as an incidental fee whilst the lady next to us was told $200 for her incidental fee, I had enough. They said that they had to call Reservations to confirm which was conveniently closed at the time even though i called reservations 3 times that week to confirm what was needed for check in. My friend brought up to them that their contracts said $100 for incidental fees that we signed and they said their solution for us was for us to hold $200 on one card and $300 on another card implying that they thought we didn't have the money. The whole time the two of them were conversing back and forth in spanish as if I didn't understand them as they did not know that Spanish is actually my first language. At this point I opted to speak to her in Spanish to which she stared at me baffled and then called her manager Michael. Michael told us that they couldn't verify the deposit so we had to pay the money. I asked him why and he said they closed the nooks monthly so it wasn't showing on their screen. I informed him that we paid it in February and showed him proof. Therefore if you close books monthly then you have it. I informed him that I was here and heard Abraham tell the woman next to us that the fee was $200. At which point he told us that we had to paid incidentals of $200 per room and that was all. Upon getting to my room I was disappointed with how dated it was. The restaurant ans bar staff were amazing. I had a great time and much better customer service next door at the Grand Solmar. We came for a group event and all the people at the event had the same or worse experiences. At check out they had their ducks in a row on everything though in order to get money they thought was owed to them. Upon leaving the resort I discovered that I and several others are covered in rashes that appear to be bug bites. I will never stay here again.

We have positives and negatives about the staff, 2 of the guys serving drinks were great, Pelipe and Alfredo were amazing, we cannot fault them. They always had a smile and made us feel great! However Fidel Castro was unbelievably rude and unfriendly, he made us feel uncomfortable and we didn’t like this services around the pool, but we will not visit again until he is not here.

It’s location is a positive factor. Right near the marina with a private beach in the pacific side of the Baja peninsula. Rooms are clean and had all amenities listed. The checkin process is a bit lengthy, you will have to meet the receptionist and the hostess, it could have been shortened. Also while checkout the receptionist mentioned that our prebooked taxi cannot come inside the property to pick us, but finally the driver managed to come-in.

Alan at the pool bar was amazing. Great smile and energy and attitude. The most redeeming quality about this place. The rooms are clean and the restaurant has a nice vibe, as well as the beach club. Do not eat anything from the room’s mini bar. I was sick one day and thought maybe I needed to eat something so I could take some medication. But, what was u able to eat it because it was so stale. And they charged us more than $5 for a tiny pack of stale chips. What was the most disappointing to us was the poor communication by both the check-in staff (who told us that they were also the manager, Marta) and the restaurant staff. When Marta checked us in, she told us that the breakfast was included and to just go to the restaurant. She clearly said that the restaurant would give us what would look like a bill and not to worry- that it would not be charged to our room but only for their records. I even went back downstairs after unpacking and asked a second staff member who confirmed what Marta had said. However, on the second day, after we ate breakfast a second time, my partner thought it prudent to ask again and was told that the only free breakfast was free was the “American breakfast” and that we were being charged about $60 for our breakfast each day! When I went to talk with the manager about it, she told me that she had said it was the American breakfast, but she did not. Neither me or my partner hears it. And the second staff member did not say that. And my reservation simply says “free breakfast included.” Nothing more specific than that. And the restaurant staff never said anything to us to clarify. Marta also said that they sent me an SMS text to explain this , but I never received any message from the hotel about this. As we told her this, Marta then tried to tell us that my reservation does not come with feee breakfast at all. Funny that she remembered telling me about my free breakfast 30 seconds earlier. So, I then had to pull out my reservation confirmation to show her clearly that it did come with the breakfast. Not only was I met with a very poor attitude, there was no attempt done to fix the problem and no apology.

Beautiful hotel in the town of San Jose de Los Cabos. My husband, son and I had a two room suite. It was beautifully appointed with a nice kitchen with brand new appliances. There was a great Murphy bed for my son in his room and our room had a king size bed and kitchenette. The Murphy bed is much more comfortable than a sofa bed and easy to set up. My son had his own bathroom. My husband and I had a slightly larger bathroom with two sinks. Our rooms had connecting doors. The roof top pool was gorgeous and the views of the nearby mountains was superb. I had the pool to myself most of an afternoon. The hotel is very new so the furnishings and decor are wonderful and modern. It was a short walk to the galleries and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was lovely and very responsive to our needs.

I have stayed here several times and the hotel always meets my expectations. The hotel is very clean by any standards. The included breakfast is a great way to start the day. The price per night is very good. The staff are all helpful and professional. It is close to Cabo and about 25 minutes to San Jose. A short drive to any where. There is currently a good view of the arch and a nice pool area to chill out at on the roof. 3 great restaurants (Mexican, bistro and sushi) all within 100 yards of the lobby. Also a convenience store in the same complex. This hotel is my first pick when staying in the area. I highly recommend it.

My new wife and I recently had our wedding at Mar Del Cabo. We reserved all 48 rooms for 120 of our closest friends and family from Thursday through Sunday and all I can say is - WOW, what an experience. We've stayed at Mar in the past as a couple but to share this special experience at such beautiful boutique hotel with all of our family and friends was extremely special. Yes, there is a hotel being built next door that causes noises here and there but there is construction all over Cabo ( or any popular vacation sports now a days) but their staff and management team more than made up for it with their kindness and made us feel like family. We spent a total of nine days at Mar Del Cabo during our wedding week and moved on to the 5-star One & Only Palmilla for a ”mini moon”. The One & Only was great, but both my wife and I missed the beauty and staff at Mar Del Cabo and frankly wished we stayed the rest of our stay back at Mar! If you have opportunity to stay at Mar Del Cabo, you'll make instant friends with the Staff - Victor, Sergio, Saul, Javier, Cesai and the many more that make you feel like you are part of their family. Fantastic food, great drinks and a romantic feel throughout the property. We'll 100% visit again and can't wait to see the staff who we made friends for a lifetime! It's been a week since our wedding and our friends and family are already starting to book trips back at this very unique and special place!

Perfect location and friendly staff. We recently stayed for a week with a party of 12. The rooms are a little older, but the grounds are pristine. The food was also pretty good. Lots of activities, and good drinks. Concierges Adrian and Dago really make things easy and regularly checked on us making sure we got i to the shuttle for our activities and checked in at the right place for the boat. The resort really cares about safety too. My father-in-law left his bag in a taxi and because they track who comes and goes, they were able to find the taxi driver and we got his bag back. We were also celebrating graduations, and Anniversary and birthdays and they went the extra mile to make everyone feel special. You can also travel in a free shuttle between their properties to enjoy the amenities at each. All Inclusive is the way to go here. ❤️ The brackets now also serve as a Room key. That was nice.

I don’t normally write reviews but I just needed to put my experience out there. I wish someone had been honest about the little things in their reviews. First I’d like to say that I don’t think my issues with our stay reflect the staff so much as the property. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and wants to make your stay as nice as possible. But I wouldn’t say they stand out as a whole compared to other properties/resorts staff. The property visually is stunning and it’s like it’s own little village with little alleys and pathways. It’s built into the mountain and they utilized the natural surroundings and rock structures in a way we don’t see much in the states. The lighting and other details like the heart trees are beautiful. But beauty doesn’t lead to functionality. Our room was absolutely gorgeous but not easy to move around in. The open air concept in the bathroom is beautiful but I just don’t enjoy taking open air showers. Most properties have a big airy bathroom but the shower has a glass surround that you can choose whether you want some cool air with your shower or not. Ok fine, not a deal breaker. Let’s move on. The bathroom door(s) is floor to ceiling barn door style double door. They bolts slide from one side and to shut the door you have to slide the outside panel past the sink, countertop, which makes it awkward if you just need to pop out to get some thing. Again, not a dealbreaker. Moving on. The view from our room was very unique with a dead palm tree right in the middle. It was still a gorgeous view but we’re at the Waldorf Astoria right??? After staying at a different location for four nights prior to our three day stay at WA, I felt great and well rested. Then we came over to the Waldorf…. Between the mosquitos in our room biting me and the mattress, I did not sleep well. The sitting area in our room made the space super cramped and it was difficult to move around. And the only place to lounge in the room is on the bed. Outside by the plunge pool there is no lounger either which I found disappointing. So the only place we can lounge is the shared pool areas and a few spots on the beach. So the biggest issue I had with our room is how “thin” the walls sound. The people above us kept dragging chairs around and it sounded like they were doing that in our room. People walking by outside when our doors were all shut sounded like they were in our room. Our room was along the route to el Farallon so we heard everyone and their loud conversations going to and from the restaurant. All those things together made it a deal breaker for me. The rest of my issues are just added in for extra flavor and some weren’t exactly the WA’s fault. We ended up being seated next to a family with a crying baby for way too many meals, trying to eat outside in the daytime meant covering your food between bites bc the flies were so bad, and don’t think you’ll get to use the one hot tub they have. It’s TINY. And it’s located in the f

Selected this hotel after considering a number of options in the corridor and San Jose del Cabo. We very much enjoyed our stay. The omnipresent art, friendly staff and unique location were a nice break from our “usual” stays in Los Cabos. The hotel is located on a point with the marina on two sides and views from the rooms generally overlook a small portion of the marina and public beach before the sea of Cortez beyond. The beach club is a short boat ride away with the hotel maintaining a “boat shuttle” service all day. Service at both the rooftop pool and beach club were excellent. The roof top pool is oriented with the long side facing the sea allowing for a great view without feeling too crowded. The beach club is also picturesque and well situated in a cove with light surf. Highly recommend this property as a break from the “normal” resort. The art, ambience and service make this mid-sized hotel feel like a boutique experience.

First off, my husband and I went to Cabo and stayed at the RIU Palace for our 28th wedding anniversary and to celebrate my big 5-0! We did have a great time and really got a lot of relaxation and met a lot of different people. Now as for the hotel.. when we first got there the room was a bit dirty. The shower walls had which looked like soap scum (I hope) the floors felt like I was walking on gritty dirt. I would lay in bed and my feet made the sheets black. The bed had these little bugs in it. Just your typical island bugs nothing gross. But still, gross! It just looks like they rushed to clean it to get us in. The air didn’t work. We called multiple times and they never came up. We had to go down to concierge to complain and they said someone was up there. Well, we go back up no one is there and the air was still not working. They did offer to move us but we had the perfect view. It was a 180 view of the clear blue water the pools and surrounding beach and hotels. It was like picture perfect postcards. They wanted to put us in the first floor where there wasn’t anything close to what we paid for and what we had. To put on top of all this we stayed in a suite. There you would think it would be perfection, nope! Customer service was just ok. Took forever for room service, which was just nasty. Cold soggy sandwiches and burnt cheese nachos. Nasty! No turn downs of your bed or any romantic things in your room at night. Now for the pools, quite a few pools, never felt over crowded. Again, it was the cleanliness of the pools. While we were sitting in the pool they would come in spray this stuff scrub the walls half ass and just left it. Then again, while everyone is in the pool they are taking this dirty skimmer and cleaning the pool with that. Just nasty! I guess when ever I have stayed at a 5+ star hotels we were always treated like prince and princesses. This was total opposite. So used to having employees bending backwards, saying hello or always there to help. We didn’t get any of that. Definitely staying somewhere different next time with better customer service and even better hospitality. I have it 3 stars because of the views that were just ABSOLUTELY gorgeous.

I’ll start by saying the wait staff and vendors that we hired for our wedding were incredible!! This review is purely on the coordinators Vita Martinez and Elizabeth Perez. We went through 3 different coordinators in a span of 6 months. Sure, maybe not much they could do to control that. What was in their control though was how to handle a seamless transition, with a thorough handoff to the next coordinator. This never happened. We would definitively decide something, they’d still send us a proposal with the wrong info. Vita single handedly ruined our wedding. What should have been the most joyous day of our lives, was marred by her complete lack of professionalism. The first look which is one of the highlights and pinnacles of anyone’s wedding day, was when she decided to tell me that we owed them more money than the 30 some plus thousand we already paid. Mind you this final bill was confirmed several times, the first two times I had to correct their mistakes of not including my initial deposit I paid. Not sure how that’s my responsibility to remind them, but I digress. They’ve known for months and weeks what our final guest count was. They decided on our wedding day at the first look, to say they made a mistake and we weren’t meeting the food and beverage quota and wanted to charge us 3,500 more for premium bar service. Again, this information was brought to my attention the day of and at our first look!! My mood and pictures and video from that moment on are all ruined because of Vita Martinez and Elizabeth Perez. Had they appropriately and professionally approached me about it, I may have paid it willingly even though again they’ve known this info for how long and either chose not to say anything to us, or are that incompetent that they discovered their error the day of. They also charged us 1,000s for a late night snack station including churros in a custom painted cart w a bike. They never delivered the cart that we agreed on, the literal only reason I would ever pay that much for mini churros. The aesthetic instead was mini churros in glass cups. So many other things I can say negatively about them. All I’ll end with is please avoid them at all costs unless you want to feel as if you planned your entire wedding and that they’ll try to squeeze more money out of you on the day of your wedding. Again the only thing that is incredible are the wait staff and bartenders.

Hands down the service was amazing! Immediately the crew that welcomed us when we arrived were on point. Everyone at the rooftop bar and lobby bar were so attentive. However, huge shout out to Gustavo at the pool!! He was over the top!!! He was on it, professional and really went out of his way to make sure my husband & I were well taken cared of. I’m not easily impressed and I definitely noticed his genuine way of service. Hoping he will have other opportunities to move on up at this hotel. Jaime at the pool was great too!! Super helpful and always smiling! I would have given 5 stars, but the hotel rooms really need a deep clean of their floors and sinks. It looks like the grout and tile floors have not had a rigorous cleaning in awhile. The daily housekeeping was done very well…the housekeeping staff were so friendly whenever I needed anything. Overall, great stay!

I went to the hotel with my family for 8 days; before our stay we were sent a mail to detail some details of our stay (preferences in the room and available activities, etc). The hotel is very good and the hotel is very good. There are several restaurants available and the quality of the food is good. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. The only issue is that because it is not a ”all inclusive” hotel you have to pay for food/drinks; the cost is the same is MUY high, I have hosted 2 hotels in the same chain (San Miguel de Allende and London) and do not follow the same price line. (For example: a toast of tuna for almost $800, a pasta with almost $2000). so it must be taken into account in advance. The hotel is very good for rest and if you know who to do activities, you can make a lot of options during your stay.

This was our 3rd visit to Le Blanc Cabo and it was overall a great week 9/24 - 10/1. We had a few hiccups which will be listed below, but overall this resort is stellar and it would be very difficult to leave disappointed. The service, cleanliness, amenities, and food & beverage offerings were all very good. We traveled with member friends who were staying in the residence, however we booked a regular room and were assigned to 1127. This was a high floor room, down the hall from elevators so the only noise we noticed in the room was road noise, which is already mentioned by other guests on previous reviews. It was not as noticeable if you kept your AC fan unit blowing. A few changes we noted from our last visit in 2020: --Price – It has jumped up to pre-covid price PLUS some! LOL we had a stellar BOGO deal back in 2020 due to covid, so it was a hit on the funds to pay normal pricing again. But the property and experience is still amazing and worth it! --They have switched to Pepsi products – a big mistake in our opinion. We had to make special requests for coke and it took a couple days, but once they had them stocked we were good to go. --There is now a diamond area in front of cabanas 1-8 for the regular lounge chairs (not just bali beds) which is a nice addition. The workers had to have a few tough conversations with guests who didn’t quite notice the sign near the walkway leading to the area, but it was always handled tactfully and most guests were quite understanding. --New breakfast option at the Mezze restaurant available 1 or 2 days of the week, worth trying at least once if anything for the baklava croissant! French toast was interesting but wouldn’t try again. --infrastructure issues in the Baja Calif. Sur state– This hasn’t been an issue in the area on prior 3 trips to the region but there was a major power grid issue with transformers affecting multiple towns and the resort was on backup generator for nearly 48 hours (wed afternoon to early hours Friday morning). When the backup generator was on, this meant no AC. Our room got up to 77 (others were as high as 82) and the floors were a slippery nightmare/hospital visit waiting to happen. The hotel was still operational, all lights, meals, activities for the most part went on. However, we did get stuck in the elevator at one point either due to them powering up and down trying to resolve the issue, or general power blips when trying to get back on the grid. IMPROVEMENTS: International restaurant – don’t put so much salt on the steak. I heard the fish was also super salty Switch back to coke products for the minibar The host stand process to check in for a buffet breakfast seems a bit lengthy – perhaps it isn’t critical that the waiter have the last name of the guests and instead simply the room number to speed up time wasted on filling out those little papers. Communication – if there is a change in venue for special events, put up signs or have the butlers de

Headed to Garza Blanca for my birthday. Stayed 14 days, 10 of them were All-inclusive. Food is very good in all the restaurants. The Roof Top is being transitioned to Italian. Bocados and Hiroshi are our favorites. Efram and Israel at Bocados were our waiters and are so attentive. Alfred made my Caesar salad the first time we ate at Bocados and came to see us just to say hi whenever we ate there after that. David also made a salad for me and it was a work of art, lol. Daniel and Luis were our waiters at Blanca Blu and they offered good suggestions on the meals there. There may be only 4 restaurants but they have such a wide variety of menu choices at each one you will never tire of eating there. The food at the pool is very tasty, large menu, very good food and beverage choices. Service is quick. Loreto, Imel, and Marianna were our waitstaff. Alan made sure we had towels and kept an eye out to see if we needed anything. Last, but certainly not least, I need to mention our butler Omar. He checked with us every morning via Whatsapp and stopped to see us during the day. One day he came and told me there was an issue with my room and I needed to come with him. When he opened the door I was very surprised to see a large balloon arrangement, a vase of beautiful flowers, and a birthday cake. I was not aware he knew it was my birthday trip but think my husband had something to do with that. This trip was so perfect from the time we arrived until we sadly had to leave. Check out was a breeze. I checked the bill the night before so there were no surprises.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. My wife and I selected Nobu because it is situated outside of town and it seemed like it would be a bit more low-key than some of the other options in the greater Cabo area. We were pleasantly surprised with our selection. It was, indeed, the right choice for us as we were looking for somewhere to relax and reset. We weren’t interested in traditional tourism activities or proximity to the town; just comfortable room, good dining options, and great service in a beautiful, relaxing environment. We succeeded in those things, as the room was great, all the restaurants wherein we dined were fantastic, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. (Note: I’m sure Nobu offers plenty of options for activities, we just did not seek them. Also, we did arrange an Uber to town one afternoon and it was an easy and relatively inexpensive process - roughly $20USD) It was notably windy and could feel cold at times; the temperature of the pools could feel a bit cold too. But during the heat of day, it was quite refreshing to have that breeze and cooler water. Our service by the pool was fantastic, so overall we had a great experience. Admittedly it was a bit of a bummer that the beach area wasn’t really suitable for use during our stay (May 2023). It appears swimming is forbidden or highly discouraged at all times due to the currents, but not sure if the beach itself is more accessible when it is less windy out. Regardless, my wife and I enjoyed our time at Nobu and found our stay to be exactly what we needed to wind down and enjoy ourselves.

Do not stay in this hotel and beware of the low rates. I stayed several nights at this hotel and everything was a disaster. I arrived at 2:30 p.m. and checked in with Alejandra at the front desk and she told me to ”sit and wait until check in time at 3:00” even though my room was cleaned and ready for check in. So I waited with 3 other groups of people. I asked Alejandra for a handicap accessible room, and she said ”we have a lot of guests in wheelchairs in the hotel” (I did not see a single guest in a wheelchair). As soon as the clock struck 3:00 p.m. she allowed us to check in. I was assigned a room (319) and the room (along with the entire hotel) had so many issues. I asked Alejandra for 5 days for washcloths she had excuses no wash cloths. The gasket in the shower was sticking out (see pic) and I called for maintenance 3x nobody ever showed up. Alejandra kept telling me ”I called him already”. There was water leaking from the shower everywhere and made an annoying noise. I had a horrible view and for five days I was starring out the window at the back of the neighboring hotels run down pipe system (see pictures) and I kept asking Alejandra for a room change for which she never helped me. There was a couple checking in and they asked Alejandra to be assigned to a new room because it had mold and smelled like mold she told them ”I cant give you a new room”. The sink was also clogged and again no maintenance person ever showed up. The over bed lights were broken/loose and one was hanging downward while the other simply didn't turn on (see pictures). Comforter was dirty with red lipstick from a previous guest. The room is full of scuff marks all over the place and maintenance does not keep the walls repainted or cleaned up (see pics). The windows are sealed shut in all the rooms so it's very musty and moldy smelling in all the rooms/hotel (see pics). In the morning my window would condensate and the room smell and felt very uncomfortable and I would not open a window (see pic). The hallways are very loud. The type of doors and lack of sound seals they do not have provide absolutely no sound proofing whatsoever. Did not get any sleep. The TV didn't work so I just played music from my phone I did not even bother calling Alejandra at the front desk. I asked Alejandra every single day for 5 days if she could move me to a different room and she replied, ”check back at 1:00 p.m I don't know who is checking out at this time”. In the gym there were 3 broken, non working machines. No weights or resistance training equipment. I asked Alejandra about the tread mill machine she said it was working fine just needed to plug in, it was plugged in but buttons broken (see pics). The bike seat was completely torn and unsafe to use (see pics). Also, the dining room chairs are torn and beat up (see pics). The ”security” uses the bar area to have breakfast during working hours and eats at the bar dressed in regular clothes with no ID or name tag and serves himsel

I loved my Week at this relatively New Hotel it is walking distance from The Airport I flew Down to SJD Airport YVR Vancouver BC on Air Canada & came back on West Jet Airlines thankfully unlike other Fliers on Southwest or Sunwing etc I had no delays or cancellations. My Room there was big, neat & comfy with a Shower & Toilet & oddly a Sink that was outside of The Bathroom near The Door Entrance. They give offered a free North American Style Breakfast a Buffet that had Scrambled eggs & Ham,Hash Browns,French Toast a few other food items + Coffee & Orange Juice 🍊.This Hotel is one that a Lot of Guests seemed to use it for overnight stays after staying at either Air B&B's & Hotels in San Jose Del Cabo or further Down in Los Cabos because of it's very close proximity to The Airport.I ran into some Travelers from Chicago & Edmonton there.I liked the Staff The Front Desk were efficient & friendly there they were all helpful especially Caesar who was always helpful in anyway possible plus he gave me some good Transport tips.I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying for a day or longer I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future so yeah it gets 2 thumbs up from me👍👍.I liked my time there especially hanging out by the Tranquil Swimming Pool with all The beautiful Mini Palm Trees 🌴 on one side of it.San Jose Del Cabo maybe catch you on The Flip Side in a few years time as Roger Moore/ Lord Brett Sinclair says in The Persuaders Old TV Show to one of his 3 Hitch Hiker Friends in the back after his Front Seat Lady Friend vacates The Front Passenger Seat..next!

The room is very large and comfortable. The pool is very nice. The hotel restaurant is also cheaper than the surrounding restaurants and recommended. Overall the hotel is new and wonderful, but the lady at the front desk is very impressed with the prepaid payment at the time of check-in and the explanation of what is an open voucher that can be used in the hotel is insufficient It was incompetent. The staff other than her were friendly and nice.

The scenery is very good and the location is very good. However, the sound insulation is really bad. The noise of the vacuum cleaner is around 7:00 every morning, and the sound of the capsule coffee machine in the next room is awakened. There are not many choices to eat, so two or three restaurants can eat. The rooftop restaurant on the top floor of the hotel is awesome.

I want to spotlight an employee, Ricardo was our server while lounging on the beach portion of the resort. Ricardo was working harder than anyone I saw, constantly moving, taking orders, delivering orders, setting umbrellas, getting towels, he is a dynamo. In addition, I paid twice for an order, as it was charged to my room but I gave him cash, Ricardo honestly pointed out the mistake and gave me the money back & left it on the room charge. He also handled some rude drunk women, very graciously. This type on employee makes me want to revisit your establishment. Thank you for having him there, his is an asset to your company.

We were in Los Cabo for our honeymoon! My wife and I love the sea and therefore had several activities planned in Cabo San Lucas which originated from the Marina. When we did our research Breathless came up as the best choice based on location as well as comfort. We arrived quite late at night but the xhale staff were on hand waiting for us to check us in. They took care of all our questions and requirements. The staff overall over the length of our stay were awesome! Special mention to Chris from the entertainment team. The food was decent and restaurant staff were great. There was once we were really tired on the dinner table after spending the whole day out at sea. We asked the staff if we could instead have our meal in the room. They managed everything in a very organised and sanitary manner. The pool parties are awesome and a proper vibe too! Overall I would recommend this place for the location, service, and overall vibe! Its always fun and there’s always something happening! Big thanks to the Breathless team! PS we loved it so much we extended our stay for 2 more nights 😂🤪

Rooms were ok for the price. No sewer smell for us. Shower drain was slow though. Food was the best, authentic Mexican, I couldn't eat enough. Food selection was minimal, but it was really great tasting. Pool bartenders were slow, but sped up if you leave a few bucks for tip. Check in was mostly quick. However once you are checked in you are ushered over to the time share people. Just say NO. We even had the infamous Jorge take our baggage, no problems with him, he was polite, knowledgeable and quick. The only major complaint about this place was the trash wifi. The wifi DOES NOT have a MESH system. So as you move throughout the resort you have to connect to a new hotspot. Infuriating, on top of that they use some home grown crap sign in system, so your device cannot ever remember the username and password. So every time you sign in (even if you signed in previously) you have to re-enter the wifi credentials. I've had way better wifi at cheap hotels in the mountains of costa rica in the middle of no where. It's 2022 there is absolutely no excuse for this.
