Super location. I will be hard to find better other than in governor's cabinet in old city hall. Breakfast is simple but eggs (boiled and scrambled) and hot sausages are present. Coffee and hot water are available 24/7. One disadvantage - housekeeping is once in three days.

I simply cannot say enough about this center city hotel. From the first line knowledgeable, friendly receptionist(s) on both shifts; actually EVERY staff member was friendly (I really wish I'd written down names); to the cleanliness of all aspects of the hotel to include the rooms and especially the bathroom area with the DOVE soap/shampoo/body wash, good water pressure, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. And last but certainly not least.......the breakfast..... from the 1 minute pancake maker to hot everything else including fat biscuits, to the cold breakfast beverage(s) machine and good coffee. In/out Parking co-located with the hotel. My second year in a row. I'm impressed. and we'll be back. Keep up the good work.

We inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, ”it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.” We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that ”because you're third party.....” Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were ”third party.” I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were ”third party.” Well, the ”guaranteed” time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were ”third party” and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were ”third party”, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.

Very disappointed, I stayed one night in a petite corner room prior to my event and my company has reserved 3 other nights at the same hotel. I wanted to move to the room that my company reserved but they cancelled my company's reservation and kept me in the small room. They lied to me saying that all rooms that the company reserved were petite rooms and when I checked with the company and others staying in the same hotel, their rooms were much bigger and better than mine. I don't appreciate the lies, and how they were not accommodating at all.

A few thoughts: 1. The room is big enough, standard Hilton Garden Inn, with two large beds, so four people can stay without being crowded; 2. I canceled breakfast because there is Reading Market behind me, which opens on time at eight in the morning. There is no need to queue up for the smoked beef burger in the morning; 3. It is very close to the train station and subway station. City Hall and Love Plaza are just steps away. I found that there is a Chinese bus station opposite the hotel, which operates New York and Washington lines. I regret buying the train ticket. ; 4. Next to it is Chinatown, which satisfies the Chinese appetite; 5. There are gangsters and homeless people at night, but they are not scary. No one cares about you if you walk through it. Most of them are gone when you leave at 7 in the morning; 6. Hotel storage If you want a tip, you need to swipe your card in the bathroom in the lobby, so you have to tip!

The room was of medium size and quite comfortable. The twin room can accommodate one adult and one teenager in each bed. If you want to walk to nearby attractions, there is still a long way to go, and it takes 5 minutes to drive there. The buffet breakfast includes hot foods such as oatmeal, potato wedges, sausages, Western scrambled eggs, homemade waffles, coffee, and cold foods such as milk, juice, etc. It is quite rich.

Staff is wonderful, super helpful and kind. Very accommodating to our event and all of the attendees! Had wonderful, easy service throughout the whole weekend. The bed sheets had a prior stain. You can tell they were washed but it was an old makeup(?) stain… a little discomforting but everything else was up to par. The elevators seemed to give out fairly easy with constant use. Overall had a great time, will be back!

It's great that there's a Starbucks in the lobby. Everyone is friendly, but it was a shame that we had to wait extra at check-in time. Ctrip's overseas business is good😀 The room is small but complete, with everything a budget hotel should have. The best thing is that the free coffee machine in the lobby can make coffee and milk tea at will, and you can take a mineral water bottle in the corridor to the lobby to get water - this is extremely rare in foreign hotels, saving more than ten dollars. The hotel is located in the downtown area, within walking distance of City Hall and Reading Market, a little far from Independence Hall but on the same road, and can be walked in 20 minutes. It is not recommended to drive there, parking in Philadelphia is too expensive! 52 dollars a night, the hotel has a 20% discount coupon. There are two key points to remember when parking: First, the parking lot where the hotel provides discount coupons is called Parkway Parking Liberty Place, which is in the basement of the mall opposite the hotel. Don't go to the wrong parking lot! Second, you must choose hourly at the entrance, don't choose the overnight option, so that you can use the 20% discount coupon! When you leave, you can pay by yourself at the machine. First scan the code on the receipt you received when you parked, and then scan the discount code given by the hotel.

Very good accommodation experience! Located in the city center, you can visit the Independence Bell, Independence Hall, and the Capitol within a few minutes' walk. The room is clean, and you can change and remove the bedding by yourself, which is both clean and labor-saving. There are limited free drinks or beverages every night, and everyone can drink and communicate, and the atmosphere is very good. The public toilets and showers are very clean and comfortable. Recommend friends to stay.

Sofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.

Facilities: The facilities are good, but some needs such as refrigerators and microwave ovens need to be called separately, but the hotel will respond in a timely manner. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, clean and tidy! Environment: The geographical location is extremely superior, and it is very convenient to do everything. Ordering Chinese food takeaway is very close to Chinatown, and the food is always hot when it is delivered.
