Great walkable neighborhood, close to a lot of major attractions in the city, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was outstanding. Completely my fault for not realizing that I had booked a room with a shared bathroom (not my preference), but in the end it was completely fine and easy to coordinate. Loved the attention to historic detail in the room.

Our stay was incredible! Maria and her Team are exceptional and we found out that we also have mutual friends in the Poconos, PA. The location was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, etc. and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. Super walkable to just about anywhere you’d want to go. Yes, some of the amenities aren’t up to date, but that’s part of its charm. My only complaint would be that our room was directly above the kitchen so each morning a delicious aroma would waft up to our room and I’d wake up starving.

Very cute bed and breakfast in an original Philly brownstone. Staff is very helpful and the Lafayette suit was huge. Will come back when in Philly.

The hotel is very friendly, Maria was great and welcoming. You feel it is a family residence. My concern is that there is no elevator and I had a shared bathroom that I felt a little bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast is so wonderful. We also had pleasant conversations with the chef. He was so warm. The food is among the best breakfasts we have ever had in a hotel.

I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.

The room was adequate but quite old and there was only walk up, no elevator. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was good. No parking and the closest garage was 2 blocks away.

Charmimg stately B&B in residential historic area of center city Philly. Close to Rittenhouse Square park, dining, lots within walking distance. (Note, no elevator.)
