Free soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as vegetable salads and trifles are available every Monday, Tuesday, Tuesday, Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30. Don't expect too much from chat.

Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends.
Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind.
Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite.
Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax.
Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort.
Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

I worried a little before I checked in when reading the reviews about it, but it was better than expected. We took the shuttle everyday and we could always got it. Sometimes the buses came later, but only few minutes difference. The improvement could be made is the instruction for the shuttle service could be clearer. It is difficult to find the right pick-spot in Disney Spring. The room is old but other facilities are nice. The location is nice, very close to restaurants.

It is not too far from the Outlets but can’t walk because there is a high speed block in the middle, and nearby There is no sidewalk in the building, only a taxi, 4 minutes to Ole feels worthless. There is a shuttle bus to Disney but not many and not every park. It is not far from the taxi.

The lady at the concierge was cold and not helping to say the least. She kept telling me room cleaning requests must be submitted by 9am, which I think is quite inconvenient and unfriendly for leisure travellers. She reluctantly agreed to help me change towels and toiletries in the end. It’s quite funny because they ha be this slogan sign on the wall saying “if there’s anything wrong with your stay, let us know and we’ll make it right”. Apparently the lady didn’t want to make it right for me.

I felt itchy after staying in the room for less than 10 minutes when I first checked in. I asked to change the room. The front desk quickly changed it, but it still did not improve. The air conditioner in the room was loud. Although there is a big shopping mall next to it, the hotel is newly renovated, there is a microwave and a refrigerator, there will be a simple breakfast in the morning, the staff are very friendly, but I will not choose to stay again.

Good facilities, especially compared to the North American standard.
The great advantage of the hotel is that it is a Brazilian hotel for Brazilians, with service in Portuguese, which makes it much easier for those who do not master the language.
Another aspect is that for non-US residents there is no deposit charge on accommodation, which helps a lot to not leave a few dollars stuck with them, or the balance of the card occupied with this deposit.
It is very close to the main points of Orlando, on International Drive.
He served us very well and the best price came out here, through the Trip.com app.

Let's cover the great: Location is amazing. More than adequate available free parking that is well-lit and feels safe. Super helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Hot water paired with great a great shower head. Air conditioning that actually works whether you're in the room or not. Across the street from a Wawa. Well kept maintenance. Hotel has WiFI. Shuttle service to Universal Studios. Orlando is built over swamps, so every hotel has insects, but this one seems to have the bug problem very well under control.
Let's cover the not-so-great: Sure, breakfast is free and features proteins, but you'll be thankful there's a Wawa across the street. The timing is very limited for the shuttles and Uber is only $6 or so each way to either Universal or Epic. You're paying $20 per day for that Wifi, shuttle you won't use, and breakfast you try on the first day and won't return for. Resort fees are like those locking nugnuts and other bribes you have to pay to buy a new car. They're obnoxious, but you're stuck with it.
Again, I'd definitely stay here again and the negatives are just being nitpicky. I just want to set the expectation that you will pay a bit more than you think, but it's still a great value that I highly recommend.
