It is in a prime location in the middle of City West in a green, park-like courtyard in the immediate vicinity of Kurfürstendamm (5 minutes on foot). It guarantees the best infrastructure and still idyllic living in the middle of the city. The underground stations U7 Konstanzer Straße / Adenauer Platz are approx. 300/450 meters away from the apartment and can be reached on foot in approx. 3/5 minutes.If you arrive by car, you can rent our underground parking space for a fee of € 9 per day. You will also find limited parking spaces in the street in front of the gate to the apartment and in all surrounding streets. The apartment is very central. How to get z. B. 3.1 km to the Messedamm / ZOB, 2.4 km to the Memorial Church, 2.9 km to the Zoo and 2.9 km to the KaDeWe,The 60 sqm apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony and is located on the 2nd Floor. Blinds allow darkening in the sleeping areas.In the bedroom there is a double bed (new: 180 x 200 cm) with a 7-zone luxury mattress (suitable for people with dust allergies). The "First Class" down duvets and down pillows are a high-quality natural product with the seals "allergy-friendly" and "skin-friendly". In addition, the bedroom has a large, spacious wardrobe, a cozy seating area with 2 leather armchairs and a side table, a small desk corner and a 2nd Flat screen TV available. Living room and dining room are equipped with modern furniture and a large flat screen TV. The corner couch can be used with an ottoman and a separate topper to provide additional sleeping space for the 3rd and 4th Be prepared. From both the bedroom and the living room you can reach the covered terrace with a view of the green courtyard.A new kitchenette has been installed in the kitchen. An oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment are integrated in this kitchenette. There are also 2 coffee machines, water and egg cookers, toasters, mini-ovens, microwaves as well as high-quality dishes and WMF pots, cutlery and knives. There is also a dining counter with 2 bar stools that invite you to a leisurely breakfast.The bathroom is very high quality with V&B vanity, mirror and toilet. A modern, walk-in shower with a design rain shower and a separate hand shower offers great shower comfort. The bathroom also has a condensation dryer.Of course, comfortable slippers are available to our guests.WiFi, towels, kitchen towels, hair dryer and bed linen are included.Final cleaning € 75.Upon arrival, a registration form with name, address and passport number must be completed. After all, I can't ask for too much at this price. It's also very convenient to buy breakfast at the supermarket every day. The key is that there are only two subway intersections downstairs!

Very pleasant stay – I'd love to come back! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and felt completely at home. The rooms were clean, tidy, and perfectly adequate in size. I would especially like to highlight the friendly staff – everyone was helpful and courteous. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely come back and can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience!

A second stay and a pleasant one. We went for the superior room and whilst nothing was necessarily better than the previous room, aethsteticly it was different but that's about it. Definitely recommend but room wise, there's not a massive difference between the standard and superior (that we stayed in)

There is also a balcony and kitchen facilities are fully equipped, which is suitable for family travel. The front desk service is very polite. It is a hotel a little from the centre of the city but next to a metro station so easy to get around.It is more of a business man hotel as it is next door to a multi national company in Siemens and the metro strop is called Siemensdamm. Very good breakfast rooms are a good size. We had issues with bookings regarding breakfast and city tax but the hotel honoured the booking and found it strange that city tax had already been paid. If you intend to stay at this hotel and go sightseeing I would buy days passes and then it does not matter. There is a supermarket across the road from the Hotel but restaurants are limited. the hotel has a bar if you like to sit around and have a drink.

The location is about a 5-minute walk from Gesundbrunnen train station. Check-in is only possible at the machines at the check-in desk. However, staff are available if you need assistance. I was charged €51 right at the beginning, even though it was a prepaid rate; I have no idea why, but the refund was processed promptly. The room was okay, with some stains, including on the curtains. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, so there's not much you can do about that, unfortunately. Otherwise, there were two cups, tea bags, instant coffee, a refrigerator, a TV, and (unstable) Wi-Fi. The bathroom was okay, although there were no towels upon arrival; these were provided later. A tip for the aparthotel: Check-in is only possible at the Ocak Hotel; the aparthotel itself doesn't have a reception (a tip for the hotel: A notice at the aparthotel entrance would be helpful!). Well, overall, if the price is right, the hotel is acceptable, but the staff as a whole doesn't seem very welcoming (I asked for cutlery on the first evening, and an older employee in a suit tried to charge me €1 for plastic cutlery; I think my look was enough for him to understand that he shouldn't). The staff in the bar on the evening of October 22nd also didn't make me, as a guest, feel comfortable lingering there!

Sve is bilo as good. Osobje je phenomenalno. Dražesni i susretljivi. That is that što oval object čini dobrim. Odmor, lokacija, samo što je voda prestrašno vruća i nije bilo hladne vodne. I opet se zagrije hladna voda od tople vode pa je opasnost od opeklina od vruće vode velika. Vodu treba pustiti da cur malo duže i onda je ured. Trebaju prozore oprati :D

From the warm welcome to the size of the comfort room with the separate beds and the wonderful view of the Friedrichwerder Church, EVERYTHING was just right. The hotel is very well connected to the Friedrichstr. station, the Ostbahnhof and, most importantly, the main station by bus 147. The main station can also be easily reached with the U5 from the Museumsinsel station. Our destination was the Museum Island, which is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet included the welcome smoothie, the selection of bread/rolls and the “egg station”, i.e. Omelette upon request very good and varied. Since ARCOTEL is an Austrian chain, the coffee and juices come from Meindl or Rauch. The quality is there. In our opinion, the house is fully recommended. If it hadn't been for the incident with my double booking of a no-cancellation rate, which the hotel refused with no goodwill (voucher of any amount), we could describe the stay as an all-round success.

Good location, small rooms but basic facilities and clean. It is convenient to travel, there are many attractions around, and the airport is about 26 Euros. The room booked did not include breakfast, but there was a buffet on the first floor, 12 euros for one person. To experience the local breakfast in Berlin, we chose to go out and have breakfast in the bakery. The hotel helps to make a reservation for a taxi and needs to pay for the service. The actual taxi at the entrance of the hotel is not difficult to call. When leaving the hotel, it is a black taxi. It feels like being bypassed.

It's very close to the Brandenburg Gate, so it's very convenient for running the Berlin Marathon. Apartment rooms still have ancient door keys, one for the unit door and one for the room door. They need to be kept well, and you will have to pay for them if they are lost. The apartment is fully furnished, with one bedroom and two living rooms. It has a kitchen for cooking, including an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, bread machine, and coffee machine. There is a large supermarket nearby, which is super convenient for buying ingredients. I cook every day. There is a washing machine (no drying, only spin drying). The bed in the room is very big, with two single mattresses on the double bed and a single quilt. The bed is very hard and I slept soundly. It should be noted that his family has rooms in several nearby streets, but the check-in office is some distance away from the room, so you may have to drag your suitcase across two streets to get to the room after checking in.

We were greeted very warmly and were able to move into the room straight away. Unfortunately, although we had requested a quiet room, it was located directly on the street and was very noisy because we slept with the window open. When we asked, they offered us an alternative for an additional charge, but we declined. No credit card was requested at check-in, so unfortunately nothing could be booked for the room. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the many cobwebs on the facade. These were also found on the signs above the room doors in the hallway. There is a nice fitness room. The bar is very nice, the staff very attentive and friendly. There is almost nothing missing at breakfast. Köpenick has a very beautiful old town and good restaurants. Despite the minor irregularities, we will choose this hotel again if we have to go to this part of Berlin.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a great stay overall. We particularly like the extremely friendly and helpful staff, who raise the level of service to a high level. The valet parking was excellent, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and our room was in very good condition. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the breakfast. We would have expected more for a hotel of this category and price range. The hot dishes were unfortunately cold, and the famous currywurst without casing was fried for far too long. The biggest criticism for us, however, was the quality of the baked goods - they were rock hard, even worse on Sunday. The selection of cheese and sausage was also rather boring and not very creative. In addition, breakfast was the same on both days, which is often more varied in comparable hotels. Another point is the chairs in the breakfast room, some of which had very worn or broken leather - a replacement would be desirable. Despite these criticisms, our stay was very pleasant overall. The hotel is really great, and the whole team deserves a lot of praise! We would be happy to come back.

Hotel next to Berlin Zoo. The room was very stylish, neat and clean. The minibar was free and German beer was also placed! And the best part is the Jungle Sauna on the upper floor. Self-roasting is possible in the Finnish sauna. Pour water on the stove and adjust it, and a hot sauna is ready! There is a rest space next to the sauna where you can take a shy bath. Sparkling water and German beer were also available. Please note that the sauna is a mixed-gender bath and swimsuits are prohibited. Bath towels are placed in the sauna, so you don't need to bring them from your room. Bathrobes can be borrowed from reception. Stylish hotel, great sauna, friendly staff, everything was great. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Berlin next time.
