I really like it. First of all, the location is very good. Public transportation is also convenient. Shopping and eating around are very convenient. British companies are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and trendy, and the red color is very eye-catching. The front desk staff were courteous and the processing speed was fast. The elevator required swiping a card. The room was large enough, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was large, clean and tidy, the shower water pressure was sufficient, and there was a hair dryer and an iron. You need to swipe your card to enter the tenth-floor gym and swimming pool. The swimming pool service staff are very enthusiastic. I had dinner at the restaurant on the right side of the hotel entrance. It was delicious. The service in the restaurant was also very good. The price was not much different from our restaurant. A great experience, I slept very comfortably these two nights.

I just came back from a 2 night trip to Madrid with friends for my hen do. The hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport, near a metro station, and in a nice area. The rooms were modern and clean, great showers, and the rooftop bar and pool were excellent, especially when it's 37 degrees! My only niggle was that the VIP loungers were too expensive, so unused by anyone while we were there. If the hotel allowed you to pay a nominal fee, as long as you spent X amount on drinks, that would seem fairer. Will be back I hope!

Hotel is a short walk from the Alvarado metro stop, which is 6 stops from the Gran Via. Fairly affluent, businessy neighbourhood. Hotel staff courteous. Room opened on to a spacious terrace. (Not all rooms have one.) Double bed had one slim pillow each and squeaky springs. Street can be noisy at night. Bathroom did not have a full door, so lack of privacy if you're sharing. Television stopped working after the first day. Heater did not respond to the remote control. The kitchen had a hob, a fridge with a freezer, some cooking and eating utensils, and a sink. NO oven or microwave. (There was an empty shelf over the cooker that may have contained a microwave once upon a time.) I found that bad form. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that it offered a kitchen. I was travelling on a low budget and could not afford to eat out. If you're going to promise your guests a kitchen, then that kitchen should contain the kinds of things kitchens normally contain.

H10 Tribeca was a very beautiful hotel in the commercial area of Madrid. The design is mid century modern with some additional elements. Beautiful light fixtures and tiles in the lobby. The bar/restaurant area is cozy and comfortable. There is a large interesting bookshelf, with lots of books to read. Also industrial lights in lobby add interest to the room. The room was very spacious with a great bed. Bedside table and lights were also nice. Closet space was great, space for suitcases was a plus. The bath has wonderful rain shower head with super hot water. The is walk in but spacious.

I found this hotel because everything closer to the city centre was booked on the day. It is located in the Chamartín district, a nice residential area with lots of restaurants and shopping not too far away. It may not be the best location for tourists, for me as a business traveller it turned out great. If you can´t walk to where you have to go and don´t bring a car, there is a metro station some 5 mins away. Also, finding a cab or Uber is easy and convenient. Parking was fully booked but I managed to park on the road. Make sure to feed the meter! There is also a big public parking close by, the hotel will give you indications. My room was modern and comfortable with a nice city view on to Castellana and some apartment blocks. AC hotels are not the same standard as Marriott hotels, so I am giving my stay 5 stars on the basis of that. My bed was very comfortable, the bathroom roomy and functional, there was a mini bar and a coffee machine, internet was free of charge and fast enough. I had a working desk and enough sockets to charge my appliances. I paid a bit too much for my liking but it was worth it. I walked to a really classy Corte Ingles not too far away and also to a restaurant. For breakfast I ventured into the residential streets behind the hotel and found a little typically Spanish bar. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. In the lobby, there is a big working table where I could see myself having a meeting with colleagues in a comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely go again.

I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop deck with great views of Madrid and Retiro Park. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and clean. On a day trip I mistakenly left my camera bag in a taxi. On my return to the hotel later that day, Juan C. at reception helped me begin communications with the taxi company to try to locate the camera bag. For the next few weeks after I had returned home to Canada, Juan diligently followed up and coordinated with the taxi company, organized payment for retrieval of the camera bag then prepared it for shipment to my home in Canada. The staff was very helpful and when our flight got postponed tried to do their best with finding a solution for us for the day. We stayed in 2 different types of apartments. A 2 bedroom and a studio. The studio experience was much better. There was a french balcony to the main street which we could open for air. The 2 bedroom apartment was slightly stfiling and the windows could not be opened. The shower room is quite small. Each apartment has a small kitchen and a washer. It is all very basic but definitley enough for just a stay and it is worth the price.

ACCESS : hotel is ~ 200m from Herrera Oria Metro stop - exit at the Herrera Oria exit, the alternative leaves you 50 m further away and downhill. From this metro station Madrid centre is 30-45 minutes away, at a cost of €2. ROOMS : very spacious, separate bath, shower, toilet, 2 wash basins, microwave BREAKFAST : fresh orange juice for every table, good range of pastries, bread, meats, eggs, - very good OUTDOOR POOL : 13.5m diameter, good for swimming, ~180cm deep everywhere so not really child friendly, sun blocked after about 6pm, open strictly 10.30am to 8.30pm, plenty of towels and loungers GYM: best you will ever see in a hotel, looks like it was once a thriving sports club with turnstiles but Covid probably killed it - now 4 rooms of every machine you could ever want. Indoor pools were drained - maybe they will be refilled in the autumn when the outside pool closes RESTAURANTS : Taberna La Illustracion is a 10-15 minute walk - run by mother an daughter - delicious food at a great price (€40 for 4 drinks and salad starter + main). Alright is America style restaurant - good, and only place where English was used. Several smaller cafes in the area offering standard 'raciones' - all good. Great hotel for exploring Madrid from.

This review is for 60 balconies iconic. So, a surprise for me, after reserving on booking.com, is that this is an apart hotel. Positives - the location is AMAZING and the room (we had an appt for 3 people) was EXCELLENT . Staff were very helpful. Very clean throughout. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. A gorgeous breakfast was delivered every morning. Bread, fruit, yogurts, cereals… Negatives - pool (which had workmen upgrading the roof terrace) was freezing. Naturally, not heated, but attached to hose from mains water. Icy. Personally, not a fan of the frosted glass doors/walls to the toilet. We had a large teenager sleeping on the pull down single bed. Was a bit small. Positives far outweigh the negatives. As long as you don’t have your heart set on swimming, you will not regret staying here.

One of the best hostel I've ever been to. The 8-people shared bedroom was BIG, with beds safely distant. The overall cleanliness of the host was good, the atmosphere was great (with sangria parties going on every night downstairs and Madrid tours every morning) but the best part was the staff: super friendly and ready to help you. Whomever wants to be in the Centre will find it hard to sleep anywhere so please choose something else instead. This hotel has nice rooms, it is clean, and the staff is JUST AMAZING!!!......amazing. I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights and it was nice. Room, hall, bathroom, kitchen are all clean. I did not face any issues during my stay. You will find everything you need in the kitchen they even have free coffee. When you go out, there's food options just few steps away, theres groceries, metro station - Tirzo, coffee shop. The receptionist (Josephine) is very kind and helpful she also plays nice music. They let me leave my luggage after check out so I can have more time to explore the city. Over all this place is very nice no issues at all and very safe.

Oh goodness where to start.... After a couple of weeks of traveling we were ending our trip with a night at the AC Hotel near the airport for ease of travel the next morning. We arrived and met Carmen, she is AMAZING! Bottom line when my friend made the reservation she made it for October 30th, not October 29th, and the hotel was full. After some mad typing and serious looking on the computer Carmen found us the very last room in the hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, and really comfortable, very sad we were only able to enjoy it for one evening. DON'T USE THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE!!!! So, the next morning, we used the airport shuttle service, OMG! The shuttle driver the next morning if it was on a rating system the star would have to start with a negative. She was unkind, unhelpful, and REALLY RUDE! Be aware when you are using this service you better do your research and know the specific terminal you are flying out of, not the airline, as she will rain hell down on your head. Thank goodness the staff in the hotel was so wonderful, professional, and terrific, couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend this property.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times this year when flying to / from Madrid airport. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Check in is always a breeze. I think a chap called Ruben dealt with my check in on my most recent visit. He is a credit to the hotel. The airport shuttle bus is easy and quick. Nothing is ever a problem at this hotel. I look forward to returning at the end of September for another stay following my trip to The States.

I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Sweet rooms, bad smell everywhere to the point of giving you arcades, bathroom shared with 7 rooms with mugre (we dare not use it) the door of the room was not closed well... the bed had chinches and the sofas I think they were not clean, summarized a lot of dirt. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city. A total tim because we pay for a hostel and gives us is ”pension” for calling it in any way. I would not come back or recommend anyone who would think to spend a night there. To finish we should have a private bathroom and we meet with a griff in The room with good understanding is over the words.
