A motel like this is great in downtown Chicago with no parking spaces. It takes 15 minutes to walk from Cloud Gate. It was cold and windy when we went there, so it was quite a long journey. But if you can travel by car, it's great to come back without worrying about the parking space! The hotel is very clean, all the staff are of Mexican descent, but the attitude is generally friendly, that is, the front desk calls me every evening, once saying that the car is not correct, once saying that there is no parking coupon, because the phone really does not understand, I have to run The front desk used translation software to figure it out. There is a huge McDonald's nearby, as well as a small grocery store, so you don't have to worry about eating and drinking. The nearby hotels are also very popular, and there are also resident performances, and the level is also very high.

Location is good with a beautiful view. Just a heads up bring your own slipper and dental kit and drinking water because they don’t have complimentary of such. Overall we had a great sleep and we enjoyed our stay.

We booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

The hotel is close to the city center, it is very convenient to get in and out, there are many famous restaurants around, the hotel environment is pretty good, but the room price is too small, it feels oppressive, the sound insulation is poor, and you can clearly hear the sound of the corridor and the police cars passing by on the road outside Sound, I guess I won't stay next time, I still prefer hotels near the lake. The space is large enough. There is sufficient hot water supply, but there is no hot water to drink. We brought our own heat The most distinctive feature of the kettle for boiling water is the hotel’s robots, which can deliver water and daily necessities, which are available on demand, great! We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are many restaurants around, which are very convenient. The waiters in the hotel are very good and the service is very warm and thoughtful. The view is very good, you can see the lake and the city on the lakeshore. You can also watch the sunrise when the weather is good. The furnishings in the room are not particularly high-end, but they are quite clean and suitable for traveling with family. (The only drawback is that the air conditioner is very noisy, but it won't be very cold when it is turned off.)

The hotel is located in a downtown area and is convenient for travel. The room is located on the sixth floor. The windows have poor sound insulation and the sound of car horns can be heard. Only half of the shower room in the room is separated by glass, and there is no door, so some water splashes onto the floor. The experience was not good and I will not stay at this hotel again.

We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)

Overall a good budget suite style hotel to stay at after getting off a long flight. Everything is pretty standard. Interior has typical but dated decoration of that late 90s early 2000s style. The thermostat in the room is probably older than I am (millennial), and its settings were limited with no indication of commanded temperature- just hot or cold. Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful even when checking in at almost 10pm. And there’s an attached Outback Steakhouse which was a plus when checking in so late and not wanting to go out to get food. I would definitely stay again.

Check in at 12 o'clock at noon to do pre check in, the result until nearly 5pm to get a good check-in, this makes me very puzzled, even if some of the host guests dragged a late check-out, it will not let people in a hall There is no room, the hotel did not give a reasonable explanation, just said that the room is not ready. Another point is that the checkout time of this hotel is very strict, check out before 11am, there will be late check out fee, about 150rmb.

While the other things were excellent, it was tainted with the very low level of check-in services I ever experienced in my many year international travellings. The check-in attendant had no smiles and gave my key card with eyes looking somewhere else as if I had not been in front of her. If I had been in a motel out og nowhere, I could understand it. But, this was HILTON in CHICAGO, and I am a Hlton Gold member. HILTON really has to train their front liners with standard higher level of services.

The hotel was very clean & the bed was super comfy! Check in was easy & they let us check in early which was very helpful. The door man at the bottom of the elevator seemed a little judge mental. We just wanted to go to the bar after attending the baseball game but he treated us like we weren't guests of the hotel, that was a little off putting but the bartender was wonderful!

Overall we had a great stay at the hotel. The location, although it appears on google maps to be a little outside of the city centre, is actually very convenient. There are several bus lines that will get you to the city centre (which for me, means the DuSable bridge) in less than 10 minutes. A couple of things to note. To access the free WiFi you need to have a Bonvoy account (free to create) Regarding the breakfast, Trip.com seems to display inverted information. It was available Monday to Friday in the 1600 Club (lower floor of the hotel) but IS NOT available on a weekend.
