We used the superior room with 4 families. It was a semi double bed x 2 + extra bed x 2, but there was a room size and I didn't feel particularly cramped. The meal was finished outside, so there is no restaurant use. It is a new hotel, so it is a comfortable and clean hotel. The Montreal Group also used in Osaka, but I am satisfied with the overall. Not flashy, but no problem with the minimum service, not more than necessary.

We spent 4 nights at the end of December 2023 at Grand Base Fukuoka. The room seemed a little smaller than the photos, however was alright for our family of 4 including 8 and 11yo kids. Much appreciated was the modern bathroom with shower and self-filling bath tub, and the washing machine. Would have liked slightly wider double beds and space for more seating in the living/ dinner area (the couch was just cosy for 2 people). We had to wait a little while for another guest to complete their procedure to check in at the terminal (for some reason I couldn’t click the link to pre-check-in on the website. Maybe as I am not a resident?). There was some server connection error but once I called the help number on the counter they helped me out. We sought help two more times when we keyed in the wrong room code and for help to book an early morning taxi. The first was dealt with helpfully, the latter was not so successful as the staff eventually explained they couldn’t help with booking taxis (we managed to book via the Go app eventually). The location was convenient - we walked most places - to Canal City, the Tenjin underground market. All about 10-15 minutes walk. We also walked about 7 minutes to catch the bus to Ohori Park. Overall a smooth stay.

I made a reservation thinking it looked good in the photo, but it was smaller than I expected! But, if you think about it just for sleeping, the price was reasonable, so I think it was worth it.

First of all, let me tell you one thing for those who are planning to make a reservation here. After you make a reservation, the hotel will send you an email containing the entrance password. If you haven't received it, go like me and don't panic, just send an email to the email address on the front door and you will receive a reply. Looking at previous reviews, they said they don't answer phone calls, but they do respond to emails. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------- It is not a typical hotel room, but a former Japanese-style apartment converted into a hotel. The room was larger than expected so I didn't feel stuffy. Also, one side of the wall is set up like a desk so you can easily organize your belongings. It seemed possible to sit at a desk and do work. I didn't cook it, but it is equipped with an induction cooker and cooking utensils, so you can go to the nearby supermarket (2 minutes walk) of your choice. You can also go grocery shopping and cook. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer were provided as standard, so I was able to do laundry without paying extra. (There is only one laundry detergent provided, so if you want to wash additional laundry, you must purchase additional detergent.) However, the lighting was a bit dark and the overall cleaning condition was not completely clean. Please note that toothbrushes and towels cannot be added to the basic ones provided. Also, since there is no cleaning service, it may be inconvenient for those who prefer daily cleaning. It was a bit inconvenient that the soundproofing wasn't very good so you could hear noises from outside. In conclusion, I highly recommend it to anyone who has ever wanted to live in a Japanese-style detached studio that can be seen in various media.

23.01.15 It was the first lodging in Fukuoka on a day when it rained heavily. My husband, I, and my brother, who are in the 2nd grade of middle school and 5th grade, stayed in Room 301 on the 3rd floor. I think it was a great accommodation for the price, as all of our family members had a comfortable place to sleep and a clean bathroom. The whole family was satisfied and asked to stay here again next time. The bedding was in good condition, and it was nice to have a toilet and shower room. However, the only regret was that there was no floor heating (like most accommodations in Japan), so it was a bit frustrating to have to turn on the heater. And the check-in place and the place to stay were different, so there was the hassle of checking in and moving a little further to the accommodation. However, it wasn't a big problem as both legs were strong and I didn't have to go to checkout separately.

I booked from August for Fukuoka Barwalk and used it for 4 people at 12000. It was conveniently located in Tenjin, so it was about 5 minutes walk to nishitetsu station. There are parking lots and mini stops in Mitsui's repark near the hotel. This time, use room 6 on the 4 floor. Check-in ended with a password number for the room when calling the staff. There is no document filling. The luggage was also kept at that time. The staff was also nicknamed and was a good impression. It is possible to leave the luggage from 11 o'clock, and it is from 14:30 to enter the room. There was no elevator, so when I came back tired, I was a little breathed up to the fourth floor. It was 4 people, so the size is not good. It seems to be quite small when it becomes a 6 person room. The room has a washbasin, toilet, bathroom (only shower), refrigeration & freezer, range, desk. There are also toothbrush and shampoo amenities. Towels are bath towels and towels one by one. The room itself feels old, but the bed still felt new and clean. There was a trap that had a step on the floor and had a trap that had a leg. The shower room was also large, but there was no dressing room and it was inconvenient. The water pressure is bad and the drainage is bad. There is no washlet in the toilet. There is a water pressure in the toilet. There is no electricity in the room and it is dark because it is light. There is free Wi-Fi. The room on the floor seemed to have 3, but I didn't care about the noise of the next person. It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because it was good location and good price.

However, I booked 3 nights (20-23/6) which is including breakfast but I do not know why not include the 23/6 morning. When I went to the lobby and tried to have the breakfast after check out, the staff claim that it has not reserve the table for us to having breakfast. I am query that is it not including the breakfast of the day of check out ?

Accommodation date / December 20th (Fri) - December 21st (Sat) 1night 2day Single Breakfast ※Reservation by Shinkansen round trip and set on a trip to Japan We booked for a live participation in Fukuoka. [Location] The location is located in downtown Hakata, Nakasu Kawabata. I think that if you go to the water park, you can see the building, but it is not along the wide street, but it is built a little deep, so it took a little time to get to the entrance. [Building] The building itself was relatively new and clean. [Customer Service] The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were very happy and the customer service was firm. [Service] There is a space where a personal computer can be used for free or a little work. There were many shampoos in front of the front desk, and it seemed to be able to be repackaged into a small container. I think it is a happy service for female guests. Of course, there was shampoo in the room. There were also several kinds of tea bags such as herb tea in front of the front desk, and there was a tea bar that could be enjoyed freely in the room. 1F As a rental pillow in front of the elevator, we were able to choose several kinds of pillows with different hardness such as low repulsion, and what we liked. Of course, there is a pillow in the room. There were rental cycles and coin laundry. There seemed to be a night meal service. [Room] There was a closet, and the hanger was 4 books ◯ and the bathroom had a small laundry drying ◎ bedding seems to be sticky and adopts airweave. I was comfortable. There is an outlet on the bedside. There is also a humidifier. Wi-Fi was also comfortable. The water pressure of the shower is also strong. The surrounding area was quiet because it did not face a big street. [Breakfast] Breakfast is in the space in front of the front desk 1F. The space of the table is also wide, and the number of seats is large, and it was not crowded. The menu was also rich in Japanese, Western, bread and curry. Drinks such as milk, juice and coffee were also substantial. [Location] There are many restaurants around because it is located in Nakasu, and there is no problem with eating. However, there is no convenience store near the hotel, so it is wise to stop when you find a convenience store if you need anything. I think the nearest station will be around the subway ”Chushu Kawabata”, ”Tenjin” and ”Tenjin Minami”, but both are about 4 ~ 5 minutes walk. However, it is between Tenjin and Nakasu, so I think it is good to be a very tourist base.

Stay at a hotel with a good location in Fukuoka🏨 Nakasu and Tenjin are within walking distance Hakata is also only 10 minutes away by subway! Very well located This hotel can be used for business as well! Breakfast can be added for around 1800 yen 🍚 It's a buffet style! The lobby also overlooks the river. It has a feeling of openness and is very comfortable! Self check-in, Check-in using the machine at the front desk You can leave your luggage even before check-in. In exchange for a yellow tag Let's not lose it🟡 There are no amenities provided in the room. As much as you need at the lower front It was a style to take with you 😰 It was completely like a business hotel. Guest room Wi-Fi can be accessed by pressing the power button yourself. The type I use has poor connection. That's too bad. Shampoo conditioner, body soap An old hair dryer is also installed. Turn the same switch when using the refrigerator. The type that you turn on and use! Two plastic bottles filled with water There is also a kettle and tea bags at the front desk. The style of bringing it to your room and drinking it 🍵 Ironing boards are available for rent on the 11th floor. There was also a laundry room! It looks like the room on the first floor will be cleaned on the 2nd. Location is good though Recommended for business rather than for fun! ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ▼Ni****etsu Inn Fukuoka Acros Fukuoka-mae 📍〒810-0001 1-16-1 Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture 🚗Parking: Affiliated parking lot ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ #Fukuoka trip #Fukuoka #Hakata #Nakasu #Fukuoka Hotel #Tenjin

I stayed at 1 to take the qualification test. It was located near Nakasu Kawabata Subway Station and was conveniently located near Hakata Riverain. The weather was fine on the day of the test, and I passed through the side of Across Fukuoka to Tenjin at the test venue and arrived in about 15 minutes on foot. In order to prevent the new corona, the amenities were selected next to the front desk, and the cup in the room was a paper cup, but considering it as an infection control measure due to the corona virus, this is one of the methods considered. I thought, and I liked it. I was happy that the shampoo in the bath was my favorite POLA product. The room was calm, on the side that did not face the big street on the 5 floor, and I didn't mind the noise, so I took a rest. Breakfast was a room meal as a measure against corona, and I was sorry that the hotel brought it to the room. It was a form of eating from the bread or miscellaneous rice choice the day before, and it was delicious and balanced breakfast than expected. Alcohol disinfectants are placed in various places, and I have the impression that consideration is given to measures against the new corona infection, and I would like to use it if I have another chance. Thank you to all the staff.

The waiter is courteous and polite. The room is large, clean and tidy. The hotel provides breakfast. Natto noodle soup and white rice are added unlimited times. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Hakata Station. There is also a convenience store next to it. I think some of them are cheap, but at check-in, you will be asked if you need an amenity toothbrush or razor. There is nothing in the room. The gown is also a style that you bring yourself from the lobby. The person wearing it was roaming in the lobby, but it is difficult to design like a human dock. Because I had to go to the lobby to get all the necessary items, it was quite embarrassing to get on the elevator with pillows. I think welcome coffee is a good service. Regarding breakfast, it was like this by saying that bread, soup, boiled eggs, and drinks were free. We think that it is good hotel for person who does not want much because it is cheap.

Still very new hotel, about 12 minutes walk from Hakata Station. The time is almost the same from Higashi Hie Station of the subway, but if you are from Higashi Hie, you will not be lost because you are straight from the street. The hotel has a clean interior and plenty of hot water. The air cleaner is also complete in each room. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood with combination two and midnight. We stayed for 6 nights. Place probably more suitable for at most 3 nights because they do not clean your room throughout the length of your stay. If you can bear not having room vacuum & mop for more than 3 nights then this is a very good place. Towels can be obtained from front desk any time which is good. Pillow is soft, not sufficient support. Harder pillow ran out. I used 2 soft pillows & 2 bath towels beneath them. Near to Hakata train, JR stations & Bus Terminal. Also walking distant from Hakata Old Town. Generally, room was clean & bright. Staff were polite & helpful.

Absolutely loved Lyf Tenjin Fukuoka hotel. The workers were all super friendly and spoke English. Lyf staff were also so helpful when I had any questions, and when I locked myself out of my room haha. The hotel starts on the third floor of the building. The third floor is a coliving area, and has the check-in area, a kitchen, tons of seating (including a balcony), a pool table, laundry room, smoking room, and restrooms. Artwork was also displayed and the style of this whole hotel is just unmatched. It has a lively pop theme that feels comfortable and happy. There's a rooftop bar and a wine bar on the first floor. I'm usually an introvert, but it was so much fun to just chill in there why all these people hung out, kinda felt like being in a college dorm. I was provided with any amenities I could need, which was fantastic because I forgot my hairbrush. I loved the room! Some people said it was too small but I thought it was perfect for one or two people, and it was so cozy. The wall art was brilliant, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, as well as the shower, and I even liked that the TV had apps. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in Fukuoka!!!

First time to book in an unmanned hotel. Check-in and check-out were quick though we were a bit confused at the start on how to access the entry code. We got the family room with two queen beds and a twin. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and had everything you’d possibly need for a 6-day stay, including laundry detergent for the washing machine! I love how this boutique hotel just has just 2 rooms per floor so it offered much privacy to guests. The nearest subway station was a 20-minute walk away. If you don’t mind the walk (added to all the waking you’d do in Fukuoka), this is a nice, quiet place to stay. And you get to pass thru the relaxing sight of the canal every time. It’s near the Canal City, one of the largest shopping places with the ramen stadium and the yatais plus some hidden, local bars.

I’m finishing a five night stay at the Comfort Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin. This is my third Comfort Hotel this year, and all have been similarly reliably comfortable budget hotels. The Fukuoka Tenjin version I chose because of its proximity to the places I needed to go. Tenjin is a busy area with plenty of nighttime activities to keep people busy. The hotel is on a busy road and there is noise if your room is on the front side. The dark pull down shade is great at blocking the morning sunshine for late sleepers. I slept well in spite of outside noise. I’m sure rooms facing north are quiet, but the sunshine is on the front side. The room is comfortable for soli travelers. For couples it may be ok, but For me, alone, it was fine. The bathroom is spacious for budget Japanese hotels, not the typical unit bath, and the rain forest showerhead and body spray functions are nice. For the cost, this hotel is a bargain. Tons of restaurants nearby, including 24 hour udon across the street. Mitsukoshi and Daimaru department stores a couple blocks away, and the subway 100 meters away. Easy access by subway from the airport, with no train changes. I like this hotel and its location. If I’m back in Fukuoka again, this hotel will be my first choice.

I chose the washbasin on the bed side and the bath and toilet are separated. Because it was used by a private car, after arriving, I told the front desk to use the parking lot in the hotel, and the three-dimensional parking lot cannot be used by the approach of typhoon 14, so please look for the parking lot by yourself. Then, I wanted to guide you by the map with the parking lot near the hotel at least. I was disappointed to think that the stress of looking for parking while examining parking fees in the land I didn't know was not understood by this hotel.

There was a female dormitory and I was relieved. There was a card key at the entrance. The sleeping room used the space which was 2 steps. It had a small lighting, a outlet, and a simple keyed safe. It seemed that the lock was locked in two ways: the method of pressing the button (number) and the key, but there was no way to lock the button anywhere, so I didn't know how to use it, and I used only the person who turned the key. There were 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. Overall it was very clean and very good! The receptionist was very impressed. I wanted to use it again!

The first is the advantage. The location is close to Hakata Station and is a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. In addition, there is enough space in the room, and it is no problem to open two suitcases flatly. Then the hotel lobby provides DHC makeup remover and facial cleansing products, which is great. The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the hotel staff is seriously unprofessional. First of all, when we checked in, the two male staff couldn't find our order. After fussing for a while, they suddenly said they had found it, but they couldn't explain the reason to us. Then the male staff member Eda gave us the room card for room 710 for the first time, but when we went up to the room and opened the door, we found that the room was still occupied by guests. The staff actually assigned rooms that have not yet checked out to newly checked-in guests. Such serious negligence is unimaginable. We immediately returned to the lobby and found the male staff member Eda to explain the incident, but the other person just changed a room card, and his attitude seemed to be a normal thing. After this incident, people are really worried about the security level of the hotel.
