The location is quite strategic. The room is ok with the price that you pay. Room is clean but quite smelly. We requested for iron and they provided the iron together with the board. Very accommodating to us. We believed that the hotels just got renovated cos the aircond worked very well. And all amenities are quite new and working well.

Booked this for a short stay from Trip.com. This is an apartment with a good view, short distance away from Mid valley megamall, one of the largest mall in JB. After the trip is confirmed, send a tinkle to the email stated in the confirmation best is 3 days before checking in. The customer service will send a watsapp number to communicate and arrange for the procedure. They are very responsive and tend to your every needs. There is a coffeeshop right next to the building and they opens very early for a good meal. The mid valley mall is just a 10 minutes walk away(you walk through the open space carpark) where 50% is sheltered. Should toy be walking from mid valley, keep to the right side of the cluster buildings where you see it. the entrance is on the right side of the cluster. There is no counter service. You need to check in with an identity card at the security counter on your first visit. Then follow the instruction in the email to collect your room key. This building has some playground, slides, a Gym, an edgeless pool overlooking a forest. Particularly it is family oriented. The walking track on level 7 is very long. which is good for a morning joggers it has a viewing deck where it overlook to the sunrise in the morning, some hammocks for a lay down at night, a prayer room at the far edge with cleansing facilities. You must take a walk around to see the full facilities. If you drive, there is parking lots, some lots has Ev charger. Not sure if they are for your use so do enquire with the customer service. Apartment wise, we are allocated a unit with a full function kitchen with microwave, fridge, induction cooker with pots and washing machine. There is only tower provided. no toothbrush. Soap is available for washing dishes and hands. I recommend you bring your own body soap and facial cleanser. The bedroom has a stunning view overlooking the Mid valley mall. As it is Hari Raya season, we get to see some small fireworks during our stay from the windows. Do keep the room as good as you first enter as a good stayers.Cheers.

Booked last minute. Just for a night stay. Front desk receptionist was very polite. Good service. Though the room is small, they provide toothbrush , mineral water, 3-1 coffee, kettle. It is considered very good with such a low price. Compare book via apartment or flat BnB, though the house is big, no water and toothbrush. Will come again. There is coin laundry and dryer

Love the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

The location is just nice, near to my meeting office. Room is also ok, except for a non-functioning light in bathroom. Service need a lots of improvement. I was greeted, in an unpleasant way, receptionist was to me, ”I just came here to work, and my work is to do registration, smile is not part of my work portfolio.” Whole check in was awkward, and immediately I felt unwelcome here. I stayed for a night, and the next morning, I was literally disgusted by the phone call reminding on check out time. Once is ok, but calling up numerous time, is super annoying.

Everything was on point except when the receptionist changes their shift. The night shift person in charge was great! Unfortunately, the morning shift was so loud early in the morning till noon. Talking as if there were no customers at the hotel. Please take action, some customers just got to sleep after night shift but then the receptionist and housekeeper kept on babbling loudly.

There are a lot of ants in the toilet. I did not prepare toilet paper towels for two days after I stayed. The driver of grab told me that there would be special services in the toilet. Be careful when living alone, but fortunately I did n’t meet. The surrounding area is relatively desolate. There is a relatively large supermarket across the road, but in the past it was necessary to cross the road without a zebra crossing, which was relatively unsafe. I chose this one because it is close to the church, but the overall feeling is not good.

I travel for business, because I have training at JPFSA, so this is the most decent hotel in the area. This is a small town not far from Johor Bahru, the capital state. Easy to get Grab Service and a lot of eating place. There a bar and restaurant next to the hotel, Japanese Restaurant Opposite & Bakery opposite the hotel. Room is spacious, bright lighting and decent decoration, there no wardrobe. It's ok for 1 or 2 nights. Quite safe for woman traveller. Breakfast can be better. They only serve coffee/tea with sandwiches and noodles/fried rice. Please dont set high expectation for breakfast. This area mostly office area for freight forwarders and other small businesses.

It is my 3rd day of stay in this resort and it exceeded my expectation. I rented a 5 room villa and it is superbly maintained, comfy and clean. It is located just next to the golf course and the view is fantastic. At night you could hear the sound of insects with cool breeze. The staff here are helpful and courteous. We had dinner in the Club and most of the dishes are very good especially the duck 🦆 . Activities wise it caters to all age and personalities- we played tennis, table tennis, swimming pool with slide for kids. We’ll like try archery before leaving tomorrow. There are many other things here like table pool, gym, squash, horse riding, a small field for football and of course golf- we won’t have time for all these this time 😉. I will give a 5 Star ⭐️ rating for this resort in overall offerings, service and value. Keep it up Tg Puteri Golf Resort ⛳️ 👏👏
