After we arrived at our apartment in the evening with its 4th and stood close to the door, we finally called Turia apartmentos. Helped by a very friendly woman from the reception (she had another room on the 6th floor)and we could come right away, just before closing time. That's great. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has everything you can wish but it's got some date. For us it's no problem. Fortunately there's a lift because otherwise it's a bit climbing to the 6th floor. It's a bit audible but not disturbing. Apartment 12 has a lot of space and even a rooftop terrace. Airco for the summer and 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Super weekend had

The beautiful room exceeded our expectations. The four of us got a very large room on the top floor. This room was divided by a wall. In the partition wall there was a full kitchen, with pans, cutlery, and a microwave. Unfortunately, it was very warm in the room and the air conditioning could not cool it (and that for February). It did cool down at night, but due to traffic noise, we left the window closed. What we didn't like was the glass door in the toilet and shower. And if you had to go to the toilet at night, the lamp above the sink had to be turned on to get light in the toilet (waking everyone up). The breakfast was extensive and delicious. Also bacon and eggs. The restaurant was attractively decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The girl behind the counter drew out typical Spanish restaurants on a map for us. The location is close to the old town, but also close to the green belt, where you can take bus number 95 to Oceanogràfic. Tip: in the evening if you walk from the city, take the northern streets and not Calle les Balmes, because we felt unsafe there. Near the hotel there is a café La Placita where you can sit on the terrace and there are small supermarkets nearby for your bottle of water. We had 4 wonderful nights.

Just returned from an amazing trip to Valencia. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accompanying, beautiful hotel and couldn't wish for a better location! Very central and staff go above and beyond to male your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We booked the Duluxe Double room with hot tub. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Slippers and Gowns included too! We didn't eat in the restaurant, as we were out and about so much but from what we could see it was very nicely decorated and the menu looked good! Highly recommend a stay with You & Co Boutique. We will be returning for sure!

The decoration of the hotel is very economical, but the hotel is very clean and the rooms are large. It is difficult to find free parking spaces on the roads around the hotel, but if you park farther, you can find it within 10-15 minutes of walking. The hotel is cleaned once every 3 days. There are microwave ovens and dishwashers, but please note that the tableware is not included in the room cleaning items and must be cleaned by yourself. The shower water is not large, and hot water will be available later. The front desk service of the hotel is very friendly and very good. The location of the hotel is fairly convenient. There is a direct bus to the beach. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center and the old town, not very far. Not far from the hotel, there are supermarkets, children’s parks, restaurants and bars, which are still very convenient. Didn't like the bath products provided by the hotel very much.

The hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it. The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia. Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera. The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.

I stayed there for two nights in a row. I was very comfortable, not too far from the train station and very close to the centre of Valencia. We were welcomed inside by David, a very simple, very kind, very kind boy. We have shown us everything we could visit in the surroundings and with great passion we have shown the Hostel. Now we arrive at the building: The structure is not very small with 7/8 rooms available all with their design feature. The hotel has a large room with a bathroom with 3 showers and another more ” private” bathroom with an attached shower. Do not expect exclusive hotel services because it is not, of course, it is not. The only thing I have to say is cleaning. We say a nice dust would be to do in depth and perhaps have a slightly more care than the common bathrooms. For the rest of the perfect and straight place recommended especially for your first visit in the beautiful Valencia ... Thanks a thousand David a dress yours Italian friends Damiano and Jacoma

A hidden gem in Valencia. Very centrally located. Walking distance around the major touristic spots. It is in a private building. Very secure with code to enter the building and then the hotel itself. The hotel is kind of like low-key about six rooms, but the rooms are very spacious and clean and modern with very comfortable, king-size beds and clean sheets clean towels and hot water. The staff is very friendly. It is not staffed all day, but if you’re just visiting the city for tourism and seeing the sites this is a perfect spot to stay if you don’t care about hotel amenities. Extremely reasonably priced, actually very cheap per American standards. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to see the city on foot and have a clean room at a decent price!

Stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. Buses nearby to get into centre (no 7) and beach (no 99). More of a backpackers, workers hotel. Not too many families, reception is basic, bar has seen better days (you have to get cold drinks from the fridge and pay at reception). Luckily my room faced the back of hotel away from continual traffic of the 4lane roundabout out the front. Avoided breakfast as looked very school canteen. 100 euro a night, but it was summer in a coastal city.

Cibo a volte ottimo (soprattutto la colazione) ma a volte pessimo (un mio conoscente si è sentito male per della carne servita a cena xd), servizio in camera sempre presente. We stayed here for a week as I was attending and international conference and this was one of the recommended hotels from the conference organisers. A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.

Fantastic place to stay! Centrally located, very close to the Plaza de la virgen, but in a very quiet street and so just seconds from bars and restaurants, and the cathedral. Lovely, spacious apar**ent. Very clean. Bathroom stocked with a good selection of toiletries, and a hairdryer too. Good WiFi. Very friendly staff - the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is very close to the new (high-speed train) and the old train station (and some high-speed trains). It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk without taking the wrong road. It is very good for two people or a family of many people, and for several couples. The room or suite was very spacious and very clean. Panoramic views from the very large window - but no balcony. The bathroom was a fair size but could get very slippy and no gripping for showering which could be a problem for elderly or less mobile guests. The breakfast was buffet style. There was some choice in cereals, toast, bacon, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice and a drinks machine for tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I would have preferred more egg choices such as scrambled. The downside was the loud music from an open air nightclub nearby. This would go on until 3am. Staff, with one exception, who worked in the restaurant were nice and friendly.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, easy to get to, in a great location with great amenities and the reception staff were very nice also. I would absolutely bring my family here to stay. My only slight issues were that It was not 100% clear that reception is in another building one street away. But once we released this, it was all very simple to check-in.

The positive thing is the location: very close to the cathedral, the central market ... excellent location. Valencia is well walking so this hotel is good to move easily and reach the places to visit. It is a hotel for those who are satisfied and are not claiming much; fortunately the room was quite clean and, above all, I had no chests in my bed or scarfs, which I feared after reading the reviews of other travelers. Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. It’s on a very busy main road, this did not affect our stay, windows are sound proofed. Staff very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed on the first floor, small lift was available. I had noisy neighbours in the next room, I mentioned it to reception. The issue was dealt with straight away. I only had two issues, 1) the front door step is hazardous, no warning and takes a bit of getting used to. The second, no tea or coffee facility in the room. There is tea/ coffee facilities near reception, however, if you’re an early riser your sat waiting around. Other than these 2 small issues, the hotel is lovely, would stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights on a B&B basis . Check in was quick and desk clerk v friendly. Location is excellent, right on a shopping street with a supermarket and metro station opposite. Taxi rank also opposite in front of the shopping center. A quick walk brought you to the main squares with gorgeous bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere except to the beach. Stayed in room 101 which was v clean, beds v comfortable and pillows good. Mattresses encased in a metal frame which was V close to the wall and we banged our legs off it every time. V little space between the bed and wall with TV on. Right beside the lift and stairs. V noisy A/C. Bathroom lovely, shower excellent but the sink was in the bedroom as opposed to being in the bathroom. Room V dark with no natural light. Soundproofing excellent, we heard no noise from the street below, wardrobes are these new modern type so lots of open shelves but nowhere to hang a dress or long shirt. Safe and fridge with products to buy but we filled it with water and wine. Breakfast fine, fresh eggs, hams, cheeses etc. Something for everyone. We stayed as a group of 8 and were able to find space to sit together in the back room beside the kitchen. Staff were excellent. For the price and location I would return but I would prob upgrade to a better room.

My adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.

Stayed here for a trip to Valencia for a wedding. Couldn't ask for a better location to explore the city. Arrived late for check in, a friendly member of staff from the restaurant below checked us in and offered to make us some food despite the restaurant being closed. The restaurant below is great too really nice fresh food and friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped and the air conditioning was very good. The bathroom was a little tired but not enough to spoil the experience of the room. The cleaners were very friendly and accommodating and left the rooms really tidy. We had a late flight out and were able to leave cases at the hotel to enjoy our last day. We arrived late one night and the system to get inside the hotel was a little tricky so maybe that could be simplified. Overall I would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

This is a charming, modern hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The location really couldn't be better - right next to the Central Market and walking distance to everything you will want to visit in Valencia. (If you have time, head over to the market for lunch and check out Central Bar by Ricard Camarena!) There are many different room types to choose from. We had one facing the plaza on the street side. The view was fantastic and the street noise wasn't too bad. Our room had a kitchen, which we didn't use, but it would have been nice had we stayed longer. The room was spacious. Wifi worked OK (not the fastest). Modern bathroom with hot water and good water pressure. All the furnishings were in good condition, good quality, and clean. We had wonderful massages at the spa. Don't miss the breakfast - it is really excellent! Three courses with multiple options to choose from for each, plus your choice of drinks. So delicious! We did experience what some other reviews have described with the air conditioning turning off in the middle of the night - they told us they were not allowed to let guests adjust it below 21C per Spanish law, but they manually turned it down to 19C for us (adjusting it from the front desk). They promised to keep it running overnight, but it seemed to get down to 19 and then turn off completely until we would overheat and call again. 21C would have been fine with us had the fan been running, but it wasn't running at all in between and the room got so stuffy. Not a huge deal for two nights, but it would have gotten really annoying had we stayed longer.

Excelent hotel to stay for a citytrip to Valencia. Swimming pool on the roof,perfect breakfast, clean rooms. Friendly and correct personel Walking distance to the center but also very close to different busstops to the centre, to the beach and to albufera.Close to the green walking zone.
