Very warm family hotel, hotel facilities are also good, when we left the store, we called the beauty boss to help us call the taxi. As a result, she didn’t have it. She told her father, the hotel founder, to drive us to the train station. Very touched! Next time you come to Colmar, you will definitely choose here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room and hotel had some good and some not so good points. Overall we enjoyed it so I found it difficult to choose between 3 and 4 stars. Because of the relative high price I choose 3 stars because I expected more. Good: - We asked for and got a room with a balcony. The room was very small, but nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. I think it was a room that was not renovated yet but that was okay. - Breakfast was good with fresh bread, croissants, cheeses, ham, etc. There was omelet and bacon. Fruit, yoghurt and muesli. Things that were finished were replaced quickly and the lady in the breakfast room was nice. - Parking in the street is free and there was always a space available close to the entrance of the hotel. - It is a short walk to the center of Colmar. - There is a nice garden at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately the weather was not so good that we could use it. Not so good: - One of the receptionist (young woman) was not friendly. When I asked for extra pillows she was very abrupt like I asked a strange question. The other two we saw during our stay were friendly though. - Our shower was in the bath, which means you have to climb into and out of the bath which I do not like and could be a problem for older people. - In the bathroom there was hardly any space to put your things and the daily cleaning of the bathroom could have been better. - Downstairs (reception area) smelt of cooking most of the day, probably coming from the restaurant kitchen. A better extraction of smells would be good.

We stayed here for one night on our grand tour of the region's Christmas Markets, and one step outside of the hotel's entrance puts you right in the middle of all of the Christmas spirit. (If you've ever looked at Colmar photos on Instagram and seen the white-flocked tree in front of a beautiful timbered house decorated for the holiday, it's literally steps away.) Petite Venice is a 5-minute walk, the church is a 5-minute walk - everything is a 5-minute walk. The hotel staff is kind and helpful, and the charm and quaintness of this hotel can't be understated. Our room had the wood beams, stone walls, and a view over the Christmas markets, It was like being transported back in time but with modern amenities. And there's a convenient "grocery store" across the street if you'd like to stock up on snacks, bread, cheese, etc. One note, during the Christmas markets, unless you're getting there early or late, the streets are closed off, so you can't have a taxi drop you off in front of the hotel. But a drop off point is - you guessed it - 5 minutes away. There were small, picky things. Like the bathroom mirror wasn't over the sink and the fan on the heater made a clanky noise - but at that point, you're just looking for things.. Overall, we'd recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the old town of Colmar. Colmar itself is very small, so in fact, which hotel to stay is not far away, the hotel lobby is not bad, the front desk English communication is no problem and very warm, the only problem: hotel room Too small, to what extent, I have no place to stand after the two 26 boxes of the object are opened on the ground. The hotel and Novotel are next to each other. If you can share the underground parking lot of Novotel by car, you should talk to the front desk and pick up the card.

I you want to visit the old town and little Venice area, this hotel is in the perfect location. We were in room 51, which is on the ground floor of the Suites building. It was spacious and nicely laid out - it is disabled friendly, so plenty of floor space. But you are on street level, so you do have people walking past your window all the time although you can close your blinds and have the lights on if that bothers you. Our bed was quite comfortable, and the room was clean with dressing gowns and slippers provided, along with basic toiletries. We went for the option including breakfast which we found very adequate but the friends we travelled with found it a bit too basic. For example, the scrambled egg was pretty inedible, and when it is really busy (9.00 am seemed to be peak hour) it could take them a little time to top up items that had run out. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Possibly because it was Christmas Market time, there was free Gluhwein available near reception and cake - which was lovely after a hard day walking round this delightful town. There are a couple of great restaurants literally a minute walk from the hotel which served delicious food. From what I have read they are better than the ones further into the old town which are, I believe, more touristy. My main reason for not giving the hotel full marks is that the wifi was non-existent in the suites building. It worked when we went to the main building but we never once managed to log on from our room. We loved Colmar so much we are tempted to return, and if we do then we would chose this hotel again.

Just in the small town of Colmar, all the buildings here are fairy tales to me. The hotel can see that it is very thoughtful, the style is designer, and the room is simple and Nordic, and it is comfortable for one person. Just a few steps is the most lively little Venice. After walking through Colmar in a day, you will feel unfulfilled!

3 adults and 2 children, set 2 twin rooms, the result when the store arrived at the front desk said that 2 rooms can not live 5 people, children as adults, in fact, I also read the children's occupancy policy at the time of booking, did not say 5 The old children are treated as adults, but the front desk is tough and impatient, so the last lazy to explain the communication, and added a room, fortunately the price is not expensive. Breakfast is the breakfast of the convenient hotel. There are not many things but the basic cheese, bread, coffee tea, meat ham and eggs are all there is no problem. The room is small, no extra bed, the location can also go to the center of the town for a 15-minute walk, the key town itself is not big. Colmar is still very beautiful and worth a visit. But I should stay in the hotel for a few more days, a slow life.

Breakfast is average, coffee is hard to drink, room facilities are good, lobby is beautiful, downstairs restaurant tastes can not be said to be particularly delicious, the hotel location is close to the train station but a bit far from the city center, walking around every day is very tired, in addition, Ctrip The customer service score was perfect. I proposed that the hotel kettle would be immediately broken if there is a broken kettle. I would like to communicate with the front desk to help me in time. I ’m very grateful overseas.

The location is moderate, and it is nine minutes away from the train station, turn left and walk about nine minutes to Colmar attractions. This two-star hotel is ok. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I was worried for a long time before I traveled. The infrastructure here is complete, the bathrooms are not small, there are air-conditioning and a small balcony. The only disadvantage is that it is close to the railway, and the sound of the train passing by is not small. But basically it can be ignored, because there are basically no night trains in France. Can move in!

We’ve been in a lot of hotels but never did we experience so much kindness in a 2-star place. A lot of 4/5 star places could learn a lot about true kindness from staff. Everybody is soooo nice, always asking if we enjoyed a goog night’s sleep! We planned one night but eventually stayed 4 days. Okay, maybe the rooms aren’t that big but everything was nice and clean. It’s about 1.7 km walk to the beautiful city centre: a nice ‘after-restaurant-walk’. The breakfast is perfect for this friendly price and there’s always enough private parking place. The location at the busy road wasn’t a problem since we had rooms 12/14 on the ground floor at the backside. Beds might be small for couples though. We’ll definitely be back! The hotel is a private villa, very old-fashioned, beautiful in appearance and good in interior decoration. Very close to the train station, about 300 meters, even if you have large luggage, don't worry, it is suitable for living with children. The breakfast is very good. At first glance, it is done with care. Especially the apple pie made by the hostess is very authentic. I personally recommend it. Unfortunately, the breakfast is different every day. I want to change it again the next day. There are regrets. Self-contained parking, very safe in the villa.
