|0.29km from city centerCleanliness is everything and it’s here in abundance! The staff are amazing and a special shout out to Santa and joel at the bar. Yurena, Vanessa on reception are fabulous nothing too much trouble. The rooms are cleaned daily To A very high standard. All in all a magnificent place with maybe a few tweaks needed. No where to dry costumes and towels a little rail Would be amazing or a collapsing airer would look so much better than clothes laid over tables on every veranda, perhaps more aesthetically pleasing to the eye! The restaurant keeps very odd hours and you can’t rely on in being open but the pool bar does do the very basics and they’re quite ok. So peaceful and serene with a very boutique feel.

|0.52km from city centerFantastic stay for 5 nights in February. The facilities are all newly refurbished and great quality. Perfect location close to the Yumbo but still only 20 minute walk to the beach and dunes. It was fairly quiet and never a problem getting space by the pool. The pool beds are all great, super comfortable and plenty of them. Room was clean and comfortable. We booked through destino for a great rate that had breakfast included which was plentiful and a good selection. Omelette station was lovely and freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. All the staff were very helpful. One evening we popped for tapas at El Saloon opposite the hotel which was very reasonable and great food. As other reviews have said, one downside was that the pool didn't appear to be heated so it wasx just far too cold to use for any length of time and seemed to be others thought so as no one was using it, even with temperatures of 25 degrees in the sun. It did say heated November-March online however this didn't seem to be the case.

|0.42km from city centerThis hotel is truly excellent and deserves it's four star status. The rooms are a generous size and like the rest of the hotel, spotlessly clean. We arrived late due to usual problems with poorly run UK airports. Staff had kindly provided a sandwich and fruit in the room. We were informed by reception that we could also just make dinner despite the late hour. Restaurant staff were so helpful and ensured we were well fed on arrival. The food in this hotel is top class and there is great variety. They have cooking stations where they cook fresh fish, meat, eggs etc. They also have a great selection each evening of roast meats. The salad, vegatable, fruit and dessert selections are truly amazing. There is so much choice. The same level of choice applies to drinks. The all inclusive package also includes branded spirits. There is a wide choice of cocktails. I am coeliac and was able to have gluten free beer which was such a treat. All the food in the restaurant is clearly marked with allergens making anyone who is a coeliac feel safe. There was a wide and varied choice of gluten free food, including bread which the hotel will provide on request. The pool and communal areas are very clean. There is an excellent pool bar which is open from 1100 to 2230. The staff who run it are very hard working and friendly. What really makes this hotel excellent, however is the staff. They are the hardest working hotel staff I have seen in a long while. They work so hard in difficult conditions and continually have a smile and a friendly word for guests. Nothing is too much trouble. The managers run such a tight efficient ship where unusually for some hotels, the guests always come first. In summary, this was a fantastic relaxing stay in a top notch hotel. Great food, excellent staff, lovely facilities and very clean.

|0.94km from city centerThis hotel is run down, the pool is a community pool some of the locals are quiet rude! The bay not open today. The floor filthy and people smoke around it and leave tabs every where! One life guard lovely the other just talks all the time. Pool you can’t jump in no inflatable unless it’s babies. The apartment filthy hairs every where too! Some the reviews leave different pools on the review there only one! The hotel is money money money. So basically no air con you have to rent a tan if there any! Rent a hair dryer everything just deposits and rent rent rent. I have a baby and they won’t even give me a kettle to sort his bottle and milk!! The staff have even said it’s bad but they can’t do anything as they just work there. Don’t even understand why they need a 100 euro deposit!!! It’s that crap bugs don’t even come in it! The only good thing is location beach is lovely, restaurants and night life good even with children. The pool is sometimes over taken by the community there no entertainment like stated the bar shuts at 8 when it is open. Your not allowed to play music and there none on. The residents if they are not using something like a umbrella that’s down and you try and take it for your kids they are rude as to me if your not using it then you can’t just have ago at people. Even when my husband got the women a umbrella even though she sat by the pool all day she didn’t even say thank you! Honestly worse place I’ve stayed at the hotel needs bombing!!!! Also the hotel isn’t whole any more owners are brothers and they are fighting over it so your view to one side is a dirty pool with a ghost hotel it’s litually been separated in half. I’m not as bothered on women taking tops off but pre warn there a lot of women with their boobs out. If your booked here change it asap it’s not worth any more than £400 a week and one star for me

|0.74km from city centerHad a really friendly warm welcome from the guy at reception who explained everything, such as the key for the gates around the edge of the complex (it is a gated complex very safe and clean) , gave me a map because the place is huge, and provided the remote control for the tv. Stayed in bungalow 306, lovely modern and clean, mattress new and very firm ok for a night or two but too hard for me, back garden got sun all day, water nice and hot, and strong shower spray. The cleaner came everyday she was a polite and efficient lady who did a great job each time. there's lovely working cats around the complex, some are super friendly and will love a fuss and followed me home for treats(they're all fit and healthy it is obvious theyre looked after, flead and wormed and there's little food kennels and dishes all around the place) The pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Ten to 15 mins walk to Yumbo Centre and ten to 15 mins to Cita, 15 or 20min walk to Maspalomas beach front where there's plenty of bars cafes and restaurants. 306 is at the back of the complex and just out the back gate is a Spa Supermarket with everything you need. I love it! I actually might retire here.

|0.69km from city centerWe were at third from 17.07.-24.07. here in the hotel. The facility as such was very clean, everything was well organized and the staff, regardless of which area, very friendly and premature. The selection of food was more than enough at every day time and it was always and for everyone something. There is also a pool bar where you can saturate, primarily with fast food, while the dining room is closed. We did not use this as we were on the way day by day or on the sea. There was a small selection of fruit besides burgers, pommes and hotdogs. If I can call a negative point, then it is the volume when the room is located in the direction of the inner pool. Here is increased noise up to one day of the week until 24 hours, including by animation and shows. If possible, I recommend to take care that rooms do not show in the indoor courtyard. Otherwise, only the usual phenomenon that people reserve beds which then are not used half-day, but also here the staff take care of it and cleans them after some time. The beach is reached with the free shuttle bus in about 5 minutes, the footstep is handled in 8-10 minutes. The stores of daily needs, as well as restaurants and bars, are reachable walking quickly. The hotel itself is in a quiet side street. Concluded: We would recommend the hotel further, but when booking again, we would be sure that our room does not go into the indoor.

|0.3km from city centerI have previously stayed at the Walhalla in the main apartment block and had been very happy with the size and quality of the room. This time we stayed in one of the Walhalla’s small number of bungalows (located just up a flight of stairs behind the swimming pool). We were blown away. We can’t speak highly enough of these fantastic bungalows. In brief: we had two bedrooms (a double and a twin); two bathrooms with full walk-in showers; large kitchen area; very spacious lounge with sofa that also converted to a double bed; terrace; garden (which was beautifully maintained); and sunbeds and outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils/appliances, including kettle, toaster, coffee maker. There was also a pack of cloths, sponges and washing up liquid. Bathrooms had toiletries (liquid soap and shower gel). The whole place was spotless and in really good condition. It had the benefit of being in a quiet corner, so was very peaceful – yet just a few stairs away from the pool. We would stay at these bungalows again in a heartbeat.

|1.63km from city centerHave just returned from a week's All Inclusive at this hotel. I was sceptical, as some reviews I read before travelling weren't very good at all but these people can't have stayed at the same Beverly Park as me. There was plenty of choice at each mealtime with freshly cooked and delicious food in abundance and a large variety of choice. There is always something for everyone. We upgraded to a sea view room on the 6th floor and had amazing views of the coastline. I had read that the bedroom walls were thin, but we never heard a sound from the rooms on either side of us. The maid service was excellent with towels and bedding changed every two days. You can hire pool towels for a returnable deposit of 10 euros. All staff were helpful and friendly, especially Tatiana on Reception. The hotel is very clean inside and out. It also has 3 pools and 2 children's pools. Entertainment was OK and during the day the team organised pool zumba, pilates, pool volleyball etc. Evening entertainment was average and I was disappointed that there wasn't a flamenco show during the week, but there was something different each night, both inside the hotel and at the pool bar. The beach was just a couple of minutes walk away and swimming in the sea was delightful. The main part of Playa del Ingles was a good 20-25 min walk and was extremely busy and crowded, so we decided to stay around our hotel area. There are a couple of restaurants and a small shopping centre within 10 mins walk and we visited this a couple of times. I can't think of anything negative about this hotel and would definitely go back again. WiFi is free and OK, but sometimes a better connection if you were inside the hotel. Plenty of sunbeds, and it was refreshing not to have to do the daily sprint at the crack of dawn to get your bed.

|0.26km from city centerIt was a pleasure to stay here again. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. They were very comfortable, and with the intense heat, the air-con provided a welcome relief. Free WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel restaurant had a great buffet breakfast and continental breakfast. Great times no reservations straight through till 11am. The waiters were amazing, some members having been there for a very long time. Dinner in the evening right through till 22.00pm - amazing. The pool and facilities were amazing, comfortable sun loungers with built in pillows and large blue beach towels. The hotel is located very close to the airport approximately 35 min. There is a free shuttle service from and to the airport, for stays of 10 days or more and I really appreciate that it is included. I would recommend this hotel for pleasure trips. Was made to feel like a member of the Neptuno family

|0.27km from city centerA really lovely bungalow that was, although basic, had everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. The private sun terrace was a real bonus, as it allowed you get a tan, but also cool down by nipping into your bungalow to grab a drink from you full sized fridge freezer. Breakfast was sorted as you are supplied with a coffe maker and a toaster as well as frying pan, several cooking pots, cuterly, plates and cups. Towels were changed everyday and the bungalow cleaned thoughout by the lovely team of housekeepers. The only downside to this relaxing, peaceful complex is that on a Saturday from midday to six pm the hotel across the street has has pool party and have their music blasting constantly. This is, however, at no fault, to the owners of the Can Valentin Park. This complex is a truely european mixture of clients, which allows for a more friendlier and respectul holiday.

|0.55km from city centerCurrently staying at the Amazonas Apartments and we are extremely happy with everything. On the first day we arrived around noon and the receptionist told us our allocated room wasn’t ready as check in wasn’t until 2pm, we said that was fine and were ready to leave our bags when she said a different room was ready and checked us in.€50 deposit was paid and we paid €30 for a safe for two weeks. There is no air conditioning and as it is very hot my wife asked for a fan which was brought to the room within a couple of hours The room is perfect with very comfy beds and a great shower and balcony. It has a large fridge/freezer and everything you need for self catering. Washing up liquid, dish cloth ,scourer and tea cloths are supplied, which is a nice touch. Bath towels and hand towels and also bath mat are regularly changed and toilet paper is supplied The rooms are diligently cleaned 5 days a week and towels and bedding are regularly changed The pool area is very clean and there are ample sun beds on three levels with pool bar open from 9am to 5pm with drinks as cheap if not cheaper than in town. It’s a perfect location with a 5 min stroll taking you to the beach and just 10 min walk to the Yumbo centre with the numerous bars and restaurants Also supermarket is only a couple of buildings away so not far to carry your supplies Overall excellent accommodation in an excellent location

|0.81km from city centerNice and clean. Lovely staff, not that we needed to communicate too much. They were great with any queries we had, as the to in one of the rooms lost signal one day (Fixed with no issue) and my wife’s all inclusive band almost snapped due to a pool incident (Bit too much fun and I caught it with my hand) The lovely lady at reception (Lucia) changed it with no issue and a nice smile. Food service was wonderful, always found something to eat at all meals. I’m not too picky and will try anything once, so I was very happy with all the food. My wife is a very picky eater and likes stuff to be plain and simple. There was plenty of options for her i.e Chips, cheese pizza, chicken nuggets, hot dogs and she ate a lot of chorizo slices. A very good selection. Breakfast was by far my favourite meal time. The hash browns are amazing.

|0.42km from city centerI absolutely loved the staff. All very friendly and attentive. I was upgraded to a sea view room on arrival which I thought was so nice. The cleaners were lovely and were full of smiles. On check-out I was really impressed with the service, my transfer company didn't give me a pickup time and the receptionist rang them up to confirm my pickup time and meeting spot which was so lovely! He was very professional, held onto my suitcase until I was due to catch my transfer and saw me coming and handed me my case as soon as he saw me arriving in the door! Absolutely amazing! The room was so fabulous. The bed was very comfy. Amazing position facing the sun. I didn't even need to use a sunbed I had a great time sunbathing on the balcony haha. Shower fabulous. Shower floor was very weird being concrete but I didn't have much of a problem. Only issue was the fridge which took so long to refrigerate anything. Location perfect. Yumbo 2 minutes away. Lgbt popular hotel. What happens in Ritual stays in Ritual ;) All in all, amazing hotel. I really want to come back.

|0.49km from city centerI am currently staying in the don Miguel and what an amazing hotel and experience we’ve had, the rooms are perfect very modern and spacious when looking at other reviews they do sound like they have never been here before couldn’t have any complaints about the room if I tried, me and my girlfriend are here I’m 19 and she’s 18 and we found this a great hotel for young couples and pretty much everyone as there is a really great mix of ages and nationalities, it is a very diverse hotel which feels very welcoming to everyone, the service is amazing the staff couldn’t do more if they tried, the food was good it does have a variety in the night for people like me who is very adventurous with my eating and the basics depending on what you like, we only stayed for a week but I could see if you stayed longer and ate in every night you would maybe get a little bored as the selection is a decent size but I would highly recommend eating out ( papis grill and the hardrock cafe are amazing, also the tipsy hammock!) the facilities are amazing here and easily earns its 4 star status really hard to find a fault in this place, will definitely be returning

|1.5km from city centerThis time, I booked two five-star hotels on the island, both of which are owned by riu. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The desert is right next to it. The sunset is particularly beautiful, and the hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. The swimming pool is a saltwater swimming pool that feels like swimming in the sea, and the room is not bad. Mine is a pair of two single beds put together. You can also note that you need a single bed. There are a complete range of food and beverages, and you really get what you pay for. The hotel is not too big, but although the sparrow is small, it has all internal organs. The only thing is that when the wind blows near the desert, a lot of sand will be blown, but it doesn't matter if you go back to the room and take a shower. There are buses and taxis outside the hotel, the transportation is convenient, there are restaurants, bars and shops everywhere, and it is a very mature place for vacation and tourism.

|0.8km from city centerJust returned from a week in these apartments. Having stayed in many different accommodation I must say it was a pleasant to find a real gem as this place. It was great to have a proper double bed with a memory foam mattress which was Uber comfortable. The staff are lovely & polite and the apartment was very clean and could not fault the cleanliness. Breakfast was lovely surprise, it is a continental style left in a bag on your door, but nice as it was I think it would be best if you had option to refuse, to prevent waste. The apartments are very quiet and everyone appears to keep themselves to themselves as there is kilter interaction. During my week very few used the loungers or pool, not sure if it was because the pool area & loungers felt crowded or preference? My only criticism is on my departure day, my flight was very late (21:00) and I had been previously advised I could leave my case etc there, however this was only possible until 14:00 and if I had known I would have booked for an additional day at time of booking. I would recommend and would return again. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

|0.87km from city centerThe place is great in terms of location but the rooms on the ground and basement areas are horrible and very noisy in the morning , we had cock roaches in the bahtroom and the shower head was completely covered in scale so we couldn't have a proper shower ,no view at all .
I will not stay here ,again.
I requested a room on a higher floor and with a street view but simply got ignored.
Not the best customer service at the reception, either 🙄
So , avoid it if you have better options and there is availability nearby.

The atmosphere is amazing and the people here are so friendly. The food is great and so much choice, but I think the fish is over cooked and a little dry but it’s still nice but for my preference it is dry. There’s so many options for snacks around the pool and drinks. The Spanish measures still stand in the Canary Islands too. It’s more like a 4* hotel not a 3*.

|0.49km from city centerWe are staying in Axelbeach now for the second year in a row. It offers us everything we could want for a hotel: big and clean rooms (basically a small appartment), a beautiful and well kept garden with both shade and sun, a sizeable big pool (with always enough sunbeds for everyone), a very good breakfast (full English but with healthy options with fresh fruits and fibres, too) and all that in the middle of the day/ nightlife of Playa: 5 minutes walk from the Yumbo. One gets very good value for money here. To top this all off - the staff is very friendly and helpfull - with a personal touch. They remembered us from last year and we were welcomed back as old friends. Thank you for your warm welcome Kevin - it is much appreciated! Muchas gracias Kevin and all your colleques - for your hospitality and fine service: we will be back for sure!

|0.98km from city centerFirstly, you get what you pay for. I paid a 3 star price and a good 3 star hotel is what I got. I paid for the superior room which in my opinion would be a standard room in other hotels. I was happy with it. The rooms are clean & the air conditioning is excellent. Remember to close the balcony door, if you want to use the AC. The bedroom has plenty of storage/hanging space. It is quiet at night because it is at the back with an internal corridor behind it. There are blackout curtains. The beds are hard but clean. We slept ok in them. The bathroom is the best quality room as standards go. The shower is good enough. There is a good size storage drawer for your toiletries. Bring your own shampoo & soap/shower gel as they leave you sachets and the smallest of soaps. The hairdryer is powerful and there is a Spanish shaver socket. The living room is clean, basic, fresh and has a TV with 2 English channels. The kitchenette looks like it has had a facelift but if only they got a handyman back in just to straighten the unit doors, the tiniest adjustments would make this kitchen a lot better. The 2 hob modern electric hob is fast. You power it on first by touching the top right hand button it has a (-) minus sign on it. Then you touch the relevant hob button, then the (+) button to 9. That's it, it will work quickly. To switch off, touch the top right hand button again. There is not a kettle but the pan boils the water really fast. There is a coffee machine which I did not use. There are no cereal bowls. I took my own plastic ones anyway. The balcony is a good size. It has an airer to dry your clothes. We were in room 403 which is at the far end. It almost overlooks the roundabout. I didn't mind it at all. There are not any usb sockets and there are not many plug sockets. We took a small extension lead. The housekeeping is good and came everyday but Sunday. All the staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The pool is warm. Whilst we were there nobody reserved sunbeds so we were always able to grab a couple whatever time we went to use the pool. I cannot comment on the food as we did not eat there. The location is good. It is next to a roundabout where you can get buses to everywhere. It is also next door to the Cita Centre. There are supermarkets all over the place. The beach and main beach area is a gentle 10 minutes walk.

|0.65km from city centerThis hotel is superb, it is in a great location near the beach in Playa del Ingles. We had a great stay for many reasons, the staff were all fantastic and friendly from the reception staff, housekeepers, chefs and waiters and waitresses. The food in the restaurant was excellent, huge selection of dishes from the buffet, many dishes were prepared fresh while you make your selections, this includes fresh fish meat and fish dishes, barbecued food outside, pasta and themed meals each night. The breakfast selection is excellent too with food to suit all tastes. The hotel has great facilities including a rooftop terrace with a bar, sunbeds, Jacuzzis and a fantastic panoramic view of the resort. There is a spa with sauna, steamroom etc. The hotel also has two outdoor pools and a pandling pool too. One of the pools is 25 meters long and great for swimming. Rooms are a good size with a terrace and large bathroom. There is also entertainment in the hotel lobby bar every night.

|1.27km from city centerThis is a four-star hotel, but it is really quite big with the five-star gap. First of all, it is all-inclusive. The orange juice seems to be orange juice powder. The food variety is less basic and there is no seafood. The pool is not big. Children run around and around. The service front desk was slow and the room was booked for a long time. I couldn't find the order number. I had to wait for a long time. The bathroom bath was also very small and very inconvenient. It is a few hundred yuan less than five stars, but the gap is still very large in all aspects, not very distinctive hotel

|1.02km from city centerThe staff are very friendly but unfortunately the hotel is definitely not the 4 stars it claims to be. The bed/matresses are not 4 star quality, no amenities in the bathroom and very poor sound proofing (could hear conversations in room next door even with all doors/windows closed).
We stayed on an all inclusive basis and found the food selection to be very similar for the entire duration of our stay lacking variation.
Lastly, the evening entertainment will need to be improved. While this is not of great importance to us, I know that this is an important factor for many people seeking these types of accomodation/vacation.
