|0.34km from city centerThe room (for when called ”small”) was not very small, we found even worse abroad. The courtesy of the masters and their staff is excellent. The breakfast is very good. The internet connection is quick enough. It is excellent price quality and location (beside Ravenna railway station), which allows you to visit the whole city walking. Beds were the worst. Not so much (and not only) because the mattresses were too hard, but they also felt the mole, but mostly they were at ”ass back”, that is, they were spy on the sides. I risked falling from my bed several times because I was slowly ”moving”. Towards the edge of the mattress. Synd the washing was broken. All this we say in the heart of the heart because the living was overall positive.

Apollinare, and 10 minutes from the town center and 12 from the beach, this little (8 rooms) hotel has it all: clean, nicely decorated and animated by a friendly, always helpful staff. The restaurant offers a menu with traditional local dishes, well prepared and presented. Breakfast is included in the rates, simple but fresh; parking is also included for free. WiFi is available but strong only in the ground floor. Last but not least: prices are very reasonable. Like I said: this hotel has it all.

|1.78km from city centerMy wife and I were attending a wedding in the Villa Abbondanzi and decided to stay for another seven days. The receptionist was extremely helpful, and warned us that the hotel was fairly remote. We wanted a quiet break so that was OK. The hotel was busy on the night of the wedding and we could only get an upstairs room - nice room, but we are both disabled and the stairs were a challenge. They moved us into a ground floor suite the next day - clean and comfortable. Our only quibble is that it could have done with a table in the balcony/living room. We had planned to swim and relax but unfortunately the outdoor pools were closed. We had a nice swim in the Sensory pool (outdoor but heated) but this then also closed. So we made use of the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. A weird side effect was that the pool bars also closed and the main hotel had no bar - a hotel with no bar is a very odd concept. It didn't worry us but I can see it being a problem for some. But what a lovely place. There is a forest of magnificent, mature trees, a flamingo pool, a vegetable garden and storks nesting on the lampposts. Everything is clean and well kept. The Five Spoons (I forget the Italian name) is a very good fish restaurant, and the Pink Flamingo is very high class with a wonderful tasting menu - not cheap, but a bucket-list experience. Things may be different in the summer, but this hotel is perfect for a quiet break off season. The taxi service to the nearest town (Faenza) is inadequate but that's not the fault of the hotel. A final warning though - the lovely environment attracts flying insects as well as guests. Bring plenty mosquito repellant.

The bathroom is a complete set for the toilet, white towels, very clean. The big shower has been very appreciated. The first breakfast is varied, both sweet and salty, excellent cappuccino. I advise this hotel because it's really good, near the shops and the beach. The price quality ratio is more than appropriate. To return!

Con noi viaggia anche il nostro cane di razza boxer che, molto spesso, non è ben accetto dagli albergatori, neppure quegli pet friendly. Al Vallechiara, invece, già dalla telefonata informativa, lo hanno accolto a braccia aperte e ci hanno permesso di tenerlo sempre con noi, anche durante la colazione. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, due stelle sono pochine, secondo noi. Se vogliamo trovare un difetto, è un po' distante dal centro di Lido di Savio, pur avendo nei dintorni tutti i servizi.In vacanza, fare una passeggiata per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse non fa male. Consigliatissimo.

But there is absolutely no reason for me to deduct any points from their grade as they were absolutely perfect for everything I was looking for. You'll have to decide what you're looking for in a hotel and judge accordingly. My reason for coming to Ravenna was to see the incredible UNESCO Byzantine mosaics all over the city and, of course, sample the fine cuisine. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the train station. Completely doable even with a heavy suitcase (as long as it's a roller). It's located just off the main Piazza del Popolo, a big gathering place. However, I slept fine and didn't hear any noise. All the sites are within walking distance except for one which is in Classe, a 10-15 minute bus ride. My room was a single and quite tiny, which was of no concern to me since it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The ladies at breakfast were very friendly. The gentlemen at the task were helpful. What more can you ask for? Well, like I said before, you'll need to decide that one for yourself. Tip - The AC takes a while to cool even a small room at high setting but once it does the room gets quite comfortable. It's not loud or anything, it just takes a while to cool the room.

Ho alloggiato presso la struttura dal 16 al 19 agosto, da sola col mio cagnolino. Accoglienza molto calorosa e struttura bellissima. La mattina del 18 mi sono recata a fare colazione per la prima e ultima volta durante il mio soggiorno. Ho chiesto a quello che sembrava essere il capo sala se ci fossero i croissant vegani e lui prontamente me ne ha indicati due tipi, dopo averne scelto uno mi sono recata in camera a mangiarlo e da lì non mi sono più potuta muovere perché il croissant che mi era stato dato come vegano in realtà era un croissant normale ed io essendo gravemente allergica all’uovo ho avuto una reazione allergica che mi ha portato a dei dolori lancinanti allo stomaco, vomito e dissenteria continui per tutta la giornata del 18 e dei giorni seguenti. Sono stata fisicamente impossibilitata per un giorno intero di vacanza ad uscire dalla mia stanza. Ho subito informato la reception dell’accaduto a la risposta è stata che avrebbero informato il direttore. Il giorno seguente durante il check-out c’è stata una completa indifferenza nei miei confronti. Al momento di saldare il totale di oltre 800 euro mi sono resa conto che non mi erano stati scontati manco i 16 euro del servizio in camera. Sono rimasta molto delusa dal fatto che non ho avuto nessun tipo di scuse e nessun trattamento di riguardo per il fatto che sono dovuta stare tutto il giorno chiusa in hotel con dei problemi per colpa di un cameriere. Trovo raggelante l’indifferenza con cui il personale ha reagito al mio problema, essendo un albergo di lusso mi sarei aspettata maggiore riguardo. Avrei gradito uno sconto, ma più che altro un occhio di riguardo per il fatto che sono stata male e non per colpa mia. Una nota a favore va alle cameriere ai piani che sono state di una gentilezza e disponibilità rara e che durante la giornata infernale che ho avuto si sono preoccupate del fatto che non fossi mai uscita dalla camera, se fosse stato per il resto del personale sarei potuta morire da sola in camera che se ne sarebbero accorti il giorno seguente al momento del check out.

Albergo pulitissimo, arredamento essenziale ed elegante. Abbiamo sperimentato anche il ristorante. Ottime cene con personale altamente qualificato. Voglio dare un particolare risalto alla colazione in cui c'è di tutto e dalla frutta ai dolci la freschezza fa la sua parte. Comunque un plauso particolare a tutto il personale....dal bar al ristorante ....alla reception. Unico piccolo neo....parcheggio solo a pagamento...ma molti alberghi della riviera romagnola presentano solo questa opportunità

Non parliamo della cucina….Pessima!! Neanche alla mensa dei poveri si mangia così male! Tutto insipido, poca varietà, niente antipasti a buffet….. Oltretutto ti fanno pagare ben 2 euro a bottiglia l’acqua ai pasti, ormai almeno l’acqua non la fa pagare più nessuno, ci sono gli erogatori a servizio dei clienti…Se venite in questo hotel di sicuro non trovate la Romagna e lo spirito dei romagnoli. (Ma neanche quello degli italiani in generale). Ho trovato un migliore servizio in pensioni ad una stella a tre volte meno del prezzo che ho pagato li. Anche per la pulizia devo dissentire…Peccato perché la struttura c’è, buona posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia, bella piscina …. Ma al servizio cucina e pulizia do zero!

|2.09km from city centerSono stata ospite del Tati Hotel dal 16/1 al 27/1. Non proprio una vacanza, perchè ero di supporto a mio marito, paziente del vicino Maria Cecilia Hospital. Tutto lo staff (particolare menzione alla Sig.ra Bruna) è stato sempre super disponibile dandomi il massimo supporto. La mia camera era ampia, e anche le Sig.re delle pulizie sono state super gentili, permettendomi di lavorare in smart working e riassettando la mia camera solo durante le mie brevi uscite per andare in visita a mio marito. Il periodo è stato duro e difficile ma il Tati Hotel lo ha reso più semplice vista la grande empatia dimostrata. Grazie a tutti voi!

|1.25km from city centerAn unfortunate hotel in a very prime location of the city. The hotel is dated, in fact it is a throwback to the 80's. The decor is lame, and old. The rooms have no decor whatsoever. Let's start with the room: this is an old room, with old furniture. TV is a joke, my laptop screen is larger than their tv. bed is firm, and the bathroom is large with ample towels. The spa is a waste of time. There are ”mood” showers, but in fact none of them work, the only ”mood” it got me was a bad one. The steam bath is worthy, but their pools lack basic maintenance in that the jets don't work properly. They force you to wear a bathing cap, even though there are no opportunities to dunk your head under the water. You are obliged to book an appointment to use the spa, but it remains fairly empty. This is an ”all-inclusive” hotel, but the food quality is bellow average. Italy is known for their food quality, this hotel does not carry this quality. The breakfast is behind a glass window. It is supposed to be a buffet, but you are not allowed to take on your own. The only egg options they give is scrambled and it is runny. The croissants are behind a window - you have to beg for one. The Juice is processed and comes out of a fountain - it is absolutely terrible. The coffee is low quality. The customer service doesn't exist. It seems that the hotel and the staff have been scared by rowdy kids. There are signs warning families to control their kids and to keep them in check. The staff is rude. They don't speak English and if they do, it is to tell you that you need to change seats, or you need to hurry up and leave because they want to change shifts. The maitre-D is horrible. The onsite restaurant is extremely low quality. They have one choice for lunch/dinner, which is pork. You better like it, because that is all you are getting. The food stations carry a tri-lingual sign describing what they are feeding, except it is printed in 12-point font in a small sliver of a paper in three languages. You will need a magnifying glass to figure out which three lines can you understand and what you are eating. The hotel is paranoid on their towels, beach towels and their bathrobes. There are more warnings posted than curtesy's about your stay. Overall, this is a place to avoid. There are several options in the city, with a better price point, and much better restaurants to eat from in the city.

There is a wide range of possibilities for activities in the hall, a heaven for children with a Vespa and a piano included. Our room was simple, nice and clean, suitable for a family with many children. The breakfast was rich and delicious. There is a patio surranded by the building. Our children had so much fun running around there. The whole atmosphere is so friendly and peaceful. I wish we could have extended our staying.

The boys in the room careful and quick. The girl was very welcome, capable, smiling and very ready to meet all the needs of the client.We enjoyed dinner (the Romana evening) and both the quantity, the variety but above all the quality of the food offered was really excellent. Unfortunately, we have prearranged transportation tomorrow and must stay another evening. The hallway carpets are filthy, the outside chairs are cracked, the shower has mold. One room looks as if someone tried to break in. We went thru the stairway rather than the lift and the door remained opened. Anyone could have entered. I went back up to close it. Just found a disgusting creature! See photos!
