The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Although it is no longer a sea view room, their service attitude makes me recognize this hotel. Thank you to the hotel for preparing cakes, fruits and drinks for the children every day!

I will recommend 'Hotel beach garden' a must visit place if you are looking for a short gateaway to Juhu. It is located opposite of Juhu Chawapatty .Also I would like to mention about the cordial and warm interaction from aged security guard hailing from Bihar. All in all when you're travelling all the way from different state you wont feel like as such due to their hospitality. They have very helpful service and cordial customer interaction(especially Mr. Zoheb). There was arrangements for Unlimited delicious buffet for complementary breakfast. I have enjoyed with my family staying here for 2 nights and 3 days.

|3.75km from city centerWas skeptical when I made the booking. Wasn't sure, whether i have booked a good hotel or not. However, the moment I reached the hotel, all the apprehensions were gone. A sigh of relief, I would say, and i was like gosh, did a good job. The location was spot on for me, as it was very near to Mumbai International Airport. Good if you want to avoid Mumbai traffic, especially during peak hours. The rooms were spacious and full with all the basic amenities you need. The room layout was also good, with the dedicated sitting area, dressing area, well spaced and large cupboards. In the days of a pandemic, having a separate office desk and chair was welcoming. In addition, the washroom was also spotless and clean. All these enhanced the living experience. The food served in the breakfast was also good, though it would have been better if they had more options, but that is just a nit picking. The ambience was also good, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Continuing with the staff , Mr Ashok who sits at the front desk was very helpful. Overall, I had a good experience.

|13.33km from city centerIf you're thinking of staying at this hotel...DON'T DO IT. For what you pay, the overall experience and set up is not worth it. Our experience was very poor. On arrival the rooms were not as described on the booking; not enough towels, tissues, cutlery, crockery, wit tea and coffee facilities being minimal. When asking for anything extra it was met with reluctance. Service from Staff both lacking, and reception desk staff incredibly rude and confrontational. The fridge was broken in both our rooms and eventually after much complaining we got one sorted and the second never happened, there was always an excuse from staff. Staff have NOT been trained at all. On one of our days having asked for the room to be cleaned we returned back that evening at 10pm for nothing to have happened. After complaining yet again staff came to sort. On our final night, some of our family members came over and joined us for dinner. Again service was poor, food was standard, and we were constantly being rushed. Again staff were shocking and clearly lacked training I will not be returning to this hotel again.

They know what a best customer service should be like. We primarily dealt with Rajesh, Ruhi, Usaid, Priyanka(the collection girl), Moi Moi; all of them amazing human beings with always smile on their face to help their guests in the best possible manner. Hotel rooms were nice size and clean considering you are in Mumbai(limited space for everything). Bathrooms were well equiped with all the amenities except only suggestions to keep hair dryer in them. Thank you for the hospitality guys. Keep up the great work. 👍

The service from all the staff are excellent, food and drink is great, I wanted vegetarian sausages for breakfast, and as per my request they provided the breakfast, the Taj will never say NO to any request. The Jiva SPA is really good, me and my dad had a 2 hour session. The outdoor pool is great ***** with services provided for food and drink. I will definitely be staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai very soon.

|18.12km from city centerWe did pay for a sea facing room with balcony so I can’t comment on others but our room was perfect with wonderful views. We arrived 3 hours before the official check in but the room was ready and we were given the key straight away. The location was ideal, just 10 mins to Colaba market, Mondegar and Leopolds. If you walk by the sea wall you come to the Gateway of India and The Taj Palace within 10 mins. The staff were friendly. The rooftop terrace was first class offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to cocktails which were all delicious. The views were spectacular. If I had a complaint it was that in our four day stay cleaners did not come once. I’m not one to want clean sheets and towels every day but emptying the bins and replacing toilet paper would have been good. That said I’m still giving this hotel 5 stars because it really was a lovely little find and 100% the best 2 * hotel we have ever stayed in.

|6.12km from city centerOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings.
Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down.
The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service compensated for these minor lapses.
The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner.
Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time.
In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

|16.63km from city centerWe booked a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View - Smoking. But during check-in we found out that we were getting a non-smoking room. Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To compensate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice.
The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area.
The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast.
The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace.
100% recommend :)

Breakfast was mainly Indian but fresh eggs could be made to order. Wifi was free and efficient. My comment was that there was only 1 hand towel for two people and only 1 pair of slippers. The quality of the towels was disappointing especially in a country which is renowned for their towels. The people in the room above us seemed to be moving furniture at 1am which could have been rectified by putting pads under the furniture as the soundproofing was inadequate.
