This is a case of ”you get what you pay for”. Considering the extremely cheap price, my friends and I were very satisfied with our stay. The sound of the nearby train tracks is a bit noisy, but it’s not that bad if you want a room away from the tracks, unless you’re a real sleep disorder that can’t stand a sound at all when you sleep I recommend earplugs. Also, trains in Japan stop between midnight and 5am, so there is still some empty block. Some comments mention homeless people nearby, but we never worry about walking around at night because there are always people around and the street lights are bright. The facilities are basic, but the sanitation of the public bathroom is OK, we don't feel a problem. Some people may not feel very comfortable about having to go through the lobby to reach the public bath, but it is not a problem for us. Our room also has a bathroom, which is small but adequate. Note that the room does need your request to clean, but because it is more environmentally friendly, we have no problem. Anyway, the room was not messed up by us. Our room is Japanese style, meaning there are tatami mattresses and Japanese mattresses. In addition, there is a TV, cable LAN, enough storage space to store luggage and clothes, a mini refrigerator, table. The network connection is very good, fast, stable, no problem. The Japanese mattress is very thin, we asked for one more, so it was much better. I recommend western style rooms if you have a problem with your back. The room was warm and it was quite cold March but the duvet and blankets were really warm and we didn’t freeze. The staff was polite and helpful. We came earlier and they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel. There is a tourist information service station next door that provides information about Osaka. In terms of location, this area is good. You can walk to the equivalent of Akihaibara in Osaka, about 15-20 minutes. There is a subway station out of the hotel and walk for one minute. JR Nankai is a 5-minute walk, so go to Kansai Airport, or take the Osaka JR ring line and direct to Nara. Trains in places like this are really convenient. Spa World is also nearby. Highly recommended to all friends who want to experience the Japanese love of bathing!

The Seaside RoomShinimumiya is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Seaside RoomShinimumiya is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located just 1km from JR Tennoji Station and 19km from Osaka International Airport. The closest major public transportation, Dobutsuen-mae Metro Station, is only 200m away. With multiple attractions nearby including Tsutenkaku, Osaka Castle Main Tower (Osaka Castle Museum) and Shinsaibashisuji, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.

Close to Shin Imamiya Station, the tsutenkaku is close. For the location pattern or the cospa, foreign users were outstanding. (especially Asian) The electric pot is not in the room and the front desk is lined up for lending. It is a system to return to the front desk by chuck out. It is unknown whether it is for the prevention of theft or for the suppression of the number, but if this system is not known, the hot water is not boiled in the room, and it is early. (Actually, I was. This time I stayed for Kansai air use, but JR, Nankai, subway and transportation are also good, so it is also a base for Osaka sightseeing.

The hotel is conveniently located, only 2 minutes walk from Nanhai Xinjingong Station, and it is very convenient to return to and from Kansai Airport. The hotel is cheap, but it still enjoys a separate room. Although the room is small, there is still a little space to open the suitcase completely. The room is also clean, the bed is a little smaller, comfortable, and slippers and towels are provided. Although the toilet is shared, the cleanliness is good. The hotel has a large bathing area to experience Japanese bathing. Overall, low cost accommodation, but feel good, if you don't mind sharing bathrooms and bathrooms, it is worth recommending.

The accommodation is very good, the bathroom is separated but the bathroom is very clean and convenient. You can cook your own food. I really like it. The price is good. It's convenient to travel to each place. It's only about two kilometers away from the tourist attractions. It's easy to find things to eat in the surrounding area. The price of accommodation is not expensive, very cheap, not lonely, next to the road, next to the train. Room for two people. It's good if you're not serious about it. Because most people sleep alone and go outside, so they're not serious about the size of the room, but overall, it's the best, very good, clean, works, recommended, close to shin imamiya station and places to eat and drink. If I go back, I'll choose this place again. I like it.

Very good location, just off the zoo Mae station and about 3 minutes walk from Shin Imamiya station. It is safe and secure because it is located in a place visible from the main street. In the Japanese room about 3 tatami mats, there was an electric hot water tanpo, a small liquid crystal TV and a yukata in the upper and lower futons and pillows. Until 23 o'clock check-in, you only put the key in the box when you check out in the morning. The toilet is joint, but it was good to be western style rather than Japanese style.

We stayed at Hotel Taiyo, I do see a lot of people posting positive reviews for Hotel Toyo here, that is a diffrent hotel and definitely not this one. The hotel is outdated, run down and in desperate need of renovation. The tile are old, worn and look like they have never been properly cleaned or waxed. The furniture is shabby and uncomfortable the bed springs where so prominent it left my hips and ankles aching. Our first night we went out and bought ourselves pillows as the ones here are unusable. There was also only one plug in the room so we had to spend even more for a power bar. The whole place was filthy with dirt and dust visible in every corner. The towels were dirty, and the bathroom was again unclean and permanently smelled of piss our whole stay. The amount of dust in the vents were slightly alarming from a safety standpoint. We also had major issues with internet 90% of the time. If you need internet for work you are SOL. The staff was professional and friendly, and the overall customer service was the only redeeming quality The location was great close the the main line station and the JR line. Overall, the hotel fell way below expectations and was a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone

Hotel in Nishinari, opened in July 2019. The room was very clean because it was just done. There were flowers for opening celebrations at the entrance and the staff was very awkward. Room was flooring. There was a table and chair in a low bed, small TV, and a refrigerator that was not very cold even if you turned on the power. The unit bus is normal. Rather than a hotel, you can relax in your room. The key is card type and the front desk is absent at midnight. I checked out early in the morning, so there was no one at the front desk, and the card was put in the recovery box and went out. It was 3500 yen the day before the holiday at the open price, but the usual price is 5000 yen. There are many doyas of 1200 yen per night around, and it becomes a luxury class in this place, but if it is 5000 yen, it is better to stay 4 nights in doya. . . If it is 3500 yen, it may be used again.

The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We had to watch some of the police chasing.

The front desk service at this hotel is impeccable and the staff provides excellent service to guests with their warm and professional attitude. They are quick to answer questions and make guests feel taken care of. I have been to Japan many times, and this is my first time staying in a Japanese B&B. It is a one-family home with three floors. It is very suitable for a family of seven like us. The room is very clean, there is a kitchen for cooking, and there is a supermarket opposite for shopping. Japanese food is salty, so it is perfect for cooking for children. Each room has a bathroom, and there is a toilet on every floor, so there will be no need to compete for the toilet. For transportation, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from Kansai Airport to Nankai Electric Railway from the starting point to the end of Namba Station. There is also the Hanshin Line to Kobe, and it is also very convenient to go to Umeda from Osaka Subway Namba Station. The landlord is a very enthusiastic Chinese who has been in Japan for many years and is a fellow countryman. I will stay here again next time I go to Osaka.

The bedside outlet has fallen into the bedboard and cannot be used, and it is a pity that there are 4 USB ports. No amenities except toothbrush. I saw it hidden in the front desk, but there was no explanation. There are cups, but no tea or coffee. It's outside the love hotel, so women seem to care. The chair is tattered as if it had been picked up from some oversized garbage dump.

I am a frequent traveller and highly spoiled normally staying in Four Seasons but on Tripadvisor i noticed this hotel and the super reviews and looking at prices it was interesting to try and happy I did! Quick review: -top housekeeping, big compliment for this team -super clean rooms -spacious room with huge balcony and this is a huge bonus to the room also the amazing view -very silent rooms, no noise from other rooms, alley or street -very complete room with everything you need -great bed! -friendly staff although English is not very good and surprised me especially in reception Location is the keyword, I walked around a lot and found this hotel is superb to visit Osaka, everything important within walking distance. Some minor points I think the hotel should improve: -concierge service and English language i really missed -slippery bathtub, improvement needed as they don’t have a seperate shower, very dangerous so input a towel in the tub. -there is no bar! I can highly recommend this fine hotel and would return without any doubt. To be improved in my view: - bathtub is too slippery and dangerous so needs improvement - language skills of reception is poor and concierge service would be good to have -there is no bar but they have a great outdoor terrace so use it for drinks!

Great location as my husband like hanging around Orange Street where s jus a few minutes walk, as well as the Shinsaibashi tourist spots. Small room as expected in Japan. Old but clean without smell. It's very close to Sanban Street, so it's very convenient to eat. It's also within walking distance of the New Hankyu Hotel from the airport bus. When you exit the hotel, turn left and you will find a 7-11 convenience store that offers tax refunds. Turn right and you will find a Lawson convenience store. We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

These hotels are similar to apartments, but within a while, my father felt that his feet were bitten by something and slowly turned red, and it gradually became so serious that he went back to the Hong Kong pharmacy to buy allergies. Loved the location, comfortable and away from the buzz yet still close enough - 2 metro stops away from Shinsaibashi and 1 metro stop away from Umeda. Seems to be in the heart of a central district area so it’s super easy to find coffee and food, convenience stores are nearby. Great aesthetics, which drawn me to book my stay and it is 100% accurate on the exterior to the interiors, lobby and room included. Bonus: in-house onsen! Best to do it in the morning before start of the day or after a long day exploring the city. We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

I made this hotel for the introduction of the topic of the miracle shower now. The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? I thought it was satisfactory that the heating could be set and there was an air cleaner, so the room was clean and warm and I could set it myself. It walks a little from the station, but it is not bitter because there is a color 々 on the way. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in schedule, the front desk responded gently. The price is reasonable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and a convenience store just a short walk away. The indoor facilities are complete, the small table is enough for laptop work, pajamas, slippers, toiletries and tea bags are all self-service. The maid will clean the room as needed. The service will be very good if you come on weekdays during the off-peak tourist season, but on Fridays and weekends the restaurant and laundry room are a bit overloaded. I hope it can continue to improve in the future. I will continue to consider staying here when I visit in the future.

The room is small, the bed is very small, in fact, it is okay, the only thing that is inconvenient is that the place to take a bath is diagonally opposite. It is equivalent to taking a bath in the public area to go opposite. Go out every time. Everyone looked up at you, they had to dress very neatly, and the showers had to be neat and tidy. I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

It only takes about 3 minutes to reach Dotonbori from the hotel. It is really close. Turn right and you will see Rosen Supermarket. Then turn right at the crossroads and turn left onto the bridge to reach Dotonbori. Outside the hotel entrance is a small promenade with tables and chairs. Don't worry about the room size. Japanese hotels are all the same, unless you go to a five-star hotel.
