The staff were friendly and the food in the bar delicious but some major problems at this hostel and will not be revisiting. We’ve stayed a dozens of hostels, a fair few St Christophers also. This one was far below standard. Cleanliness: - Showers grotty. Walls weren’t wiped during out entire stay with mud streaks and hair stuck to them. - Signs everywhere advertising ‘cleaners on site 18 hours a day’ while it took them over 12 hours to mop up vomit in the hallway that has been reported numerous times. Even then, it wasn’t cleaned up properly. Communal Spaces: - Access to the communal spaces was limited due to the chill out area being the home to over 10 trolleys of dirty bedding leaving slim room for guests. - The bar advertised as being included with the hostel was booked for private events during our stay limiting our ability to socialites, eat and drink within the hostel. This is one of the key features of a St Christopher’s and is advertised as a reason for booking. Not when it’s not available. - Communal bathrooms were subpar with soap dispensers empty, no hand dryers and hair dryers only available in the female toilets which is extremely sexist. - No where to fill up water bottles, no communal fountain or tap - We understand some hostels don’t provide kitchens due to having to maintain and clean them but the is often a fridge available to guests needing to store items. This was lacking. Breakfast: - Not worth the paper it’s advertised on. - Watery coffee that never gets refilled. Stale week old bread buns and fruit that never gets replenished. Breakfast consisted of cornflakes and orange juice, we ended up just eating at local bakery’s. - No dairy milk alternatives for those that may be intolerant or vegan when the main elements of the lacking breakfast are dairy based.

Our booking We had a family room for 4 persons on the sixth floor in the first week of January 2023. We wanted a four person room for my, my wife and 2 daughters with a a bedsofa, which is difficult to find in Paris. This hotels could meet this requirement. Arrival When we arrived, the check-in went quick, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Dear hotel management, do realize that this is one of the best assets of this hotel. The first thing that my wife spotted, one second after entering the room, was a huge long black hair next to the sink in the bath room. In addition, the kettle for tea, which we like to use, was missing. When I contacted the reception about this, within 5 minutes, we got the offer to move to another room on the same floor, which we did. Other room The room looked very similar, with bed that seem small for us, old fashioned and run down carpet, but clean and spacious and enough sockets to charge the devices. The breakfast was ok, and again especially the staff employees were very helpful and friendly. temperature the room was feeling much too hot and the air treatment system did not work at all for the entire 3 days stay. I slept bad because of this. Breakfast time communication There was some confusion about the end time of breakfast: we heard 10.30 am upon arrival and the next day, at 10 am, the service got shut down. One fellow started to take away the utensils. The more service orientated French/English and Spanish speaking Maroccan lady was so kind to resolve the issue. Thank you. Parking service This is very convenient and the receptionist helped us explaining the best option; pay per hour or by day. We paid 40 euro for 2 days.

If you require a economical hotel to stay during your visit to Paris this is the one. OK it a little out from the city centre but take the metro (which by the way is less than 20 metres from the door of the hotel) and your fifteen minutes in the center that's included a change. The area is what I imagined a Paris area to be. Full of restaurant, bars, bakeries and greenery lovely park round the corner. And more importantly safe. The Hotel spotless, staff more than gracious and courtesies, all spoke English which made it easier, but made me embarrassed of my French. Breakfast though continental was plentiful and pleasant.

we arrived at this hotel today and are currently staying here. unfortunately, our room was very cold and when we informed the receptionist , they brought us a heater, which also stopped working after 5 minutes. we wanted to change our room, but they said no, and if you want, you can pay more to give you a big room that is warm, and when i wanted to talk to the manager, they said he was not. i am really sorry that i chose this hotel.

Perfect for a business trip, everybody was very kind to us and helpful. The place is convienient, closed to the airport, and from the center of Paris. Soundproofing of the rooms don't look very high, but never been disturbed by sound from the adjoining room. May be not the best hotel in Paris, but very nice staff and good enough for few nights in the city. And the canal area is a great place.

Myself and my boyfriend have spent my birthday in Paris and we stayed at Hotel Trema. Everything was fantastic. The room was quite small but we didn't need more. The housekeeping team was visiting the apartment everyday to leave us clean towels and to tidy up the apartment. This is top-class service! It really felt like home and we will defintely stay here again when travelling to Paris. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was fantastic, so close to the metro station fact which made our trip easier and more enjoyable. There are shops around, restaurants, cafes. Staying with them was amazing. I strongly recommend! We will defintely be back soon!

Beautifully designed hotel, they made good use of the space and in the rooms the finishings are super high end. Pillow was great one night and then the next I swear they changed my pillow. Room service is VERY SLOW - they will tell you they are coming but they do not. Staff are generally ok - one very typically rude person at reception, rolled her eyes a few times and was quite unhelpful Had a room without breakfast (Pauls and Laduree are up the road so there is no need to have it in the hotel) You can find street parking easily if needed. We had a kitchenette in our room - which was super useful It's a brilliant location for Champs Elysee shopping and for the George V metro line which takes you into the more central parts. There is no lobby / lounge as such so its worth getting a room where you can relax a bit. We had a deluxe room on the 1st floor

I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre , a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro). Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!

Room is smallish to be expected but bathroom is modern and useful. We were upgraded, provided a bottle of wine, lovely local candy treat. Most importantly…after my husband had a fall the staff was so kind and helpful. Provided ice for his knee, contacted a doctor to make a visit, provided us a late check out. The garden is sweet. We recently stayed in this hotel as we were having renovations in our apar**ent. The first thing we noticed was the natural and warm professionalism of the lady on the front desk. Some people are just perfect for working with the public, and it was the case here. Always a natural smile, and ready to help or answer any queries without any hesitation. There is no lift in the hotel, and the stairs are very narrow,which made it a bit complicated with a large suitcase. The lady on the desk offered to help, but we managed. The room was newly renovated, and it was quite small, but this is par for the course in Paris. It had a window to a charming courtyard which was so incredibly quiet, we were able to sleep with the window open without any problems. The sliding door on the bathroom was quite a surprise but we soon got used to it. It was the first time we had stayed in a hotel where there was already a good, strong fan in the room upon our arrival, which was necessary as it was quite warm. The lady who was working in the breakfast room sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed, especially on our last day, when it was very busy and she was working alone. The gentleman on the front desk as we were leaving was very friendly and professional too. All in all I would like to thank to thank the staff for their warm welcome and help. Keep up the good work ;)

Old style hotel which i liked, room was clean and comfortable bed and good shower but that is where the good ended. Location is not the best, not many restaurants around, quite a walk to the Louvre. Be aware there is a tiny lift but there are more stairs on each floor to negotiate with suitcases. I am loyal to Accor and feel as a gold member I received zero benefits. Room was not ready at 3pm (2pm check in) and had to wait with no chairs to sit on, no welcome drink offered, probably the worst room in the hotel, booking said city view instead we had a lovely view of an internal wall and windows on the 3rd floor, incredibly difficult to get a 1 hour late check out, constantly fobbed off to next shift, when finally granted the cleaners kept coming in so we gave up and left. Staff were unwelcoming and generally unhelpful. Felt as if I might have just walked in off the street instead of spending a lot of money this year in Accor hotels, in fact most of the Ibis hotels we used had better rooms and staff. Definitely better hotels in Paris

At the respiratory we met an employee named Andrey , he is separate thanks. (We have answered many questions that are interesting to us and gave some advice) we took breakfast. They are scarce but they can be saturated. We had room 602. There is a teapot, a fan, a refrigerator, a TV without Russian channels) The only minus is the floors in the bathroom. Stayed here before returning home, and stayed here in France for the first time. I booked it from different platforms. There is an elevator. You can help keep your luggage when you arrive early or check out. The front desk can speak good English. Toothbrush and toothpaste should be prepared by yourself. The space is not big, one person and two luggage can not be opened at the same time, but comfortable. This time I stayed on the six floors and the lighting was very good. I forgot to live on the second or third floor before, and the daylighting will be blocked. It's okay to stay for one night. The location is very close to Lyon Railway Station, very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants (going right and turning left) and sushi restaurants nearby (continue to go along the direction of the Chinese restaurant, diagonally opposite the road), it is quite delicious, not particularly expensive, a meal is ten euros up and down, in that location this price should be OK. The difference is that there is a supermarket name on the street probably monop's(monoprix) orange red black match store, you can buy frozen food for fast food, Paris prices are OK.

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all recommend it.

I spent 2 nights here for a business trip and had a very nice stay. The room was a bit small but the bed is comfortable and large. I am close to 2 meters tall and fit nicely, which is unfortunately something I don’t see in many other hotels. I appreciated the small details of the room. For example, the curtain is super long and close enough to the window in order to prevent any sunlight from coming in. The temperature is nicely regulated and I never found the room to be too hot or too cold. The staff as well were very welcoming and helpful. I dropped my credit card from my wallet by accident when taking out my room key and the staff were kind enough to inform me that they found it and leave it in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and staff.

Central location, within 1 mins walk to Metro -Notre-Dame-de-Lorette - which offers direct transport to Saint-Lazare Train Station. It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !! If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘ I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . Need to improve for the whole breakfast honestly !!! I will stay again if I come back to Paris again !!!!

Would highly recommend this Hostel. Location is right next to a metro but also a good walking to distance from many other metros and place de la nation which is great for restaurants. Didn’t eat at the hostel so can’t comment on that but the buffet breakfast did look good & all guests get 10% off food and their own beer during the stay. I found all the facilities to be clean, the bathrooms are out with the bedrooms which I find to be good as you don’t have to be dead silent. Could be doing with a door to the urinal and some hooks on the toilet doors and not just the shower door. Rooms are decent sized the only downside was the positioning of the main room lights & switch. if left on overnight was annoying and very bright. Each bed has a light though which is good when the main light is off. Hairdryer also available which can be taken to the bathroom. Friendly staff and large reception/bar area where there is something on most nights with lots of people in attendance. I was a solo traveller this occasion and would recommend to others.

The rating is between average and poor. It's mediocre. The rooms are small (nothing unexpected) the bathroom smaller.. I had to repair the flush toilet as it did not work. Bring ironed shirts because there's no iron board and the suggested ”use the table in the room” does not work. The WiFi offering is really terrible. The network connection drops all the time if ever one manages to connect. In the basement restaurant there's no coverage at all. The breakfast offering is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. That saved the day for this hotel.

The location is near the North Station. The traffic is very convenient. There are more black people at night. It is said to be chaotic and the law and order is not good. It is not recommended to run outside. Of course, going to the urban area is another matter. . .
