The location of the hotel is good. The room is clean and has everything I needed. The service is also good. But there were problems with hot water in one room. So I asked an employee named Alicia to help me solve this issue or change the room. But Alicia began to be rude and said that the water was not so cold and I could take a shower. But the water temperature was really cold. I was surprised. As a result, our number was changed, but only after conflict.

My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

Overview: nice and super big rooms! Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away! Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time! Service: nice and friendly staff! Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice! Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive! Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

Another room gave the same praise, the single public room is not big, but it is enough to use. The triple room is very good and the space is abundant, which is very convenient for the three-person person. Located near the bus stop from Bratislava airport, convenient. The room has luxurious solid wood furniture and is clean. A welcome bottle of wine in the room. There are all sorts of beautiful wooden figures on the territory. Of the minuses - according to the application, breakfast starts at 7 am, I thought I would have time, because... left at 7.30. I came for breakfast, and there was a sign saying that due to technical reasons, breakfast starts at 8 a.m., I was left hungry.

A hostel that offers good value for money. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm room with three bunk beds. The bunk beds (both top and bottom) were quite wobbly; even a slight movement caused a lot of shaking, which meant everyone had to be very considerate. The room had lockable lockers large enough for a backpack or a small suitcase. The shared toilets and kitchen were spotless. However, many of the shower rooms were out of order, and getting hot water at a comfortable temperature was often a challenge. Also, no complimentary toiletries like shampoo were provided. It was noisy until 10 PM with people drinking and chatting in the garden, but it quieted down significantly after that. Check-out is by 10 AM the following day. Be aware that your €10 deposit might not be refunded if you check out late. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English. Overall, it's a good place for friends who want to have a fun, social stay.

Wir waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in der Nähe von Bratislava. Das Bett war sehr bequem, und die Dusche hatte einen guten Druck – nach einem langen Tag genau das Richtige. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, ob beim Check-in oder bei Fragen zu Ausflugszielen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet – ein guter Start in den Tag!

We travelled with 2 kids. The room was big enough and gave us 3 beds plus small cot bed for the 1 year old which was a huge help. Room was very clean, hotel very nice for a city break, had a parking and close to the castle and presidential palace. We were very pleased. Food was good too.

The location is ok, easy to reach the old town, the castle or climb the hill for the city panoramic view. Tesco express is not super far. The room is with impressive 4 meter ceilings and huge bath tub. All would have been good if not paper thin wall or terrible sound isolation from other rooms, I could hear very clearly what my neighbors were talking and they weren’t event talking loud. Luckily my neighbors went to sleep around 11 PM.

Located on the Danube River, it is slightly opposite to other hotels, but it takes only 15 minutes to walk to the UFO Bridge and 20 minutes to the old town. From the door to do the tools, about half an hour to the train station, it is relatively convenient. The hotel is a standard 5 star configuration, there are not too many special and no obvious deficiencies. The breakfast is relatively rich and the taste is not bad.

It was a little confusing to find the correct apartment building as there were 2 side by side. Apartment was small but cozy and sufficiently comfortable. The front desk service was very good. I also took the initiative to pour a glass of local Slovakian white wine. The iced taste is sweet and refreshing. There are a lot of small biscuits and juices and fruits in the lobby that you can enjoy for free at any time. Two heart-shaped chocolates are placed on the quilt in the room. It is very warm and thoughtful. Breakfast is not bad. Good sanitary conditions and spare parts are the most I have ever seen in Europe. The location is a bit far from the old town, but Bratislava is not too big and can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. In terms of its price, the overall value, the next time you come to Bratislava will book this hotel (.◝ᴗ◜.)
