|1.09km from city centerWe were assigned this hotel by American Airlines after being stranded for a night. The janky van that picked us up should have been our first sign to decline the stay. Checking in, I looked up and saw the crumbling ceiling and light full of bugs. But we accepted our room...at first. Once in the room, there was zero toilet paper and the stains were plentiful (see photos). I returned to the desk to ask about toilet paper and was offered a different room. We took it, and the pictures of stains and gross things (like a booger smeared on the wall) just increased. I slept on top of the cover with my clothes on and we left as soon as we woke up. Do not stay at this property. Also note, there are no food options within walking distance of this hotel.

The rooms were clean, dish scrubbers were provided in the kitchen area and the breakfast was good - lots of variety and there was plenty of it. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the closet and dresser for my clothes. The food at the M-W socials was good and the beer was cold. The hotel is in a great area to walk around for exercise and convenient to a CrossFit gym in West Chester.

|1.39km from city centerGood option in beautiful Brandywine Valley. Longwood Gardens is a short drive as are the DuPont mansions in Delaware and Brandywine Museum of Art. We have stayed in bed and breakfasts in this area, but we’re accompanied this time by our adult daughter (so B&B not an option). Arrived late, and waited 5 minutes or so for the front door to be unlocked (understandable). Front desk wasn’t friendly but was efficient. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, standard fare for these type hotels. Convenient location. Lots of restaurant choices (Chadds Ford Tavern is the best). Only issue was a stopped up sink. We alerted the morning front desk lady, who wrote it down and said they would take a look that day. That evening, no fix and so mentioned to the evening desk gentlemen, who “looked” and said there was no such note, but would look into it the next day. I could go on, but bottom line, the sink was never fixed. A process breakdown. Not the worst thing that could happen on a trip. Had a small issue with billing after the trip, and the gentlemen on the phone for Home2 Suites was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would probably try again.

He is awesome, goes way and beyond to make sure your stay is more then average and goes way and beyond to help with any issues you may have. He always has a smile when he greets you always ask how was your day and welcome to the Delta hotel even though he sees me and my family a lot he always makes us feel welcome. This shouldn’t go unnoticed because there are a lot of ignorant front desk employees to makes you feel like you should go spend your money elsewhere but not here. Thank you Mr Sharif W for just being a great person and hopefully one day you will climb the ladder all the way up to sit in corporate and show them what being a Great Employee looks like. Located next to Swarthmore, this is a good school district, so the town is very beautiful. The hotel staff are very good, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the evening, the hotel also gave us a half-day room rate. Breakfast can be eaten outdoors, blue sky and white clouds, a lot of wooden hydrangea, and a good mood. There is Gratuity on the cashier's meal, and the specific tip amount can be written, between 10% and 18%, and the housekeeping daily tip is 3-5 knives. Great hotel. It is said that Philadelphia's consumption is much lower than that of Boston.

I haven’t been impressed by most of Marriotts airport offerings, the Residence Inn my usual hotel was unavailable. Took a chance on this property and I was quite happy with it. It’s a newer Fairfield Inn and this showed through the hotel and rooms. Most Fairfields I’ve stayed at were older properties and this is better than all of them hands down. Room was clean and tip top shape. Free parking is always great. There is a 24hr Wawa a couple minutes drive away. I’d recommend this property to anyone liking to stay in this area and if you have access to a vehicle.

I said something to the front desk 4 to 5 times even the next morning that went on till 3 to 4 in the morning. Then we woke up to a dripping sound and the ceiling was leaking I said something to the front desk they said it was nothing they could do while it was raining. Do we at brunch that was 90..00 not worth it came back to the room ceiling still leaking and u can hear our neighbors talking and the loud heater we tried to relax and watch TV but from the loud heater and the dripping noise we couldn't take it wasn't staying another night we left at 3 or 4 pm room 430

The staff is phenomenal, the hotel is generally very clean upon check-in and it's pretty convenient to most parts of the city. My biggest issue every time I stay is housekeeping. Although I take my tag off the door, I leave it at a good time , and see them on the floor, my room is never cleaned unless I actually stop at the front desk and request on my way out. He started leaving cards under your door to let you know they stop by unfortunately they slip the card under your door after you've already left your room. So essentially I leave the room no one has come by my tags off the door and when I come back as a card under my door. They did this twice during my last day and I had to complain at the front desk. I have stayed there for longer than five days and still only have my room clean one time and that was of course on request. Although the hotel has returned to normal operations this is what is lacking. Again the front desk staff are great, my check in the room is usually clean, and when I request things I've gotten them pretty quickly. I will continue to stay when I am in Philadelphia but I wish they would do something about housekeeping..

I asked the hotel whether I can sign for the bill or make online payment in this case, which I can do it in other hotels. They told me no. It is the only way to give the PIN. Otherwise I cannot check in. If there is no cancellation fee, i wanted to go immediately. But I have to stay, So I had to pay for it privately. Then I asked whether they can prepare a receipt for me. I can give my company address.Because I need to leave early in the morning. They told me I can tell the one who works in the morning. Then I got a receipt with a wrong company name and address in the morning. I said no problem, but can you change for me? They firstly said it just cannot be changed. It is from the booking system. I said it cannot be true. Everywhere they can put your company name and address on the receipt. It is editable. After long discussion, They finally changed it. But told me I need to tell them at the time of check in regarding this. I said I told you. But your college asked me to do this with you in the morning. They said in this case we both were wrong. I am wondering what is my fault? Plus I have an early train I nearly missed due to all this. I feel they want to do the minimal work. Better you pay and they don’t need to do anything. Worst experience ever.

It was very clean, modern and comfortably large. Wi-fi was great. Lots of choice on the TV and AC good. There is just one thing that let this room down - the lack of a bathroom door!? I don't know why this was the case - but a 'curtain' for a door is not ideal. And it seemed like a permanent thing too, not just that the door had been ripped off. Luckily I was staying with my husband, but if it had been two work colleagues staying together, I don't know if I would have liked that? Just a bit weird. Other than that the stay was excellent. The location was great for the nearby train stations and it was a short walk to the local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money and it puts some of the other (more expensive) hotels we stayed in on our trip to shame.

Service, for the most part, was very good, with the only exception being the gentleman who manned the front desk on arrival. Not friendly at all. It felt like we were an interruption. Breakfast was your standard fair. Scrambled, powdered eggs and sausage or bacon, and make your own waffles. Coffee, juice choices, bagels, and packaged sweets. It was good and it does make for a fast and convenient meal.
The WIFI on our floor was horrible! In this day in age, this is unacceptable! I ended up using the computer by the breakfast area to set up our outgoing flight!
The building is becoming dated but, there was construction going on so perhaps they are updating. The bathroom did not have a fan or any towel racks. Unfortunately, it appears that people have been using the shower curtain rod as it is tilted downward and you really need to make adjustments to avoid a wet floor. There are no handles for the physically impaired. Getting in and out of this slippery bathtub is difficult. Our toilet tank had a leak and frequently had to reload water. Finally, the HVAV is good and it is also loud. But if you have traveled a lot, this is fairly common.
An extra note. We decided that we really didn't need a rental and would use Lyft/Uber. It worked well but there is rarely a car nearby. We made sure we allowed time to get picked.
Because of its location and that it was typical of a hotel of this ranking, I would stay there again.

The driver is very friendly and will help deliver it directly to the car rental company, so that people with a lot of luggage can save themselves the trouble of a second trip.

The Quality group truly needs to come around and see how their brand is being completely trashed here. Bathroom walls and door have holes that received a 5 minute patch, carpets are sticky filthy, we booked a king room (how funny) and was given a two full size beds room, and the stench of freshly smoked ********* comes out of the rooms as one walks by. Our room had a stench we could not identify, sort of dusty chemically. We only had 5 hours to rest so we didn’t bother with cancelling and all that. When checking in one stands outside in the cold and works through this puny little service window with the clerk, no welcoming lobby experience. They cannot pay me to stay here again.
