The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

We visited this hotel for some work at a nearby hospital during June, July and August. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel which was accompanied by warm and welcoming hotel staff. The owner himself, Mr. Deepak is very cordial and accommodated all our requests at a blink. We highly recommend this hotel to all those who are traveling to Mumbai anytime soon. 👍🏻

Hotel health is good, rooms are good, breakfast is traditional Indian food. The restaurant specializes in singing. The dumplings we ordered in the winter solstice were actually fried radish balls with soup. Going to live there was a wedding just outside the window that night until one o'clock in the evening. Not soundproof. Check-in must know the website from which they booked, otherwise they cannot find the information, even if they provide the voucher.

The location of the hotel is awkward and the surrounding law and order is not very good. But the hotel itself is very good, it is the best within a few kilometers, suitable as a temporary booking option. The interior of the hotel is relatively small, including aisles, restaurants, gyms, etc., but the rooms are not small at all, and the control buttons for curtains are all integrated on the box on the bedside table, which is very convenient. The restaurant is affordable and tasty, with a Chinese menu including dim sum. The service is very good and enthusiastic. It is not the kind for you to consume, but the one from the heart, so I gave it for the second time. Just spend 30-50 rupees. Breakfast is not very good, it is all Indian style breakfast, but if you are like me milk coffee, egg bread, and a little fruit can solve it, then there is no problem. In addition, the biscuits in the picture and the light of Indian biscuits are sure to bring back a little.

I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I just left my room in the city palace. Bilan. I'm already sure I haven't had the room I had booked by bravofly. On the top, I don't congratulate bravofly who did not pass any information to show me to my arrival. I had a room of less than 4m2. To sleep, it's enough. No shower or toilet in the room of course. Hygiene correct if you refer to the hotel in general. Very many staff and rather laughing. Now the less fun sides. The price, probably 800 per night returns to me less to almost 1000.. For Mumbai, it is correct to 800, one may be less than 1000 but I passed through an intermediary so I keep 800.la advertised TV not work and it was a small cathodic tube. I didn't need it, but it's in the ad as a strong point and it's not a strong point at all. The real problem I had is noise. The whole street, clearson all night or almost, is going and comes incessantly from staff and customers. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. They had seen the tourist couple who leaves the train at 23:30 p.m. near all to not spend the night out and we rent a 4m2 room without windows at 2000 roupies. In short, I don't recommend this hotel unless you come to book in the early morning and choose the side and not more than 800. Or then, may be on til de belle chambre in the other floors but I have a big doubt That's it

Window-type air conditioner, electric fan, and bathroom are fairly clean. Slippers are not provided. Breakfast is served, but it is ordered and delivered to the room. The hotel is old, the elevator belongs to the manual sliding door, which has a retro taste.

Beautiful ambience with all sorts of picturesque aesthetics including a banyan tree which stands at the center of the hotel .Rooms are clean and spacious with air conditioned providing all amenities like a small fridge, geyser, micro oven, TV ,free wifi etc. Prices are reasonable according to the affluence of Juhu's posh locality. I will recommend 'Hotel beach garden' a must visit place if you are looking for a short gateaway to Juhu. It is located opposite of Juhu Chawapatty .Also I would like to mention about the cordial and warm interaction from aged security guard hailing from Bihar. All in all when you're travelling all the way from different state you wont feel like as such due to their hospitality. They have very helpful service and cordial customer interaction(especially Mr. Zoheb). There was arrangements for Unlimited delicious buffet for complementary breakfast. I have enjoyed with my family staying here for 2 nights and 3 days.

A beautiful faded old lady with a bucket load of charm. Not my first time staying here, I stayed here I think about 12 years ago. Nothing much has changed. We stayed in a large room, seriously huge with the most gorgeous balcony looking over the street. The bed was very comfortable, linens and towels clean. The bathroom was just outside the room, it honestly wasn’t an issue and to get the best balcony it was a compromise. We arrived on a flight from Europe at 2 am and the staff could not have been more helpful. We had a kettle, tea coffee and milk as well as water ( paid ) instantly available. To be honest you can’t beat the location it’s just fabulous

What a lovely find, we stayed for 1 night recently, arriving early evening so when we opened the blinds in the morning to the sun rising over the sea it was an amazing view. Yes the rooms are small, but very well appointed with a clean and spacious shower. We had dinner up on the roof top and it was the best food we'd had whilst we had been in India. The service was also great. Breakfast was a little basic but fine for what we needed. When you arrive you do think it looks a shabby hotel, but once you go up to the third floor, you find a little gem. Thank you for all of the help printing our boarding passes etc.

My wife and I chose JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was nice of the hotel staff to treat us with a complimentary cake in the room on our arrival. Every hotel staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb. We also enjoyed the food and service at Saffron, Lotus Cafe (especially the live music), and Dashanzi. The experience at Quan spa and Looks salon was pleasant. We liked the collection available at the Granth book store and the staff was very helpful with recommendations. We wanted to try out Bombay Baking Company, but did not get a chance this time. Overall, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu is an engaging and classy hotel. We will be back here again for sure.

We booked a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View - Smoking. But during check-in we found out that we were getting a non-smoking room. Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To co****sate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area. The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace. 100% recommend :)

It's a small good hotel and at a convenient place, provided you get it in budget (around 3500-4500 max) as beyond that you will have ***y very good choices in Andheri. Rooms are clean n nice but nothing special about them. Also you will find it ok if you have less interest in food quality or service. Food is very average and breakfast is avoidable (Almost nothing much). A very functional type of hotel i can say. The part that you need to be very careful is that its a very strict hotel about their rules, specially like no visitor in rooms rule. And when i say that it means they are strict up-to rude, the rules here are up-to annoying and may offend you as they do not care losing about customers.

Location is right next to the beach. They are short of staff or they are not attentive. Key card was not working and everyday I ***** with others had to go and get it activated again. Hotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.
