All staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The matching casual uniform is also friendly and you don't have to be nervous. The building is stylish anyway, but the interior is also casual, modern, fashionable, and dignified, yet easy to use and clean. Equipment is also fully prepared. Personally, I wish I had my pajamas in my drawer. The price is not cheap at all, but I think it matches the location and content.

I stayed for a wedding photo near Tokyo station. Even at early check-in, the room is ready Thank you for your consideration, I checked two hours ago. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and I had to give up shooting outside, but I was really grateful that they allowed me to shoot in the room, lounge, and lobby. Thank you very much. In addition, the hotel staff are also polite to customers and offer hospitality. It is an expensive hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Tokyo Station. French toast for breakfast is excellent! !

Stayed for 28 days in a row... The overall is pretty good. After all, it’s 1800 now. At that time, there was no breakfast at 620/day. It was behind ginza six, and it was only 2-3 minutes away from the main shopping street. The only drawback was that there was no laundry room... But it has no effect on people who travel short distances.

I stayed at the newly opened hotel in November. Great access! Within a 5-minute walk from the Yurakucho Line. There are 3 bars on the 1st and 2nd floors, It's open until 2:00 a.m., so I thought it would be a good place to hang out with everyone, and I thought it would be a great place to go on a date. The room is equipped with a project instead of a TV, I enjoyed watching YouTube on the big screen. Also, I personally like being able to listen to the DJ live on the 2nd floor from the shower room and from the speakers in the room. This time I used it as a solo traveler, I am so satisfied that I want to repeat if I have the opportunity!

Superior Double Room for 1 person OK👍 Bath and hygiene space is very satisfied (I like this very much, because Japanese hotels are basically sparrows, although they are small and complete, they will make small bathrooms, toilets, and baths. Pola's shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, available in the room (Other baths, shower caps, pola skin care samples, etc. will be picked up by the front desk) The room space is not big, the box is put down as shown in the picture There is a microwave in the room and a washing machine (including laundry detergent) The location is very convenient, it is East Ginza Station and it is very close to Ginza Stayed for 11 days in a row, just changed the towels and threw the garbage If you want to change the sheets and clean, put the card outside the door before 11 o'clock When it was first set, it was about 500, and the latter was about 600/day without breakfast, so I moved to via inn Nihonbashi. Overall: this location, the size of the room, the service provided, satisfied👍 For my situation, if I live for a long time, the price will be better~

Since the San-X exhibition will be held at Matsuya Ginza, we used this hotel, which is the closest and cheapest, in advance. There was a delicious ramen shop nearby. good point ☆ There is an amenity buffet (packs and lotions are also available) ☆ There is a coin laundry ☆ The bath is quite long ☆Staff are stationed at the front desk ☆ good scenery ☆There is an extension cable ☆Breakfast looks delicious bad point - Outlet only on one side ・It can't be helped because it's cheap, but it's a unit bath ・There is only an expensive breakfast ・The air volume of the air conditioner is only weak and strong ・There is only a mirror on the washstand, so you can't sit and put on makeup. ・You can only watch news on YouTube

It is convenient to shop and eat near the hotel. It is also close to the subway station, and you don't need to change trains to the airport. The room has a large space, and it is no problem to open 2 large luggages. Free drinks are available at the counter on the 3rd floor.

I stayed for the first time, but the operation was not good enough. We are Marriott Elite members. Experienced staying at Aloft in Thailand and Malaysia. The Aloft brand is categorized as ”casual” in the affordable price range at Marriott, but here it is Ginza price and the accommodation fee is high. [Good points] ・ The front staff has a casual atmosphere, but the greetings are solid and I feel that the work is solid. In addition, I was able to respond flexibly to my requests, and I was able to appreciate that point. Also, as an elite member, there was an assignment to an enhanced room (corner room / upper floor). Aloft is a hotel that does not upgrade to elite members from the time of spg in principle, so it is a response based on the basics. [Improvements] -Compared to overseas rooms, this is a slightly calmer Aloft room. Also, it feels a little narrower than overseas aloft.・ Although it was the rooftop bar business hours, it was closed even though I went to the roof twice. I thought it was strange, and when I asked at the front desk, it said, ”I canceled the business due to rain.” If so, shouldn't it be posted in the elevator hall on the R floor? You can only go by elevator, and only one of the two goes to the R floor. unkind.・ Breakfast was crowded with welcome gifts, so on this day, points were usually given or breakfast was free, but there was a choice of lunch alternative tickets. I don't know the breakfast and lunch menus for my first stay, so if you can offer me, please post the menus for comparison.・ There was no shower gel (liquid) in the guest room, only bar soap. I was wondering if there was a gel here, but I found out that there was a shower gel distributed before check-out. It seems that I forgot to put it in when cleaning. Do you usually forget to put it in? There is no maintenance.・ When asked if there was a discount for Marriott members at the rooftop bar, the answer was ”Yes.” If you place an order, you can only do it from 1,200 yen or more. I was told when I tried to make an additional order. If so, say it first. There is not enough explanation. ”I told you first, and I don't need it if you don't have the flexibility to make an additional order,” he declined and left the store. If you explain it well and respond flexibly, you will lose money to the hotel, but it is useless.・ My acquaintance is also a Marriott Elite member, and I can't help but think that I was upgraded to a suite room even though I stayed here for the first time. Even though it is not an anniversary or birthday stay, the treatment to members is unfair.・ If you are lined up at check-out, you can put it in the check-out box if you pay by credit card from the hotel staff. I was asked, but I declined because it was a coupon payment. Also, I refused even if I did not pay the coupon. I don't like being automatically charged later. Some people may prefer such a system because it's a hassle to line up, so you should be informed at check-in. Why not? I think there are still issues for the hotel, such as poor guidance to guests and not giving information to those who need it.

I stayed last December. I remember that the room was large for the price, and the breakfast was also very delicious, such as incorporating Spanish cuisine. The room can't be seen even on the upper floor, but the rooftop was open and lit up everywhere, so I could taste the Christmas feeling enough. The evaluation was intended to be star 5 until a few months ago, but I made it star 3. Although foreign tourists increased, it was decided by demand and supply, but it was too high. 2022/11 At the time, it is a price that you can't go easily even if you use it for travel. I would like to visit again at that time if I can find something good to match the price.

Mercure Hotel Ginza Tokyo is a nice hotel nearby Ginza and Tokyo Station. We like the hotel location where a lot nice restaurants and shops around. We feel safe in night time and even a 24 hours McDonal is downstairs. The room size is relatively good enough in Tokyo standard, so you do not worry no space for your suitcases. The hotel staff are also helpful and friendly. We would recommend Mercure Ginza to visitors in Tokyo.

The front desk of the hotel is Chinese and can speak Chinese. It is a shopping street when you go out. It is very convenient to buy and buy. There are also many pipes for eating. Turn left when you go out. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway. The neighborhood belongs to the bar street area, and there are many people at night. The door of the hotel is not very obvious. Meguro was in the list in our Japan Travel and we decided to stay in this hotel it was affordable and very accessible to popular tourist destinations in the area. The hotel was simple yet clean and you could feel that ”warmth” as you enter. I was able to stay cheaply on the first day of the three consecutive holidays. Above all, the location was good, and I was satisfied with the moderate service that I did not overdo it! The building certainly feels old, so the cleanliness is inferior to that of a modern hotel, but the atmosphere of the room was cute and refurbished in an antique style, and even the bathroom was refurbished in a marble style. I stayed in a single room, but I think it's the size of a typical business hotel. A convenience store is also nearby, and Shibuya station is a short walk away. I took a taxi from Omotesando for 750 yen. It was very helpful that you lent me an umbrella. It's enough for work or when traveling to Tokyo where you don't need luxury. I think I will use it again (^^)

An wonderful experience in R&B Hotel in Hachioji! Thank you so much to everyone who work there! Everything very clean, very polite and quiet! The personnel is very proffesional. Everything is explained in english or with images. If don't, they have patience and amability to explain and to understand everything. On the reception exist even a portable smart voice translator. The hotel is in the center of Hachioji, near Keio Hachioji station ( 1 min ) and near Hahioji North station (5 min). In the street it is Familly Mart, 7eleven, Lawson, McDonalds, Mister Donnut, etc. from where you can get everything for eating, living ... If you leave the north exit of Otsuka Station, there is a hotel in front of you. It is close to the downtown area where restaurants are lined up, and the location is not the best. I'm glad to have a welcome drink coffee. Breakfast is free with bread and boiled *, soup 3 types, etc. I think it's enough if you don't ask for luxury. The room (single) feels a bit narrow and there is no closet, but if you don't ask for ”relax in the room” just by sleeping, there is no problem. However, it was inconvenient that there was no outlet on the pillow.

Close to Meiji Jingumae and Harajuku Station, the location is very convenient for traveling. I was worried about the noise because it was right next to the railroad tracks, but it wasn't noisy at all, and the view of the subway passing by and the background of Yoyogi Stadium matched well, and the view was tasteful. Above all, there was a clean large public bath, so I had a very healing time. The free ramen available from 9:30 p.m. is also nice. Willing to use again next time.

If it weren't for the fact that the luggage was too big to carry, I really didn't want to live here for so long. I cleaned it every seven days, and the garbage generated every day had to be brought to the door before ten o'clock, and all the things I needed had to go to the front desk of the hotel to ask for it. Some of the waiters are not very good in English, and they all rely on translation software. Late check-out charges 1,000 yen and can only be extended for two hours

I stayed for the previous night because the flight the next day was early in the morning. I will describe 5 points that were good and 3 points that I noticed. ■ good point (1) The location was good It is a few minutes walk from Keikyu Kamata station. The location is very good. I think there is a big suitcase that doesn't bite. (2) Amenities were neat Some business hotels have cheap amenities, but this amenities were neat. I smelled very good, such as shampoo. (3) There was a smoking room It was an essential condition for a smoker. It was difficult to relax while smoking slowly in the room. (4) There was an outlet on the pillow Some hotels have only outlets around the desk, but this hotel had a proper outlet on the pillow. It was very convenient because I was able to lie down and use my smartphone while charging. (5) There was a microwave oven in the shared space. It was important to warm the celery purchased at dinner. Some rooms seem to have household appliances such as microwave ovens in the rooms. ■ Note that (1) There was no morning call service When I asked for a morning call the next morning at check-in, I was refused to be able to do it at the front desk at first. It may be a risk hedge to avoid trouble with guests when the morning call doesn't ring. However, I felt a little unkind to refuse a morning call at the front desk of a business hotel. (2) The light outside was a corner room. There was no thick curtain in the window in the room, and it was only blind. So the lights outside leaked in the middle of the night. When I went to bed, it was a little bright even if I turned off all the electricity in the room. (3) The room is quite small The price was 4000 yen per night, no bus, only a shower room. I was prepared to some extent, but it was still a narrow impression. It is suitable for the price. It was the best to spread one suitcase for in-flight bring. I think it would be better to check the number of square rice in the room when booking if you have a large suitcase. Overall it was a satisfactory hotel. I would like to use it in the previous night.

The room is like a western room and a Japanese room to receive such foreigners.it was a tatami mats, so if you ask for a sheet, you can sleep even in a futon.night Maybe because the room was good, the view from the room was also satisfactory. The night I stayed was cloudy, but the sky tree lit up to blue purple from the window was clouded It was hidden, rather fantastic and reflected in the night view. The open-air bath was also the best, the bed was easy to sleep, and I was able to rest slowly.

This time, I chose to suppress it within 8000 yen in Akasaka, but it is certainly cheap in Akasaka's market price as a new open price. (even if the fee is high via the agency recently, the HP and the agency (especially Rakuten) in the group here rise and fall every day. If it is about 100 yen, it can be patient, but when it is terrible, it is 1000 in one day The yen will also rise and fall It is a pity that ”the cancellation fee of 30 % from 5 days ago” in the accommodation agreement of this hotel cannot cope with the sudden change of schedule (we may also be shifted for 2 days a day). I think it's more sightseeing than business. After that, if there is a loss of the door key (card type), the content of 9000 yen is passed, and the mood is destroyed, and it is not inserted into the door and the electricity is not put on (there is a meaning, charging, The temperature of the refrigerator can be maintained, but it fell in case I thought it was possible. (If I am Kanto, I can suppress the cards that can be used in the Kanto area, but because it is Kansai, the cards that can be used in Kanto and Kansai are different, so electronic money I stayed at the time of less than 1 month open, but the microwave oven equipped with ”one month dust” is good because TV is black. I could use it. It is a location, but the narrow corridor from the elevator to the room (the place where the shoulder hits if it doesn't give up if it meets) is more careful to stay.

      1. The hotel is actually newly renovated and opened in 2019. All facilities are brand new. The rooms are large in size and can definitely be compared with five-star in Tokyo, and the decoration can be regarded as small luxury hotels. 2. Choosing western style breakfast is actually choosing coffee tea and eggs. The rest are fixed. It's one serving after ordering. If you eat it every day, it will be boring. 3. The service is in place and can be equal to five stars of the international chain. 4. The location is actually not very good, at least not as convenient as Akasaka Mitsuke Station. The entrance of the hotel is Nagatacho Station of the Tokyo Metro, but there are no elevators in and out of the station. It is not convenient to bring children if you pull luggage. There is an elevator at Akasaka Mitsuke Station. 5. The hotel is good in all aspects. But the only bad thing is the open bathroom design, there is no door that can be pushed and pulled. This is where you come out of the shower, there is no way to cover it. For two men living in a double bed together, they can only wear clothes inside after bathing. But this loses the meaning of wet and dry separation. And the shower door is completely transparent. When you take a shower, your friends will wash your hands and see you wash. So it is inconvenient for business travel. Because the design of the hotel is actually closer to the type of business hotel. At least this type of open bathroom has been done by many hotel chains, but almost all have sliding doors. It can be fully open or fully closed.

It is an apartment hotel that has just opened in June 2021. The appearance is a new condominium itself. It is suitable for mid-term stays because every room has a kitchen and washing machine. Also, all rooms are separate from the bus toilet. My house was taken care of here for 22 nights due to condominium circumstances. I used a room of 40 square meters for 2 people so I could spend it comfortably. At first I was looking at a superior of 26 square meters, but I had to upgrade at an additional fee because it was too narrow to spend with two adults. The front desk is basically one person and it seems that it is only 24 hours on weekends. Weekdays are until 8 ~ 20 o'clock. It seems that you are doing various business alone, and you are not at the front desk, but in that case you call and you will come back. Unlike ordinary hotels, there is no cleaning at all. We do it ourselves because there is a vacuum cleaner in each room. The garbage is separated and left before 10 a.m. in front of the door and will be recovered. However, the linen of the bath towel and sheets will be replaced with a new one if you take the front desk yourself. There are toiletries and kitchen supplies in each room. The detergent is only a powder detergent and there is no flexible agent. There is a veranda, but there is no drying, so the laundry will be dryed in the bathroom. The kitchen supplies were more abundant than I thought, but please bring the seasoning yourself. Convenience stores and supermarkets are a little walk but acceptable. Asakusa station, Honjo Higashibashi station, a little walk, but I think it is convenient to use Kuramae station.
