The hotel was very nice and clean. The smoking area right out front was in a terrible spot, soon as you walk out of the hotel you smell the smoke. The room was clean. The bed was terrible not very comfortable at all. That would be the 2 things that I think need improved.

I spend about 50 nights a year in Marriott’s, here’s my take on how this holds up. Pros: Amazing customer service, some of the best I’ve seen at a Marriott. Newly renovated Wi-Fi capable tvs Mostly clean- there was a bunch of hair stuck to the walls of the shower, but otherwise was clean. Quiet Cons: Horrible beds:(. Serta perfect sleeper is the worst beds used by the Marriott chains… the Jamison beds, and any beautyrest is so much better. These Sertas are hard and kill your neck, so I’ll have a migraine for my entire trip now. This is the reason I gave 3*’s, and the reason I won’t be able to stay again. If you have a bad neck or back, just keep rolling till you find a beautyrest or Jamison Marriott bed. Con #2 : They use heavily scented fabric softener or detergent. The linens smelled so strongly that just touching them to remove them from the bed had my hands smelling afterwards. This is horrible for people with allergies / asthma and is something that is easily remedied and should be remedied for the future, for the health of the clients.

The hotel is generally like, come back for several days, the hotel deposits the deposit at the front desk, the amount of receipts given at the time of check-out is lower than the deposit, when the difference can be returned. Is this Ctrip? Would you like to call the hotel directly?

In order to catch the early flight, there is a free shuttle bus. But I didn't sit on it because the driver was sleeping and the store was not able to bother. Fortunately, foreigners took a taxi, and the friendly three (three strangers, living together in a hotel), caught up with the flight. It is recommended to order a free bus earlier. I had the pleasure of staying there for a night. It was comfy, clean and the staff was very friendly. Thank you to Sharell for help on getting a shuttle to and from the airport and to the gentleman at the front desk (Igor for his name) but I check out on 7/13 and when I called down for an iron cause the one in the room was not working he made the call and I had an iron within minutes. I will definitely stay at this property again in the future while Charlotte. Thank you for the hospitality it was excellent!!

Was sent here by American Airlines after they cancelled my connecting flight through Charlotte. I was collected in a shuttle that picks you up from the loud, filled with fumes under-construction parking garage. The shuttle driver was pleasant but the wait was not. My room was spacious but not quite clean (the toilet, the bathroom floor; scars on the furniture, looked like someone had tried to kick in the adjoining door). I am disabled and the room they gave me had no door to the bathroom or toilet. The mattress needs replacement; sags badly and has an obvious list to one side. The hotel is right next to the airport and you get to hear all the jets take off and land, really very loud. The only walkable place to eat is the Holiday Inn next door, which was overpriced and not good. On the plus side the staff were very nice and there was free wifi. OK to stay here if they put you here but if you have a choice, I’d pass on it.
