Love the design of every corner of Scarlett. All the staffs are so friendly. They always make sure I have everything I need. Where to go? What to eat? The breakfast provides some of the local delicacies. Yum! Fresh fruit everyday in the room. The location is right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to the imperial city. Though it's rated 3 star hotel, but the service is 5 star. The most importantly, the staffs always checked if everything is ok in the hotel! Feel like they do care from the bottom of their heart! 💕 I'll definitely come back here again.

Considering the circumstances of the area, i feel that the room and service were adequate and met expectations. The staff appeared polished and well trained. Though it’s noteworthy that the offering at this hotel do not match exactly like a 5 star standard overseas in a modern city. Areas like the cleanliness of the breakfast venue and the carpets could use some improvement. The amenities provided also in line with a good 4 star. Think of this place as the use of a 5 star building premises but operating only like a 4 star. Just a casual comment that this hotel to the ordinary local person in hue city this must feel like an indescribable luxury almost as an extension of the nearby emperor’s tomb because to them such an opulence must feel fit for only the emperor himself. It is said that the cost price of a one nights stay here is equalivent to the monthly salary of the lowest paid workers at USD200 / month or 4-6 million đồng . For this reason alone, i beleive that though the hotel is fantastic in many aspects and i love the experience , it is somewhat out of place here. Just my causal thoughts on this.

Right downstairs from the hotel, there's a street full of restaurants and bars. The room itself was clean, tidy, and spacious, and it even had a large balcony. It's a shame there were no chairs, a coffee table, or even a drying rack on the balcony.

Strategically located at the central where the bus dropped off and close proximity to most of the attractions. The room is huge and clean, bed is comfortable, the water pressure from the shower is amazing! I had a great shower! There's even a place for you to dry your clothes in the room. And a mini fridge. There's bike rental service and tour booking service. Good rate when you stayed there. They even offer long term rental~ The staff are nice and warm, very cheerful.

This hotel have very nice location. Everywhere are so close to explore, restaurant, cafe, etc. so close around the hotel. Every staff are so friendly even some of them can’t speak English but the hospitality is 10/10 !! Ps. For me, the bin in the room is kind of so small until we thought it a toy 😹

This was a great hotel. Clean and neat but a bit outdated - it felt like I was living in a 1980s Chinese drama. The staff were amazing and helpful and the breakfast was good too. The hotel is very central and close to excellent nightlife and restaurants. The pool was a bit green to be honest and they could definitely work on that. I was also staying on a floor that seemed to have many students booked into the hotel - at night they were making quite a lot of noise and running around the corridors - I complained about it and they soon solved the issue.

Little family hotel, very comfortable and clean!! The towels, linen and soap have a very nice smell. They take very good care of the hotel. The location is fantastic, in a very quiet alley, between a small street and the river, you can get to the riverside walk from the hotel, where there are many cafes. The girl at the reception was super friendly and helpful!!! TV with many international channels, movies and news..

A very nice hotel in the city center. Rooms are very spacious and cosy. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant has a good menu. The breakfast is phenomenal. I stayed during the floods and the staff helped us a lot.

Really Elegant hotel 🏨 I was no windows in my room but was happy to have library 📚 and amazing pictures on the wall I’m enjoying breakfast 🧇 And amazing nice stay and good people who work here! Good luck 🤞

This La Vela hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The swimming pools were a highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated having two pools to choose from. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy any palate. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
