Love the design of every corner of Scarlett. All the staffs are so friendly. They always make sure I have everything I need. Where to go? What to eat? The breakfast provides some of the local delicacies. Yum! Fresh fruit everyday in the room. The location is right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to the imperial city. Though it's rated 3 star hotel, but the service is 5 star. The most importantly, the staffs always checked if everything is ok in the hotel! Feel like they do care from the bottom of their heart! 💕 I'll definitely come back here again.

One of the best value hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam! Very friendly staff with good English, clean room (to be a real pain in the ass, it could have been cleaned more thoroughly every now and then, but the room was really tidy), large, and very comfortable bed. High floor, very bright. On Saturday evenings, the street gets very lively. The breakfast was truly comprehensive and well-organized, with vegan and vegetarian options. Kudos to the manager and staff; I wish I could find more hotels like this in other cities I've visited, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. If I were to return to Huè, I'd definitely stay here again!

Hue Melia Vinpearl is a splendid first class hotel offering tourists and visitors a outstanding comfort and a touch of luxury. The front of house staff were very helpful and attentive. Very friendly and approachable. We had dinner in the Alma restaurant on the 33rd floor and the views are breathtaking. The decor and ambience so warm and relaxing and inviting. Had a first dinner and service was great. Breakfast options and quality of food is brilliant. Excellent coffee options, freshly made omlettes, pancakes and much more. The are very helpful and catered to all our needs. We wree greeted warmly and welcomed wherever we went in the hotel. The staff are all amazing. Having stayed in many different hotels in different cities across Vietnam and Asia I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences 🙌🏽.

The room is clean. You can smell fresh detergent smell in the pillow case as well as towel. There is no daily housekeeping on your room if you are staying more than a day due to no key access to your room. However, you may request for clean towel & bottle of water.

This was the best hotel I stayed in during my travels in Vietnam. The service is impressive. I needed to have some meetings and the staff made sure my room had a strong wifi connection by connecting me to a faster line. I was also a bit ill during this time and the room made recovery very comfortable.

Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue.

The room was very clean, with beautiful and modern furnishings. The balcony offered a stunning street view, and the bathtub had a relaxing view. The staff were friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The location is quite good. The market and the citadel were easy to reach. There were a lot of restaurants and SPAs around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They organized a scooter for me to rent and gave me a lot of information about the area and what to do. My room was nice, clean and spacious.

Good and proper 4 star hotel. Very kind and competent staff, especially Mr.Nguyen who helped us with our further bookings. The location is nice, not loud, there are a few restaurants and coffee shops around it. The breakfast is decent and you can see the whole city from the top(restaurant) floor. The pool is not very big, but it has depth and is a good place to chill and relax when not exploring around. Overall good value for money.

Excellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in everything (including ordering food and recommendations for attractions). Located a few minutes walk from restaurant and mini market.
