Ipoh Capsule Hotels

I've stayed here several times, and I'm always satisfied. It's right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. On New Year's Eve, they prepared chicken congee, red bean congee, and soy milk – they were all incredibly delicious! The breakfast is always satisfying and plentiful. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful and offers great views.

Stayed here so many times.. marvellous hotel n very satisfying.. good location, friendly staff, food court is just nearby the hotel, great range of facilities from pool to gym.. simply the best!!

We stayed at Wyndham Garden Suites Ipoh City Centre for one night and had a very pleasant experience. We booked the 2-bedroom suite, which comes with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery — very convenient and comfortable, especially for families or small groups. The room was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses were solid and comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Everything felt neat, functional, and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely hope to come back again next time we’re in Ipoh.

The hotel's driver has been very friendly & kind, providing free shuttle van service & surrounding areas. Really face of the hotel. Met with their sales director that she is frequent in Japanese also a suprise that will recommend my Japanese friends to stsy there next time. Nice hotel!

The hotel was relatively easy to find and had a large parking lot, which was convenient for self-driving tours. The overall design leaned towards a dark aesthetic. The hotel's perfume scent was overwhelmingly strong, to the point where my nose couldn't handle it. The bathroom in my room didn't have a wet/dry separation, and the comforter was quite old. The room I booked had no windows, but it was very quiet, so I slept well at night.

This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

A very pleasant stay! The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The hygiene was satisfactory, with timely daily cleaning. Great value for money; I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business trips or vacations.

Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel provides free parking, which is a plus. However, our first impression wasn’t great. When we arrived, the place was quite crowded and we waited around 10 minutes in the check-in line, only to be told that a RM50 deposit was required in cash. Since we didn’t have any cash on us, we couldn’t check in and had to go find an ATM first. This wasn’t communicated beforehand and made the check-in process unnecessarily inconvenient. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was generally fine. The room was clean, though not spotless. Hot water and water pressure were both acceptable. The room came with basic amenities such as a kettle, iron, hairdryer, TV, and water heater, which was convenient. Our room included breakfast, and that was actually a highlight. The food quality was good with a decent variety of options, and there was nothing to complain about on that front. Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from outside could be heard through the door, but it didn’t really bother us at night. Overall, despite the rough start during check-in, the hotel was mostly good and met basic expectations.

Price worth. Location near to town. Cleanliness not the best but still acceptable. Television missing remote. Should add one more rubbish bin inside the room. Top lock not working. Front desk service was very friendly & good. Parking was good, free and a lot availability.

The location was absolutely amazing. It's close to anywhere. No matter if you'd like to go shopping Ipoh parade or local natural views. This hotel is a brilliant idea to book. The front desk was nice always smiling at service. Definitely will come back here again. We have so much fun in Ipoh. Choosing the right hotel is the key of the trip. Loved it.
