Clean hotel , with excellent food quality

overall property was good.last day I got stuck in their lift due to some malfunction for about 15minutes abd nobody came for my help .Only after 15minutes I got any help from the hotel staff.So my take average for the services.

Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

I am very impressed with Infinitea Centric Dharamshala Hotel. The moment you open the room door, it senses your body temperature and the power on by itself. The design of the hotel very modern, excellent service, clean, staffs are superb friendly and their services behaviors 5 star rating. The food are excellent good. The view was breath taking you can see close up for the Mountains. Amazing Beautiful

Excellent Location, but with Service Quirks The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India. The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing. There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression. Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff. All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

Room 401 is spacious, but there's one downside: no view from the window. It was stuffy and dark. We opened the only window, but reception asked us to close it, either because it's on the ground floor or because monkeys might jump in. The food is mostly vegan. The service is good, and they try to accommodate everyone. Overall, we recommend this hotel; if it has a mountain view, it's fantastic!

The property location was very nice, food was good and rooms were good as well. Just in front of the monastery 2 min walk distance plus right near the market area and cafes and landing point so overall the stay was great.

The hotel is a small cozy boutique hotel, rather I should mention, someone’s home, a bigger home. The hotel is at the centre of McLeod gunj. The views are stunning from the rooftop. Lovely warm rooms and great service by the staffs. The food is good. Lovely place for a cozy weekend gateway. The only disadvantage is the location as it’s super crowded place and narrow lanes and at times google could not locate & got confused, shown the lane beside which led to a complete round trip of the McLeod gunj one way crowed circle for 1 hr. Overall stay was fantastic except for reaching the location.
