I am very impressed with Infinitea Centric Dharamshala Hotel. The moment you open the room door, it senses your body temperature and the power on by itself. The hotel staff are very helpful. The food was good. I love the kadhai pane-er and a loo zeera. Though breakfast spread was minimal but the iteams were tasty. Before booking i had seen bad rating on food but after experiencing, i suggest pols try the kadhai paneer, dal makhni, zeera a loo. The breakfast ch-ole bhature was also very tasty, poori aloo. Some improvements need from the housekeeping front. I was staying in honeymoon suite, wherein zacuzzi was giving problem and the house keeping staff was only available post 8am. That was bit irritating, pols improve it. The bed linen, pillow cover had some marks which when i told the staff, they promptly changed it. Overall stay was good. Food was excellent as per my experience (except a loo dum) staff was very co-operative. Not so much issue on cleanliness. But pols improve. Location was awesome. Peace, serene environment. If you want to go to mcloidgunj market ask the front desk, they will arrange a cab. So my stay was pleasant.SOLD OUT

The stay was really comfortable. The view from the Zostel cafe was astonishing - direct view of the mountains. We were disappointed with the lack of lift which was inoperational during tge gull stay, we had a elder person whovl a wanted a room with mountain view the rooms given to us was on first and second floor,she was totally disappointed as she could not enjoy and take a ground floor room. The management should have been more quick and accountable and responsible and take quick action and run the operations smoothly. instead of switching off the lift etc and waiting for a technicians to arrive from outside for 2 days. The kitchen and dining was not upto standard,lack of foods items and serving personnel was less. The staff need to be more proactive Other than that ambience was goodFromAU$48

We stayed at this property for two nights in the suite room. It was a good room with all facilities. The property is surrounded by fruit trees. The owners are very nice and friendly people and suggested quite a few walking routes to us to explore the place. They took care of all our needs during the stay. However the food and the staff both need an overhaul. They were the only let downs during our stay. The property has a lot more to offer than it currently does in terms of engaging the guests. For instance, the walking routes could be shared with all the guests ***** with a route map. The village in which the property is situated has been declared a heritage village but when we explored it we did not find anything worthy of interest. The stay was really comfortable. The view from the Zostel cafe was astonishing - direct view of the mountains. The cleanliness across the Zostel was indeed of the next level - didn't expect that before visiting the property. Would highly recommend the property if you are planning a trip to Mcleodganj.
