The hotel is small, cozy, 5-10 minutes from the beach, the center is nearby. Breakfast is excellent, buffet, fruit: strawberries, cherries, apricots, apples, watermelons, melon. We have been to several boutique hotels in Turkey, and have never seen such a rich breakfast, much less such a variety of fruit. There are a variety of teas in jars, you can brew them yourself, whatever you want. Room: clean and comfortable, bottled drinking water, safe. Swimming pool, swam once, we are usually not fans of swimming in pools. It was hot that day, we were coming from the sea and decided to cool off in the pool again. In the pool, the stairs are wobbly and there are no rubber coverings on the steps, I slipped and fell on my tailbone. Be careful! I told about the problem, they immediately began to fix it, I also told about the rubber insoles, we’ll see if they solve this problem or not. Please fix the stairs please! But overall the hotel is good. Excellent staff, courteous, they speak Russian at the reception and in the restaurant, there were no problems with that. Entertainment for children and adults from morning to evening, everyone can find a shower entertainment.
The pools, very many, big. Very clean, there is a small aquapark.
We lived in rooms in the garden, they were with new repairs, very clean and quiet.

Negatif; İçecekler konusunda oteldeki tek güzel şey çaydı.. İmport içki verilmesini beklemiyorduk ama birasından votkasına cininden kokteyllerine hepsi gördüğüm en kötü oteldi. Kokteyl konusunda bardaki arkadaşlar boşuna uğraşıyor premix koyun bardakla herkes alsın daha kötü olamaz zaten. İçine kullanılan alkolden soft drink’e şuruplara kadar herşey faciaydı. Bira içelim bari dedik bir bira nasıl bu kadar tatsız olur tarifi yok. Yemeklerde çok çok kısıtlı tatlılar felaket kötü. Yiyecek içecek konusunda haksızlık yapmayalım şu iyiydi diyebileceğimiz hiçbirşey yoktu o kadar kötü.
Ortalık o kadar çocuk doluki ne kafa dinleyebilirsiniz ne herhangi bir köşeye geçip sakin bir ortam bulabilirsiniz inanılmaz hiç bitmeyen bir çocuk gürültüsü içerisinde tatil yapıyorsunuz.

Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. I would like to thank Adele, the employee who checked us in on the first day, for her attentive attitude. All the requests written when booking on trip.com were taken into account.
The room had a view of the pool, I liked everything.
Thanks to all the restaurant staff, they try very hard, also to the maids on the 3rd floor and the animators.
The hotel is very comfortable. There is a bar and snacks on the beach and by the pool.

The room and restaurant were very clean. The food was of good restaurant quality. From soup to dessert. The variety was also good. The drinks were cold and delicious. We thank the chefs and all the staff for their efforts. All the staff were smiling and polite. It would be better if there was a workstation. It would also be better if the sunbed capacity on the beach was increased. We were very pleased with the pavilion service. The animation shows, acrobatics, and live music performances were very good. Parasailing was fun, I recommend water sports activities to those who will stay. We benefited from the spa and massage services every day. The fees for these extra services (pavilion, water sports, scrub/massage) were ***et reasonable. Especially when you consider other touristic places in Türkiye. If we go to Kemer, we will make a reservation at this hotel again.SOLD OUT

The sea is beautiful, you can eat in many places at any time you want, the catamaran experience was great, the mint ice cream is very good. Although I don't want to mention it out of politeness, there is a very serious problem of infestation with creatures living in damp places. Thank God, we did not encounter it in the rooms, but we encountered it in many places, in the corridor right in front of the room, etc., there are many things that we found much less successful than other nirvanas, first of all, the employees were very caring and kind, as were the others. I recently spent my summer holiday at this resort and overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The resort offers a great combination of comfort, family-friendly activities, and beachfront access that made our stay memorable.
The rooms were comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. The beds were cozy, and the housekeeping service kept everything tidy and fresh.
The food was another highlight of the stay. There was a wide variety of dishes available, with something to satisfy every taste. From freshly grilled meats to well-prepared vegetarian options, we found the meals consistently delicious. There were also plenty of kid-friendly choices, which made dining as a family much easier.
For families traveling with children, this resort really shines. There are numerous activities tailored for kids, including a dedicated water splash zone that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The resort features two swimming pools, one for adults and another specifically for children, so everyone has their own space to relax or play.
One of the biggest advantages of this resort is its location, situated right next to the beach, it only takes a few steps to get from your room to the sea. The beach area was clean and well-maintained, with loungers available for guests to relax and enjoy the view.
In the evenings, the resort comes alive with music and live performances. These nightly events create a vibrant atmosphere and offer a great way to wind down after a day in the sun. It really added a fun and lively touch to the overall experience.
That said, there were a couple of areas where the resort could improve. The staff's knowledge of English was quite limited, which occasionally led to miscommunications. For instance, I ordered a pide with meat on two different occasions and received a cheese one both times. Similar mix-ups happened with other items as well, so it's something to keep in mind if you don’t speak the local language.
Another small issue was with the room service system. The resort provides door tags to indicate if you don't want your room cleaned, but unfortunately, those signs were often ignored. Even when we hung the “Do Not Disturb” label, housekeeping still entered the room, which was a bit frustrating.
Despite these minor issues, the resort offers a great value and a wonderful setting for a family holiday.SOLD OUT

The hotel is very nice. There is food and drink at any time. It is free. The pavilion by the sea can dance in the evening. Many children are suitable for vacation. The price is OK. It is much cheaper than the Puerta del Sol beside it, but it is not far away. Thalia Airport is a fifty-minute drive away. The taxi fare is 50 euros. Many people from Russia and Middle East countries come here, but there are very few Chinese. A large hotel, luxurious in the past, but now very tired and shabby looking! The choice of food is large, but not always everything is tasty, but in any case, you will not go hungry! Coffee and tea are just awful, of the lowest quality! Alcoholic cocktails are impossible to drink, the quality of alcohol and the look are very questionable! We tried to order a non-alcoholic Mojito, but today they do not have mint, tomorrow lemon, lime is a rarity! The hammam did not work (I suspected that they turn it on only after you pay for the massage), only a sauna. There was a kettle in the room, but in 10 days we were given only 1 time 2 bags of coffee, but there was always cream for it! Long wait for the elevator, humidity in the corridors of the hotel! The sea is excellent!!! The beach is cleaned! There are a lot of sun loungers, and people too! I had a feeling of overpaying for the hotel and for food / drinks!
