Can't find a hotel to ask at night, many hotels in Kiev are full at night. The lady at the front desk of this hotel speaks English and communicates smoothly. In addition to the hotel fee shown there is a city tax per person per night. The rooms are decorated in the same style as the European palace. The beds are relatively small with two single beds, so one room basically sleeps two people. The sanitation is very clean. Toothbrushes, slippers and hair dryers are available. We didn't have toothbrushes in the room at first. Later, we asked the front desk for them. I come back every time for style and service. Great breakfasts, ruftop bar with terrace, cool cocktails. Comfortable bed, blankets and pillows. Dressing gowns !!! I always pay attention to the quality of bathrobes in hotels. Everything is perfect here, both quality and size (was M and L). Upon arrival, they brought a plate of fruit. Early check-in was easy, there were free rooms and no problem and extra charge. This is normal practice abroad and I was pleased that we also practice it. I ordered breakfast in the room, everything was cooked and covered promptly. Delicious and aesthetic. The only downside: I'm not staying for the first time in this hotel, I was in different rooms, but for some reason it was in this room that I heard a party from the Ruftop Bar. The hotel is in a nice and charming neighborhood, close to tram and metro and also in a walking distance to many attractions. Unfortunately we got a room on the 2nd floor facing the road so we could hear the cars at night and could feel some vibration from tram or train nearby. We could also hear a piano from the restaurant downstair. Bedroom was clean and spacious, bed was too soft and lacked of support. Bathroom was also clean and spacious with plenty of toiletries. Receptionists speak minimum English but understandable. Breakfast was ok, lots of choices but kinda bland. We had to check out very early and they offer to pack breakfast box for us which turned out was better than expected. Podil is a nice neighborhood. Amazing apartment. Perfect location. The address and location of the hotel is not the same on Trip.com so maybe it can be updated. But we called the number provided and they spoke good English also. But great value for money we will stay again.
