The hotel is beautiful but falling apart. Warnings of water shortages should be on the website to warn others as no drinking water is given and the water for shower and bathtub is very limited. Only 2 towels for a family of 4. Very crowded with conferences every day. Not impressed. Payment in advance was not forwarded to hotel and they kept asking us to pay again. cons: no landline phones in the room.. The towels are not very clean (at least to my standard), and some towels are torn... Cleaning stuff doesn't really clean the room when you are still living there(or that was my experience).... no toothbrush in the rooms. The worst hotel experience I (Personally) have ever been for a 4 STAR hotel..

The hotel is beautiful but falling apart. Warnings of water shortages should be on the website to warn others as no drinking water is given and the water for shower and bathtub is very limited. Only 2 towels for a family of 4. Very crowded with conferences every day. Not impressed. Payment in advance was not forwarded to hotel and they kept asking us to pay again. Finally a manager let us email them and they will be in contact.

cons: no landline phones in the room.. The towels are not very clean (at least to my standard), and some towels are torn... Cleaning stuff doesn't really clean the room when you are still living there(or that was my experience).... no toothbrush in the rooms. The worst hotel experience I (Personally) have ever been for a 4 STAR hotel..
so, it doesn't deserve to be a 4 star hotel (For me)..
