Good location nice service

The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

Found out about KPM Tripenta from MakeMyTrip app. I had been to Swapnanagari many years ago. Customer reviews helped in selecting this property. Our stay with Tripenta was truly amazing. Room was cozy, clean and fresh. Staff was professionals ever willing to help and support us. Ms Kavya made sure we don’t lack anything. Food was delicious. The dining facility set within our room was outstanding.

I checked in late at midnight, and the process was incredibly smooth. Despite the late hour, the staff was welcoming and efficient. I faced a minor issue with the AC, but the hotel team promptly resolved it, even at midnight, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort. As a kind gesture, they offered me a complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was truly impressive—completely healthy, with no maida or white sugar. They used only millets, ensuring a nutritious and wholesome start to the day. A great stay with exceptional service and a strong focus on health-conscious food. Highly recommended!

Property is located in prime location.It is inside City.Rooms are very small & no ceiling fan.Room bed was mentioned as king size.But it was very small.Toilet was very neat & clean.Room service is very bad.Getting the required things we have to follow up multiple times.They have included multiple food in boffet breakfast.Taste was awesome.Overall I can give average rating 3 when we are comparing with other hotel experience.

Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights.

Excellent stay! i recently had the pleasure of staying at the sea queen hotel, calicut and i must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The views of kozhikode beach were stunning, and the cool breeze in the evening made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, beautiful views, and warm hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay! 5/5 stars

The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range
