Great hotel for a peaceful getaway. The pool, beach bar, and restaurant were all excellent. Prices were very reasonable. The staff were attentive and friendly, and rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfasts were included, which was a big plus, and overall, I can only give positive feedback about the food. On the downside, the rooms were a bit dated, though this added a certain charm, and the beach could have been better maintained. This is the second time I came here to stay, and I was given the same room. I was disappointed that the bathroom door in the room was broken and still not changed. Lazenda Hotel offers a basic yet comfortable stay with a convenient location, especially for those who want to be near town. The room was clean and met expectations for the price point — nothing fancy, but decent for a short stay.
However, the hotel has been experiencing system issues lately, which caused noticeable confusion at the reception. During my stay, there were some unfortunate cases where guests were refused check-in due to booking or system-related errors. This kind of hiccup can be quite stressful, especially after a long journey.
The front desk staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was clear that the hotel needs to urgently improve its internal coordination and reservation system.

Stay for 2 nights here. Room was okay, the AC was good enough to spend the whole nights. The front office staff @ Misha was kind and cheerful. One can find a Mamak shop nearby and prices are affordable. It's a good place to stay here and I will not hesitate to come again if I have a chance to visit Labuan. SOLD OUT

Location is near to town. One thing about the cleanliness of the hotel is the carpet from the floor that we stayed it’s seems bit dirty and it got bad smell along the corridor. Good place to stay over for short period. Staff unfortunately not very helpful plus she could not speak any English. Rooms were good and surrounding with restaurants and bars as well as massage places etc.. when I went there the map pin pointe at completely wrong location and I had to ask a local when arriving to take me back to town :D. But seems that had been corrected by now . SOLD OUT

Bottled water was provided daily. The dust from aircon unit got onto the bed though it can clean away.

The front desk is nice and helpful, and any questions will be answered positively. Hotel location is also good, very close to the ferry, surrounded by restaurants, duty-free shops. We went on weekends, so there is a morning market, selling fruits, flowers, local food and clothes, etc. I don't know if there are any on weekdays. In short, it is recommended to stay and the price is right.

This hotel is an excellent option for a business traveller looking for a budget stay in Labuan. The location is good and near enough to the Financial Park area to be able to walk if you need to, but by grab it's only about 5 minutes away. The hotel is also close to several good eating options, as well as 24/7 corner stores like 7-Eleven. The hotel staff were very friendly and the internet connection was strong enough for streaming and live online meetings. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would not mind staying here again. Keep in mind, this is more in line for budget-conscious people looking for a quick place to stay that is safe and clean.
