There is a Delta pizza and a food street opposite the door. The laundry room is about two minutes across the street. It is a bit noisy at night. This is the second time I came here to stay, and I was given the same room. I was disappointed that the bathroom door in the room was broken and still not changed. Stay for 2 nights here. Room was okay, the AC was good enough to spend the whole nights. The front office staff @ Misha was kind and cheerful. One can find a Mamak shop nearby and prices are affordable. It's a good place to stay here and I will not hesitate to come again if I have a chance to visit Labuan. SOLD OUT

Rooms were good and surrounding with restaurants and bars as well as massage places etc.. when I went there the map pin pointe at completely wrong location and I had to ask a local when arriving to take me back to town :D. The location is good and near enough to the Financial Park area to be able to walk if you need to, but by grab it's only about 5 minutes away. Stayed at Lazenda Hotel during my trip to Labuan and really enjoyed it. The location is super convenient—close to shops, cafes, and the ferry terminal. The room was clean, comfy, and spacious, with all the basics you need. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay.
