All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Come here to see customers, the hotel is a bit dumbfounded for the first time, the picture is tall, the actual is not so good-looking, even the elevator is not, even the locals of the customer feel incredible. And the surrounding consumption levels are very low, and the dining in the hotel is the same. However, the hotel is located in a villa area with security at the door and the hotel staff is very good. The room we stayed in was not good for an extra bed. Nearly 500 nights, 1.8 meters bed. The other room is smaller, it is suitable for one person only, the space is not big, the bathroom is still new, there is no smell, and any hotel in this city can see Mayon volcano, because that is the highest point. The hotel is very close to the airport, a few minutes, the breakfast is small, it should be related to the region, the city is different from Manila, including diet, the options are not big, the dishes are mainly pork and chicken. There is no place around the hotel that is taller than the hotel itself. The city is going to be developed. this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.FromRUB 5,814

The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.FromRUB 3,247
