The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The complimentary airport pick-up service was a huge relief, and our driver, Raphael, was polite and professionally dressed. As a non-smoking hotel, the environment was wonderfully fresh (a 3000 peso deposit is required). The facilities are incredibly comprehensive: there's an ATM next to the elevator, an Italian restaurant called IL Morso and a coffee shop on the ground floor, and even a Japanese bar, Chilo, on the fourth floor. You can even book in-room spa services, so there's no need to leave the hotel! The room had an amazing view directly facing the volcano. The only minor drawback was some traffic noise at night, as my room was street-facing. I'd recommend requesting an inner room if possible. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable stay in Daraga.FromAU$88

Come here to see customers, the hotel is a bit dumbfounded for the first time, the picture is tall, the actual is not so good-looking, even the elevator is not, even the locals of the customer feel incredible. And the surrounding consumption levels are very low, and the dining in the hotel is the same. However, the hotel is located in a villa area with security at the door and the hotel staff is very good. The room we stayed in was not good for an extra bed. Nearly 500 nights, 1.8 meters bed. The other room is smaller, it is suitable for one person only, the space is not big, the bathroom is still new, there is no smell, and any hotel in this city can see Mayon volcano, because that is the highest point. The hotel is very close to the airport, a few minutes, the breakfast is small, it should be related to the region, the city is different from Manila, including diet, the options are not big, the dishes are mainly pork and chicken. There is no place around the hotel that is taller than the hotel itself. The city is going to be developed. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. Our flight was early in the morning, so we arrived at the Inn at 8 am.
1. We opted for early check in (Php100/hour)
2. But since the room type that we booked was not available, we paid for the room difference so we could rest (upgraded from double room to family room).
Cons:
1. The upgraded room had no bottled waters. In the evening of our second day, I saw one of the staff distributing bottled waters to a room with newly arrived guests. When I asked where are our bottled waters, the staff said we are supposed to received upon first night check in. I told the staff that we didn’t receive, the staff didn’t provide for our room, and just said that we can get from the water dispenser downstairs.
2. The blanket was so thin, it was as thin as the sheets NOT suitable for an airconditioned room.
3. A glass of hot water (for coffee/hot drinks/noodles purposes) costs Php5.
4. The hallway was not clean, dusty and with fallen leaves/flowers from the potted plants.
5. The shower hose leaks, we’ve been to two different rooms— but it was the same case both shower hoses were leaking so the water pressure was slow.
6. The bathroom water drains very slowly. In the two different rooms we’ve been to, it is the same case. We were assigned to two different rooms on the second level.
7. The compound has signages that it is a no-smoking zone— but it is not true. They allow guests to smoke inside. (See picture)
8. Not enough parking spaces inside. So our car was parker outside and in the adjacent lot.
Pros:
1. Clean sheets, pillow cases/ covers. Excellent white and smells clean. We also see how they diligently iron all their sheets.
2. Spacious family room. The double room was just right. It’s a bit tight for a family (with a kid) especially if you have luggages.FromAU$16

Hotel should at least have laundry facility and hair blower for rent (if room has no hair blower facility). The family room should at least have shelves sufficient to unload clothes not just the side tables’ shelves. Bit we liked the cleanliness and staff attitudes.FromAU$72
