A great place to stay for visiting mayon volcano. Rooms with mayon view is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very convenient, near sm. Breakfast is not really nice though compare to other hotels with this price, also the swimming pool is small and has no view, its boring to swim there, and I booked the atv through hotel then I found out that klook is 50% cheaper than the hotel price, so booking atv there is not recommended. Overall, its a good hotel to stay, but not a good hotel if your expecting nice breakfast and activities.

Cozy hotel, good location, nice staff and nice service, but we met a little cockroach in our room then asked to change the room. Front desk immediately moved us to other room. Cool town with an outstanding volcano.

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

Friendly staff, checked in at 10am. The room is large and clean, you can see the volcano from the window. Breakfast is silong and coffee. Good location - the bus station is a 10-minute walk away. Cons - Wi-Fi disappears, no hot water, the door to the room opens with difficulty.

It's our second time there. The place is a friendly visit. It is accessible to all nearby malls and tourist spots. Simple but clean. The front desk was friendly and very accommodating. They are also trustworthy and approachable.. I will definitely book again there. Cheaper but eco-friendly and budget rooms for all.

The hotel's location is very friendly. Tourist spots nearby are easy to visit. The room is wide however mo cabinet to hang your clothes and things. No wifi since our room was in the last corridor. The staff are very nice and we will surely visit again.

the staffs are very accomodating. they will greet you once they see you walking around the hotel. the amenities are good they even give you what you requested. i really love the smell of their shampoo and body wash ☺️. the breakfast buffet is soo good! and it is included in the hotel fee. the pool is very clean and they allow us to get a mango from the tree beside the pool. my husband and i really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. we’ll sure be back soon! thank you from guards to hotel staff ❤️

Near pacific mall and sa centro. May small lounge area na pwede ka bumili ng 3 in 1 coffee, softdrinks in can, nissin cup noodles, and other snacks. May water dispenser din sila. Friendly ang mga staff.. Malinis ang room and CR. May free wifi, cable tv sa room, towel, airconditioned room.. May libre din na body wash, shampoo, tissue and liquid hand wash sa CR.. May hot n cold shower.. Located sila sa 3rd floor.. Kaya kung may mabigat kang dala ay pwede ka magpatulong sa staff kasi wala silang elevator.. Overall, isa ito sa marerecommend kung accommodation sa legazpi.
